first review on Yelp. unfortunately it's negative.service is decent. cook was nicer than the service staff, long wait times when it isn't busy. 5/10food is good considering you make it yourself. be mindful, after a few cooks on the large stove, it develops a bitter, burnt coat that lingers onto your food. 4/10environment is not very friendly, it's extremely tacky and unpleasant to be inside of. dirty aswell. overall vibe of this place is terrible. 2/10most recent visit. found a long twisted hair inside one of the bowls after it's been cooked. disgusting. 0/10this place is a low rating of 3/10, i doubt i personally would come back

Ehhhh, as far as Mongolian BBQ goes, it's good. Today was my third time there. The relatively new addition of bok choy is a nice touch, as is the old one of adding garlic powder as your food is cooking. They can't seem to get their thick noodles to not stick together so they usually come out short, broken, and clumpy. At some point, they must have stopped their kids eat free policy. While I get it if they're seeing people abuse it or whatever but paying $15 + tip for a 2 year old to eat half a bowl of sauced corn and noodles ain't it. At that point there are 4943273952 better places to go.

I was excited to have a Mongolian BBQ across the streetso we rushed over to check them out.AYCE dinner is a vey reasonable $16.25 which includes soup, rice, potsticker and crispy wonton skins. The meats included beef, pork, chicken and turkey. The food was pretty standard and the employees were friendly but the place needs better management. The line was dirty from dropped veggies and spilled sauce and really needs someone to monitor this. The cooks were not wearing hair nets or hats which is a bad experience waiting to happen.I really hope these small changes get done as I do d enjoy dining here.

Food was pretty good. Staff needs some work. They were friendly but unable to keep up with the customers. The guy refilling the veggies needs to learn how to package to-go orders so that it's not one person cashiering, taking to-go/door dash orders, packaging up all the things, trying to serve water, etc. Our food was done but we couldn't sit down and eat it because we couldn't pay. Then when we did sit, we couldn't eat it because there's no utensils. Finally got chopsticks from the chef but still had no drinks, napkins. Then another employee showed up and served water and egg rolls - the little sides that go with the Mongolian bbq. I will return though. The food was good and I think with time, they'll get organized and staff will have it down. I especially like that it stays open late. Sometimes work school sports practices don't allow for eating before 8/9 pm.

Rule of thumb when grabbing food for your Mongolian bowl: Pack it in! Haha the meat and veggies shrivel after they're cooked, so I always push the meat and veggies down in my bowl to maximize the space :)My friend and I had lunch here which was $15.50 after tax for a Mongolian bowl, egg drop soup, potsticker, and white rice. My one bowl of Mongolian food was very filling. It tasted great but it was a little oily. I still enjoyed it though. The soup and potsticker were okay. The server stayed on top of filling our waters without us asking, and the employees were friendly. The restaurant had open space and plenty of seating. I would definitely come back here for Mongolian food!

Just left the gym and wanted healthy food.AmbianceBright colors, very clean.Customer ServiceEveryone was very pleasant.FoodTypical setup for Mongolian BBQ. Thin sliced beef, turkey, pork and chicken. Lots of fresh vegetables I really liked the bok choy, spinach, mung beans, cabbage and much more. Many sauces.Went at dinner all u can eat.The food was very good for the most part.1st serving I noticed cook did not add a little water on the ingredients while cooking, some of the vegetables undercooked. The beef was very tough. I waited for the food at counter, I was not told they bring ur food to table.I have been to Mongolian BBQs in Rancho and the Asian cooks add a little water to help steam the dish.2nd serving I got turkey with lots of vegetables, different cook and came out great. He said he would bring food to my table which he did.Don't know why the beef was tough to chew.

YEAAAAAAAHHH! Eff yeahhhhhhh! $16.25 AYC Mongolian BBQ? Sign me up. Only thing is no lamb which is why the lower price point. But it works for me and my fam. We dig it. Friendly staff. No frills Mong Barb. You get a tiny fried rice and rangoons but I skip those. I remember when I moved here in Sacamen in 2000, Mongol BBQ's were the new rage. How time flies. We had Great Wall on Howe Ave. (mean lady but a go-to- free scoldings to boot), then Silver Garden in Madison Ave area, Li's In Carmichael and a few outliers but not many. Get your frozen thin curls of meats, then noods, then veggies and trimmings, then another bowl to smush it all down was commonplace pro manuevers, then hand that bowl of gold over to the cook and it was so full he could not scrape it all into the same bowl after cooking. LMAO. Good times.

All the fresh veggies were well stocked. Appreciate having the bok choy and spinach as well as the bean sprouts!! Noodles did take fresh and it was nice to see them clean the bar regularly. The bowls are a bit small but you can make it work. Sauces were plentiful and choices were many!! Fresh garlic always a plus and service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back!!

I love Momgolian BBQ, and GK is a solid option. I love that they are open until midnight. I have been here many times as it's close to the house. The sweet and spicy soup is great. I can't say the same for the sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls and fried wontons. I like the cuts of the meat they serve compared to most locations. Why no Kung Pao sauce, though? Small location with plenty of parking, decent service. Decent price, all you can eat. To go orders get a much larger bowl for their food.
