Was so happy to see them open a location in Folsom! Chocolates are fantastic, the coconut lime chocolate bar is a must. Their macarons are some of the best! The staff is super friendly and helpful too.

Ginger Elizabeth is finally here in Folsom! It's awesome to see them bring their amazing chocolates and goodies to our town. The current pop-up shop is perfect for holiday gifts, or just treating yourself. The store itself is still a work in progress, but it's already so bright, big, and airy, making it a great space to be at, plus, their service is always second to none. They're set to fully open near Valentine's Day, so this is just a taste of what's to come. Definitely worth a visit!

No matter how many other Macarons I try there are none better than Ginger Elizabeth. The caramel goodies cannot be beat. Customer service in her Folsom pop up is stellar. I hope to see her brick and mortar shop open soon. Of course it will be both a blessing and a curse to be right here close by in Folsom.
