Future Thinkers Preschool And Childcare

Future Thinkers is AMAZING. The staff know all of the kids by name, their personalities, and how to work with them. They are all incredibly friendly and always available to provide details about your child's day and learning. We all truly feel welcome here. We had my son here from 1 year- 2 years old and then had him at another school in the area for a month (for reasons unrelated to Future Thinkers) and pulled him out after witnessing an incident that made us uncomfortable. Because I trusted Isha's (Future Thinkers' owner/director) opinion, I asked if I could run the incident by her for honest thoughts. Not only did she call me the next day and talked me through my thoughts but she also immediately tried to accommodate us when I asked if she could take my son back. He is so happy to be back and already making friends with teachers and peers. Isha is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, organized, and accommodating.

Everyone is so friendly and you don't feel like your baby is just another kid. They give lots of personal attention and genuinely seem to care. Isha is always there to help with any concerns. All of our sons teachers are so sweet and always seem happy to see you. Yani, Maricruz and Lina are always smiling and helpful with any updates. They are also very accommodating and not outrageously priced.

Yelp was one of our deciding factors in choosing Future Thinkers as the place to send our now one year old. Isha has been informative and accommodating since the very beginning. It was a bit of an adjustment at first but we've come a long way and I can tell our child is comfortable here. Special shout out to Miss Yani and Miss Uriel for keeping us informed of how the day went at pick up. But really, all the staff in the infant room are amazing!

My daughter just started here last week and she loves it so much! She has never been in childcare before, so I was nervous to find the right fit. I felt instantly comfortable during our tour with Ms. Geeta and it just felt like a nurturing environment. Ms. Sana is so sweet! She posts lots of pictures and videos throughout the day which has made us feel so at ease. Ms. Isha has been very easy to communicate with and encourages parent communication to ensure all our needs and expectations are being met. They are very flexible with hours/days and attendance which is a HUGE plus that you don't often find at other centers. I also feel it is pretty affordable compared with others. So far we are very happy and would recommend Future Thinkers to other families :)

Sent my two babies to Future Thinkers and they are just amazing. The infant room gives so much care to my little. Shout out to Yani and Lina. They are both so fabulous! They always tell me a recap of my little's day. They give me a head up if my little's activity is off that day. Best of all, they would communicate with me the good and the bad. I love how they always send me lots of pictures throughout the day as if I'm there with my baby.

Appreciating the care the staff is providing for our child. The hard work and dedication to the babies goes unnoticed. Love the updates we receive throughout the day to just help ease our minds. It was a difficult transition to place our baby into childcare, but all staff has made it an easier process. We know our child is well taken care of.

This review is long overdue! My son has been going to FTP since September 2022. I toured quite a few schools prior to making my decision - the owner and director Ms. Isha is one of the most understanding, professional, flexible and patient people you will ever deal with. My son was born during Covid and has severe separation anxiety.... Isha went out of her way time and time again to accommodate my son and was so incredibly patient while we worked through his issues. I can say with a big smile that I am able to leave my son in her care without all the kicking and screaming.... The other staff is wonderful and caring as well, especially Ms. Melissa. My son absolutely loves being there and learns so much.All I can say is - thank you to Ms. Isha for making the impossible happen.

I am unsure how this preschool is able to delete or hide reviews but you can no longer see my initial review. With that being said, here is my original post. She hide her old negative reviews as well. Next time I have to repost, I will post the pictures of her accusing my wife of gossiping when asking about our child. I'm writing this review to provide an honest perspective based on our experience with this Childcare Facility. My family trusted them for the last two years, and initially, I would have happily given them five stars. In fact, I would have rated them five stars just a year ago.However, in the past year, we've seen a significant decline in the quality of service. It's clear that there have been various issues within the organization which has led to high turnover in both teachers and students. During this time, the owner, Kaneesha, has been absent due to personal reasons, and her mother has taken on more of a leadership role. Unfortunately, this shift in leadership has led to a noticeable decline in the overall experience.The final straw for us was an interaction with the owner, where she accused my wife and I of "crossing the line of gossiping" simply because we asked about our son's progress and the advancement into the next class. We were only seeking information based on the guidelines provided, and we certainly weren't being pushy. Kaneesha made this accusation in writing, so there are records of the exchange. If you're someone who values transparency and communication regarding your child's development, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.Additionally, we were told by two teachers that the reason our 2-year-old son hadn't been moved up to the next class was that he had tried to "escape." If a 2-year-old is at risk of escaping, that raises serious concerns about the safety protocols at this facility. No child should be able to do that, and it's unsettling to think that this might be an ongoing issue.Finally, I'd like to address the fact that many of the glowing reviews here may be the result of families being pressured to leave multiple reviews, "even if they had already done so in the past" to boost the ratings due to previous negative reviews.Overall, I would caution anyone interested in this place to consider their options carefully, especially if you're looking for a safe and communicative environment for your child's development.

Best care you can have for your littles! While on maternity leave we were looking for daycare options and after visiting Future Thinkers& 1 other daycare..we decided to try Future Thinkers for a month or two and then move him to the other daycare that is closer to my son's school. But after the first week, we decided to just keep him there. Isha and the staff were so supportive and helpful that first week. Our son was about 8m old when he started and thought he would have a hard time adjusting but to our surprise he acclimated so well with the staff and the other babies. Shout out to Ms. Maricruz, Ms. Kamal, Ms. Brittany & Ms. Jagdeep! Our son has developed a beautiful relationship with all these ladies and it's so nice to see the excitement when he gets there. Shoutout to the toddler and PreK teachers as well! The teachers communicate very well, they provide updates throughout the day about the littles day along with pictures and videos, and the teachers create an awesome environment for the babes to grow and learn. I go to work so peaceful knowing my son is in the best hands at Future Thinkers. Without a doubt, BEST daycare for your babes. Your littles are in the best hands at Future Thinkers, I highly recommend them.

As a first-time mom, I was really nervous about leaving my daughter when I had to return to work. However, I am so happy to say that my experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. My little one enjoys being here, and I feel completely relaxed knowing she is safe and in good hands. Isha and her staff take excellent care of her. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
