This has to be the best ramen I have tried thus far this year! The ambiance inside was really nice. From the moment I walked in the restaurant it was different and special. The lighting inside was lightly dim and not too night and the artwork inside was nice. The service was really good. The waitress was really helpful and recommended a lot of options to me and my party. The service was really good and we got our food in a timely matter and the waitress checked on us frequently. The food was amazing. The ramen was so so good. They offer you free order of extra noodles when ordering. The noodles were cooked nicely and the pork was flavorful and tender. Overall I give this restaurant a 5/5 star review. This is my first time trying this restaurant and it definitely will not be the last time I try it. My experience was great and the food was great. Will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family!

3.5 stars for solid ramen- Agedashi tofu - 3.5 stars. Nice light crispy but needed more sauce - not salty enough - Ramens could all be more flavorful. My favorite was the tonkatsu miso. The best part was the meat and the soft boiled egg. Appreciated the generous amount of bean sprouts. - Free extra noodles only if you request it upon ordering. Womp womp. - edamame - generous amount for $7

Wow, what a treat while visiting Roseville. Was shopping at Trader Joe's when I was told this was the place to go for Ramen. The broth was so flavorful, noodles were perfect and the egg was a perfectly gooey. They even include a free side of rice or noodles with your meal like in Japan. Priced right this is a great spot for some great ramen!

Fukumiiiiii lezgooo!!! Tasty ramen, classy ambiance, great service, cleanliness, fair prices, and a Japanese menu full of deliciousness so close to home? YES!! Excited to see a ramen spot like this locally. Lots of tables but generally not a big spot, so come early and beat the rush hour for seating otherwise get ready to wait if you have a party of 5+. If not, is it worth the wait? I certainly think so. Parking may be a bit rough during rush hour thanks to a shared lot, but otherwise I have no other quirks with this spot. Most popular bites are Tonkotsu salt ramen and Fukumi ramen. Fukumi ramen seems to be the most popular since it's very similar to Tonkotsu but gives you more chashu - didn't order it this go round, but likely will be my go to moving forward. Decided to experiment a bit and gear away from the most popular ramen dishes. Tonkotsu soy and miso ramen were both delicious! Just depends on the soup base you prefer. In for a spicy kick? The kara-miso ramen is worth a try! Just know this thing is spiiiiicyyyyy!! Waitress recommended half spice into the soup and half on the side - so glad I went with that because it was spiiicyyy even with just half of the normal amount of spice that goes into this beast. Was great but I just couldn't handle the heat lol. Love Takoyaki? Order it here. It's a MUST! They are extremely generous with the flakes and sauce to crash every bite with a flurry of satiable, mouth-watering goodnessnessness! Brought me back to the takoyaki street carts in Japan!!Love Gyudon (similar to Yoshinoya Beef Bowl)? Order it here. Another MUST! The beer's thickness is cut just right and the sauce isn't overpowering and done perfectly along with a spoon full of rice and ginger. No hot sake (darn) but they do have 3 great cold sakes. We had the Sho chiku bai nigori - yummy coconut flavor and quite good, but a little too sweet for our taste. Note to self - try the Kamotsuru tokysei gold next time. Waiter practically hinted it's "the good stuff." We should've listened!Incredible local Roseville ramen spot for everyone near and far to enjoy! Highly recommended and plan on making this a regular go to spot for all our ramen cravings.

5 stars! We had a wonderful time dining in to eat delicious ramen on a Tuesday afternoon!I ordered the Fukumi Ramen which has thin noodles, juicy and tender chashu pork, green onions, seaweed, a perfectly seasoned egg, and black garlic oil which added a smoky, toasty, and umami flavor to the dish. Coming from a long drive from SF this flavor-rich bowl of ramen was exactly what I needed! We were a very large party but the staff were so nice and accommodating to all of us on what it seemed like kind of a busy day. We were seated after about 10 minutes which was that long of a wait. Our server was so nice and she made sure that we all were taken care of. She also had good humor that lightened the vibe for us as she cracked a couple jokes here and there while also keeping it professional , and that's why I think this place deserves 5 stars! This restaurant is very clean and has a very nice vibe to it!

As I am writing this review (inside the cozy warm office at my workplace...shhh don't tell anyone lol), the weather is very cold and grey outside. What that translates to is a hot bowl of ramen which is one of my favorite comfort foods during the winter months. This takes me none other to "Fukumi Ramen" as I am specifically reviewing their Roseville location. They also have two other spots in the Sacramento area; Folsom and Citrus Heights. Business hours are 11:00am to 9:00pm seven days a week; convenient for most people looking to get their ramen fix.Located in a strip mall on Fairway Drive and adjacent to Pleasant Grove Blvd. in the heart of Roseville, this place has been in operation dating back to early-2020. I came here for the first time with my lady during the afternoon of Friday 12/13/2024 at around 1:45pm. There wasn't a ton of people but luckily we were seated within a minute upon entering. The interior layout has a sleek modern feel to it and is a bit on the dim side. However, one minor caveat is that this building was quite cold; at least during our visit. Maybe this is done intentionally since most of their dishes are served piping hot to warm you up.As far as the menu, they have a very nice assortment of small appetizer dishes including fried chicken, Okonomi fries, tofu, Kimchi, dumplings, and much more. They even carry around 7 assorted rice bowl dishes including pork, chicken, and curry with various toppings and ingredients. Their main dishes however are their Tonkotsu Ramen (pork broth) which come in 7 unique choices as well as their Tori-Paiten Ramen (chicken broth) which offer 3 different choices.Since I was craving a piping hot bowl of ramen, I settled with their most popular choice, the "Fukumi Ramen". This was flavored with a salt-based sauce and topped with Entra Chashu (which is a braised Japanese pork belly), seasoned medium-boiled egg, green onions, sprouts, seaweed, and garlic oil. I also opted for extra noodles (at no charge) to be added to my ramen bowl. My lady decided on their "Chicken Mayo Bowl" which rice topped with honey garlic chicken, Japanese mayo, green onions, and sesame seeds. Her bowl arrived in about 12 minutes while mine took roughly 18 minutes; a little longer than what I expected since we were hungry but nonetheless. As for the overall flavor of the Fukumi Ramen, it was absolutely perfect and piping hot; just the way I like it. The pork belly was seasoned well while all other fillings made every sip very savory and delicious. I also tried a couple bites of her rice bowl and that too was delicious. The only drawback was the rice to meat ratio was roughly 3:1 which isn't a big deal but there was quite a bit of rice. All in all, "Fukumi Ramen - Roseville" is an above average place with a variety to cater to everyone; and their quality is what you'd expect. My rating, a respectable four stars.

Awesome spot for ramen and Japanese comfort food! We had the tonkotsu miso ramen, the honey garlic chicken rice bowl, and some chicken karaage. All delicious, and the chicken was just how I like it - crispy outside and moist inside. The staff were really friendly, and the place had a great vibe. It was packed on a Friday night, so you know it's popular.I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because, while the food was really good, it didn't quite blow me away. That said, it's a solid place, and I'll definitely be back to try more!

This quaint place is superb! It has less than tables but the service is awesome! Everyone is attentive and helpful. Their menu selection is also small but each dish is very delicious! They even have a kid portion that fits perfectly for my 8 year old. Can't wait to go back!
