Giorgio's Italian Street Food

This place was delicious! I was not sure about an Italian food truck but I was happily corrected from my judgement. The Alfredo sauce was bomb! We got the Mama Sandwich and Fried Raviolis. Great portion sizes for the price and super yummy. It wasn't too greasy at all for fried food and had great flavor. The sandwich which came with fries and they were really tasty. They also had a variety of sauces which is hard to find sometimes: red, garlic Alfredo, and pesto. Something for everyone. They also have a special fries menu which we are stoked to try in the future.

This place is bomb!! I split the fried raviolis, mama mozzarella sandwich, fried lasagna, and spaghetti fries with my family. All of them were great but the fried lasagna was the best for sure!! Also, the mama mozzarella was incredible, the chicken was perfectly made. You can tell the meat sauce is authentic and homemade, it is not just a marinara which is what most places would serve to you. Highly recommended Giorgio's!

This is a new food truck, but after several disappointing food truck experiences, we finally had one of the good one's. Got the combo with a little bit of everything. Seriously huge portion, the fried lasagna was as good as it gets, surprisingly not salty and was flavorful. Ravioli was what I hoped it would be. The chicken and bread were definitely fresh, not the chewy frozen stuff. The owner said everything is made daily and only with fresh ingredients, and it was obvious on our trip. Meat sauce on top was great. This is a unique, flavorful option in the food truck world here in Sacramento.

Great food & friendly people! Checked out their deep fried ravioli with alfredo dipping sauce and it was bomb!! Not greasy and such good flavor.

Ordered the mama sandwich which is supposed to have ravioli and lasagna and got a Tyson chicken patty and two mozzarella sticks on bread with alfredo sauce. Wish I would have checked it before I left.

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to snatch up the last batch of fried raviolis yesterday. Absolutely amazing rich flavor, I cant wait to hit up this truck again soon. :-)

Wow! I'm impressed! The flavor of this food, the portion size, and the price was ON POINT! These guys came to the Mather Blood Source lunch and I really hope they come back. I got the chicken parmesan sandwich and it's to die for! The chicken was perfectly breaded and cooked through and still juicy. The sauce was very authentic. And it (to my happy surprise) came with a mound of plain seasoned fries (which were also quite delicious and were a perfect pair for the sandwich). Please come back to Mather again!

First of all, the 2 people that served us were very friendly and really seemed to care about the food they were serving us and our thoughts on how it was. Then, I'd just like to say that the food really was great. My wife had the Streets of Italy sandwich and fries. The fries were perfectly cooked, in my opinion and my wife also really liked them. The sandwich itself...DELICIOUS! Just everything about it (I didn't eat the bread) but to me the bread is the least important part. A filler. I had the street lasagna with the meat dipping sauce, which was also very tasty. Never really knew there was a street version of lasagna served the way it was, but awesome idea and great flavor. Thanks for the experience!Of course, I had to like them on Facebook so I can know where they are next time I want to find them...because we will be back!!!

Wow I think they actually have better fries than the Giant arches. Must have. Can't put in my face fast enough. Ate at Harley Davidson of Sacramento. Can't wait till they come back.

Great food truck we found at the old sugar mill. The food came out quickly and was really good. When I ordered the fries vegetarian (without chicken) they charged me $2 less than the listed price. Would highly recommend.
