From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for something special.I had the chicken, and it was hands down the best in Rancho Cordova! The fries? Absolute bomb. But the real star? The Punjabi Kulcha--next level! If you haven't tried it yet, you're seriously missing out. Crispy, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste--easily the best around!Great food, great vibes, and a spot that delivers every time. If you're looking for an amazing Indian fusion experience in Rancho Cordova, Fusion Bistro is a must-visit! Located in Stone Creek Village at 10842 Bear Hollow Dr Ste 104, right next to Sprouts, this spot is in a great shopping center with plenty of parking. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and inviting ambiance. The staff here are super friendly, and the service was incredibly fast. I tried the Paneer Tikka pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the house sauce added a unique touch that made every bite flavorful. The pizza had a very authentic taste, staying true to rich Indian flavors while blending perfectly with a crispy, cheesy pizza base. I ordered it with medium spice, which was just the perfect balance of heat and taste. They even gave me extra ranch sauce, which paired perfectly with the pizza! The prices are very reasonable, making this a must-try local small business. If you're a fan of bold, authentic flavors and great service, come check out Fusion Bistro in Stone Creek Village--you won't be disappointed!

As a Pakistani, the official Fusion Bistro in Rancho Cordova is amazing and has been a great thing in this community. Let me tell you the amazing things about this place.Starting off with the food, amazing overall. I've been to this place a couple of times, so I'll tell you a few foods and how good they are:Butter Chicken: Cooked perfectly, the sauce is perfect. -8.5/10White Rice: Made at the perfect temperature, a good plain part of your meal. -10/10Naan: Baked perfectly, and salted just right. Kinda dry though. -9.5/10Mango Lossi: A tasty, sweet, and cold dessert that you drink, and it melts in your mouth. -11/10Goat Biriyani: It was kinda good. I just felt like there was too much things going on. I'm basically saying like too much spices, or like all you could taste is spiciness. Also, there wasn't that much goat. -7/10PRO TIP: Get a piece of the naan, put some butter chicken on it, then enjoy. Next off, the service. Overall, pretty good.I usually don't do much words for service in general, but the service was very kind and helped my family with questions with no hesitation. And finally, the ambiance. It was overall, cool, I'd say. Let me tell you why. There is a very cool sport but not popular. I don't know the real name but the nickname is "Sand Soccer". It's a bunch of people playing soccer, you guessed it, in sand. I just thought it was very cool to look at since that sport wasn't that popular. Usually, restaurants and other places do like soccer, or football for example.Overall, I feel like Fusion Bistro was a good idea for Rancho Cordova. From desserts like a mango lossi, to saucy butter chicken.Anyways, that is my review for Fusion Bistro, in Rancho Cordova.

My brother decided he wanted to host a family get together in order to sample what this new establishment had to offer, family style. What a great idea! We were all in. Him and his wifey ordered a whole bunch of different things off the menu to-go and we (9 adults, 6 kids) got to experience a wide selection all in one sitting. Honestly, I didn't even get to try some of the items bc there was just so much to choose from. Among the items that did end up on my plate the standouts were: the Indian style chicken wings, vegetable samosas, and butter chicken over rice (always a fave flavor profile for me). All of these were so flavorful, the only items I ended up having seconds of. I was especially surprised by the samosas bc I haven't had any before that I was impressed by. These were so perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside, plus incredibly soft and smooth on the inside. So, so good. I would love to return here again to sample more dishes and to experience the customer service and ambiance for myself, as I have no feedback in regard to those things at this time. Help support this new local business by visiting them soon! I hope you leave happy :)

This restaurant opened up right next to Sprouts and we were excited to try it. We ordered their goat biryani, butter naan, and butter chicken to go. We are no strangers to Indian food and were excited to give this place a try. Although we didn't eat inside, the interior did have a small seating area with a number of tables. When we went to pick up the food, the owners were kind and greeted us. I believe their son rang us up and he was friendly and welcoming. The butter chicken was so delicious. It was flavorful and the chicken was very succulent. The butter naan left a little to be desired. For being called butter naan, it wasn't buttery at all and was actually pretty dry. But despite that, it was still good. Just not the best. The goat biryani was not our favorite. There was too much going on with the spices; it was overly spiced to the point where you couldn't taste the rice--only the spices. There was also barely any meat, which was disappointing. On another occasion, we went back and ordered their cheese pizza and mango lassi. Both were very good. For being just a cheese pizza, the pizza was very moist and flavorful. Even the next day when we heated up leftovers, the pizza heated up nicely and wasn't stiff. The mango lassi was creamy and delicious.

An excellent experience trying this place. The chicken curry was delicious, with chicken was that deliciously juicy in a curry that had a bright spicy flavor. The medium heat was the right balance of heat, spice, and flavor without being overwhelming. The chicken biryani was great as well - thoroughly spiced without mushy rice. Good amount of chicken came with the biryani as well - and the portion was enough to take some to go. The mango lassi were also super good - deep mango flavor without being cloying sweet.

Stone Creek Village has its first restaurant! I'm excited to finally have a spot within walking distance that'll eventually serve hard liquor haha. But okay, to the food review.I visited on their grand opening day with a party of four. We showed up early in the evening. The dining space is small and has a casual vibe--you order at the counter, grab your drinks from the fridge, and seat yourself. The staff was friendly, letting us know how busy they were, so we expected a bit of a wait, but the food came out quick. We ordered 12 pieces of tikka masala chicken wings, a large pizza (half veggie, half butter chicken), and two Indian beers. The chicken wings were decent, tender, fall-off-the-bone with big flavor - a nice kick. The only downside? The wing sizes were pretty underwhelming--think baby chick level, not your standard Wingstop portions. I'm really hoping they can step that up.The pizza was decent but definitely had room for improvement. The ingredients were super fresh, but the dough was a little undercooked and flimsy, and it was light on the sauce. The butter chicken half, in particular, was on the dry side, and when we asked for extra butter chicken sauce, we were told no.That said, I'll definitely be back to try their more traditional Indian dishes. Plus, I can't wait to see how the place evolves once they get their full bar up and running!
