The review posted by Anatasia A. on July 4, 2024, regarding the atrocious catering service provided by this self-described "premier chef" for my cousin's wedding reception is a painful reminder of that day. Yes, many guests and family members told me about the powdered mashed potatoes and frozen chicken patties from Costco and, yes, the pasta was the worst I have ever been served on any occasion by any catering company or restaurant in my 57 years on this earth!We were never served the chicken since it was so badly burned and reportedly disposed of quickly by this "chef;" perhaps this wasn't the first time for him?Having tasted all the food myself, none of this was a surprise.What makes matters even worse is that this particular wedding was a bittersweet event for all concerned:We were all there to help my beautiful cousin celebrate her marriage to a wonderful young man, while at the same time, we were still mourning the passing of her father just a few weeks before the wedding.And the caterer knew all of this! Yet, he did not care.If he had any sense of dignity, integrity, or even shame, he would provide a full refund to my Aunt and to my cousin. It is the very least he can do. Hopefully, he has already done so.

We just had our wedding on May 12, 2023 and we couldn't be any happier with our caterer choice. Adam and his team are very professional and very kind. Our guests were pleased with them and the food as well. Ingredients are fresh, delicious, and exactly what everyone loved. Thank you!

I contacted Chef Adam about a month prior to my trip to Cali. He was great the whole process. We had a group of 12 people with 2 people having dietary needs. He was in contact with me the whole process and made this ordeal easy going. My family in Cali will definitely be using him for all of our catering needs!

They did an amazing job for me and my wife's wedding! I would highly recommend them for all of your catering needs. They were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had!
