Came in early evening just a few days before Christmas (12/21/23) and they refused to turn the Christmas lights and music on. We started our mini golf game about 4:15. It was full dark by 5pm but they still refused and said not until 5:30 and only if/when it got busy enough would they bother to turn them on. At almost 6pm they finally turned the lights on. Outdoor LED Christmas lights wouldn't cost more than $5/day for the scant amount of lights they have, and that's if they were running them all day. Considering it's about $40 for a family of 3 (with the 3rd person being a little kid), they can afford to turn on the lights and music before 6pm. If they specified on their site that they only have Christmas lights on after 6pm (and only if they deem it busy enough to even bother turning them on) then that would still be dumb, but at least people would be warned. However, They advertise that they are a "winter wonderland" of lights during the holiday season. I plead with the manager (who was no more than 19 years old) who couldn't have cared less and outright refused. So be forewarned that paying customers don't get the Christmas lights and music before 6p. The place appears is entirely run by teens, who could not care less about good customer service. The entire place is run down and shabby and everything is in a state of disrepair. Most of the obstacles/objects on the golf course are broken and /or falling apart . Some of the obstacles eat the balls and the grates blocking the balls from washing away in the water are broken so your ball is washed away. The water park is terrible for younger kids who can't do the big slides, as the little slides seem to always be broken every time we visit. There are no other water parks in the area so I guess they don't have to bother with things like clean bathrooms and operational slides. Oh, and the water is shockingly cold. I still enjoy this place, but they need to fix it up and hire some adults

Very Fun time for the fam! Great for birthdays, family get togethers, and just getting out. Been a member/pass holder for nearly 2 years. Most recently we dealt with the young management team, who really works hard to make your experience positive. Cashed in tickets with him and his team were patient with 7 crazy kids wanting everything the prize booth had to offer. Definitely a positive experience so they (Alex I think and his team) earned a 5 star review. Thank you!The Pizza could use some work but its for kids and they loved it but everything else was truly amazing.

I've been here twice. Once for the water park. We had a blast. We went in Aug and surprisingly the water was a bit cold, esp in the lazy, Bermuda Triangle. It was confusing figuring out which stairs take you to a specific slide, but we didn't care. Better signage would be helpful. I thought it was interesting that they were strict about shutting the Sunsplash attractions down to get the early wristband holders out at exactly 5pm. If you get there late, you won't be able to make up your time in the next session. I was informed of this when I made my family wristband purchases. Overall fun day! On a different day, I went to play mini golf. Got some pizza before playing...and OMG...it was absolutely delicious!! Better than actual pizza restaurants! Loved the different holes. Most have a hole in one or double hole play. When it's busy, you may have to wait for folks in front to finish that hole. I went on a Friday night and it was pretty crowded. I'd definitely go back again.

First time here to play put put. The placeWith super cute decorated in Christmas lights. The inside had beautiful Christmas tree and a huge balloon 2025 arch. I loved the decorations. The golf itself was super fun. The only reason why I put a 4 star is because our golf balls was stuck at hole 10 in the left side. The tunnels are old and clearly need's some updating. On another hole, our ball was stuck, but came out after we pushed all our balls down and they came out. During the winter, be prepared to pull your balls out of water at each hole since they are full of rain water. Very normal with weather conditions. Overall, good experience. Thank you I will be coming back in the spring.

I was only here a little bit but it was fun, the decorations of the castle and the mini golf are really immersive and fun! I was only able to do the Go Kart Racing which was actually pretty fun! I totally would have won if it wasn't for that reckless kid in a cast, she hit my girl also and we all had to stop, she shouldn't ever be behind a wheel again!Fun Place overall, wish they had more places like this around the bay :/

Okay so I been here a few times now. My kids have gotten invited to Birthday parties here . They start off with the arcade games then go to laser tag after that they did cake and pizza following the gifts . To end the b day party the kiddos did mini golf . The kids had a blast . Other times my family and I have gone to do mini golf and Go Karts . The Go Karts are super fast and fun . The previous time we went we did the water park . First off the water park is huge they have so many slides . They offer lockers to put your belongings I forgot what the fee was, but it wasn't that much. They also have food to purchase . Honestly, we had a blast at the waterpark. We were literally there all day. I highly recommend checking it out. Overall this is amazing option for a fun family outing. We will definitely be coming back .

