Great food, great drinks, great customer service, great everything! They have a good selection of beer. The overhead music in the background was great, today they were playing Beatles and "oldies" it was nice. I ordered the Birria Tacos, this was fiiiire! Crunchy fresh tortillas, the Birria had a distinct taste and the cheese was perfectly melted. I would order this again and again. Great vibes you have dogs and pigs walking around, dog friendly atmosphere btw! Would I come back yes absolutely, 100% I would return for another visit! Ps. Don't park on the street you will get a ticket!

Such a cute spot. Great for families! There were lots of kids around. They have a pretty good selection of drinks. But they could use some better NA drinks. They just had a Negroni which isn't very good. Order food from Nash and Proper!! The chicken is so crunchy and they give large portions. We ordered the bacon wrapped wings from one of the other vendors and it took well over an hour!! It wasn't even worth it. Sounds like a good idea but the bacon was inconvenient when eating the wing and they drowned it in bbq sauce. Hard pass!We sat in the back area which had cornhole and a little more shade than the main section. There is a loud train that goes by frequently, but the kids loved watching it.

Joy, the bartender provided great beer recommendations and Carmen, the gal working at the front entrance was super friendly and inviting. They truly made my first visit to Garden at the Line very memorable and deserve a special shoutout ;DIt was the perfect day outside so we packed up the baby and headed to The Line. Parking can be a little tricky, but there are neighborhoods nearby where you can park for free, for now. The space directly adjacent to The Line is not their parking lot , so parking beware. It's a cool concept place that's super inviting and open. The green wall when you walk in to the right is fun to look at. This place would do well with live music like SacYard Brewery, just sayin'. Great selection of different beers, but the highlight is their food menu. They are attached to 5 different restaurants and ordering from your table is easy. Scan the QR code, order your food from the different restaurants and they bring it all out together. Brilliant. Everyone can get a little something different depending on your craving. The Birria Tacos are fire good! The wraps from Garden of Eat'n are bomb-dot-com! I can't wait to go back to try the other restaurants. I would absolutely come back for a future visit and you should too :P

cool hang out spot with lots of tables/chairs and fire pit sections to gather around! dog and kid friendly, we went a friday evening a saw a lot of kids playing in the "lot" area and some dogs as well! it wasn't too busy as this place seems relatively new still, so getting a spot wasn't hard, it was great for our big group!Food was decent, gets the job done if you're hungry, ghost kitchen style so there's different places you can choose from. They mainly serve beers, wines, ciders, then a couple of cocktails and non alcoholic drinks. Order drinks at the bar counter inside and there's a QR code at tables for food orders. There's a parking lot to the left of the place, it's a weird, uneven lot so be careful if you have a low riding car. You might scrape it. Good vibes and spacious place, would return for a casual hang out.

Line Kitchen is a pretty regular spot where we get takeout, so we were really excited to check out the Garden at Line. The concept is really awesome, and integrated smoothly with the existing Line Kitchen. The Garden space is pretty much a beer garden, featuring two bars, one at each end of the patio. There are two fully indoor seating areas, two covered areas, and a giant central patio space that is not covered, but is warmed by a handful of fire pits and heat lamps. Food is available via Line Kitchen next door- we ordered drinks at the bar first, then grabbed an outdoor table with a QR code on it. At the time of placing our order, the ETA for food take-out was 30 min- however, since we ordered for dine-in at table side, it was slightly faster at 20 min. I would definitely recommend future visitors to grab a table first to get your food order in asap before getting a drink at the bar. Unlike most other beer gardens that usually only have 1-2 food trucks, the Line Kitchen gives you an option of 9-10 different eateries (depending on day of the week). Keep in mind, most of the kitchens close after about 8pm, but it may vary by each kitchen. The bar areas have a variety of beer, cider, hard kombucha, and wine. There are a few "cocktails" but I would say they're more like wine spritzers (no hard liquor). Overall we really enjoyed stopping by for a casual night out. The space is also dog friendly, so we will definitely be bringing our pup with us next time. Parking is mostly along Elvas or in the neighborhoods nearby.

Came here after work with my coworkers, and what a cool set up! You order drinks at the bar (which has a lot of N.A. options) and order food via a QR code on the tables. Some of the tables and chairs surround fire pits, and they have many heaters around as well -- so good for a chiller night. There's a lot of different options for food, including many vegan options too! I got the garden rice bowl with shrimp, which was a unique blend of shrimp, basmati rice, beets, and a multitude of other ingredients. I really enjoyed the fusion of the flavors and how juicy/big the shrimp were -- for a reasonable price! I also got the house lemonade, which was very refreshing and not too sweet!

Ambiance: I wanted to start with ambience, as I think this is the driving factor for this establishment. This is a relatively new outdoor venue in Sacramento. It's a breath of fresh air in my opinion. It's kind of an elevated sac yard. There is ample seating with fire pits and heaters throughout. There are multiple TVs. Today, I was able to watch the kings and the nfl playoff simultaneously. There is no sound. There is some light music in the background, but it's not overwhelming so it's easy to have a converstThis could be a plus or minus. Appears to be very dog and kid friendly. There's an option to play bags or cornhole in the back section.Food: they utilize a QR system here that's linked to some nice food options which includes kru to go. I believe they have 11 ghost kitchens? They have a large kitchen area with several kitchens. They have a "fitness" menu with healthier options. Note, the entrées are about 20 bucks each.Service: you order your drinks at the bar. They have a nice selection of Northern California beers. They have wine, cocktail, and sake. They have non-alcoholic options as well. Regarding food, there are QR codes at the table, so the server knows where to bring it. Alternatively there are stations where you can order food.

Way too many children here!!!Thirteen of the twenty-two people here are children. Who brings a child to a tap house?Food menu is quite varied and the decor is nicely done. The firepits are nice, especially on a chilly day. I may have to try some food at some point. Some of the staff were rather unpleasant. Pushy. Overbearing. They wouldn't accept my federally issued veteran ID and demanded a California Driver License.

We enjoyed our visit to this new beer garden/food court in East Sac! They're officially open but still working out some kinks. The set up is really nice with plenty of outdoor seating with fire pits and heaters, and there's some indoor seating, too. Family and dog friendly. There are two bar areas to order from. They offer beer, wine, hard cider, hard seltzer and hard kombucha. Some canned and some on tap. There are QR codes and online ordering kiosks for food. There are several different restaurants/kitchens to choose from. Food runners bring your food out to your table. One of the kinks we ran into is that depending on which restaurant you order from, they may have very different wait times. One of our plates, from La Mini Birrieria, came out right away. Probably within 10 minutes of ordering. The other order, one burger and fries from Okie Dokies, took about 45 minutes. I was done with my food before my husband's order came out. The table next to us was having a similar experience with another restaurant. Overall, the atmosphere is great, the drinks and food are delicious, but the service is still not super smooth. Hopefully they'll get their coordination a little more in sync the longer they're open. The concept is super cool, and I think I'd love to come back with friends.

My girlfriend and I went to garden at the line to check it out on a Thursday evening and it was a pretty cool concept . You go up to the bar to order your beverages and then order whatever food vendors you want via barcode. When we arrived it was pretty quiet and we soon found out there was a big event happening so within an hour or so the place was hopping. Our food still arrived promptly after ordering and the staff was very efficient. The ambiance is super cute a little something for everyone . The fire pits were a nice touch on a cool night . My only complaint was the parking situation. There is an open lot next to the venue which we decided to take a chance and park in but when we went to leave there was no clear route to exit which in the dark is nerve wracking . Overall great experience just what sac needs!