Sunsplash is the perfect summer activity for families. Especially with Sac's triple degree heat! We have visited during the day and night. My kids prefer night slides because it's a little cooler in the evening, less crowded, which means shorter lines and more seating/lounge chairs. Night slides are open from 5-10pm and can be purchased in advance online. The more in advance you book it, the cheaper it is. For an extra $10, you can arrive as early as 3pm and stay until midnight to utilize the other attractions. With the $10, you receive one round of each: mini golf, laser tag, race cars and bumper cars. Great value! There are also plenty of arcades and games in the castle. I brought 8 kids ranging from ages 8-15, all had a thrilling experience that they absolutely loved. The night atmosphere added an extra layer of excitement to the water slides. The kids couldn't get enough of the twisting, turning slides, and the illuminated paths and pools made it even more of a vibe. The variety of slides and attractions ensured that there was something for everyone, from the daring crowd to the more cautious ones.Beyond the slides, Sunsplash offers a plethora of other attractions that kept the kids entertained all night long. They had a blast at the wave pool, lazy river and enjoyed challenging each other at the arcade. The park is well-maintained, but the staff are mostly young and could work on being a little more pleasant, or appear to enjoy their jobs. As a parent though, the abundance of lifeguards and security guards was comforting, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. This is definitely a must-visit for families looking for a fun-filled night that caters to a wide range of ages and interests.Cons: No discount for "spectators". Even though parents have no desire to use the water attractions, you are still required to pay full price. The speed cars have a height requirement of 4'8" to drive. If you do not meet that height requirement, you can only ride as a passenger with an adult that is 18+. Only 4 of the 8 kids I brought could drive. So a lot of our time was taken up by me having to drive each child that was under 4'8". It would be nice if they would at least allow the under height children to ride as passengers with the teens. No outside food allowed except for water. On average, the meals are $15-$18/person. A bit pricey, but somewhat expected for a water park. The food is decent and the kids all enjoyed it.Food court cashiers should direct customers on where to pick up their food. It's not made clear when food is purchased. So people stand around for 20 minutes with their receipt, thinking their number will be called, before they figure out they must go to the middle area windows, provide their receipt, then food will be provided.

Came on a Saturday night. Good fun. Arcades, go cart racing, mini golf and so much more all under one roof. A very beautiful mini golf course. So much attention in its construction to give it that perfect beautiful look that all mini golf courses are known to have. Green lawn areas and little whimsical castles and fountains set the mood. My favorite part was the go cart racing. These things were so fast and the quick steering ratio made them feel even faster. Pedal to the metal and although my friend Jeff was two cars ahead of me I passed him up in a matter of seconds. I then passed up this 30 year old lady and she screamed as I swerved around her getting dangerously close. The arcade was great. As things got cooler outside as the night went on the arcade was warm and welcoming. Played some Mario cart, Space Invaders, some traditional pinball, air hockey and this coin dropping game to get some points.I think most people probably go for the water slides - and if thats your thing its probably a good idea to get the monthly pass - which is a steal of a deal. Overall if you live in the area come and take a look. Both kids and adults love this place.

I'm capturing the water park and castaway cove eatery in my review. The water park itself is great considering the relatively small area they are working with. They were able to pack in plenty of rides and splash areas for the entire family. You can easily ride every attraction multiple times. The tube situation can get sparse at times but it works. The concrete can get blisteringly hot! So beware. The food is nothing special with your typical pizza, burger, chicken strips but it gets the job. Ordering on the app is the way to go for sure. Recommend for a fun time.

A group of 7 of us showed up at 8:20 p.m and this worker pretended to be closed. She proceeded to over charge us $16 er person instead of the $11 listed online. she had already closed the front counter. we asked if the front counter was closed, and when she saw we lined up she re opened the front desk with a really bad attitude. She proceeded to yell at the people behind us in line and specified that she can refuse service if anyone had a problem with her. It was so uncomfortable to experience and I was so confused on her actions towards customers. I didn't ride again because of the workers actions. This is the girl that seemed to be in-charge of the race cars, treated everyone badly!
