Always exceptional! We tried the gyudon for first time, so ply delicious. I love the Tori salt ramen with the chicken base broth with garlic oil thin noodles (you can ask for extra noodles for free) , seasoned eggs, sprouts, green onions and chashu (I asked for them to exclude).Smooth and consistently tasty everytime I ordered this. The chicken kaarage is crispy delicious, not sure if it comes with a dipping sauce. Nonetheless, food was served in timely manner and very attentive staffs.Go here if you have not, highly recommended.

I got the Kara-miso ramen (half spicy) and the chashu bun. I did not get the extra noodles and felt like there was a good amount. I have mild-medium spice tolerance and felt that at half spice this was a good spice level for me (definitely wouldn't have handled full spice). The broth was predominantly the spicy flavor. There's a good amount of bean sprouts and corn, which add nice textures/balance out the rich broth and spice flavors. The noodles are chewy and carry the soup flavor well, and the soft boiled egg is chefs kiss. I liked the chashu bun, simple ingredients but rich in flavor. There's not a lot of seating inside, so not friendly for big parties but perfect for small groups -- with options for counter style seating or booths as well. Service was quick and friendly. I'm intrigued by some of the other broth options, so will probably come back to try more when work brings me to this area.

First time trying ramen and I am obsessed!! This restaurant is small but nicely decorated. The service was quick, they are very nice and helpful. We ordered a delicious cold sake that had two cute flower real gold flakes in it! We also tried their draft beer - yummy and very cold! Then we ordered Okonomi fries to start. I think the fries need to be different. They need to upgrade their fries for thicker tastier fries. These pretty much had no flavor (the fries alone.) I feel if they were a thicker fry it would have made a huge difference. There was also no mayo on them and it says "mayo" on the description. The rest of the flavor was good mostly a ginger and green onion taste. On top was the bonito flakes which we have seen people eat on YouTube. SO WEIRD that they move like they are alive! .. my take on the fries, I wouldn't order these again and I love fries so that's a bummer for me. Next we tried their Tantan Ramen - VERY tasty. However, ours was just warm, not hot. The guy behind us had to blow on his to eat it. It felt like ours was the bottom of the batch and then the next people got fresh hot soups. Only things I would change would be the temp and more fresh veggies in it. The creamy pork soup base was delicious, the egg yum, the pork belly - yes please!! I would definitely order this again. I want more. We were getting full but still felt like we could eat a little more so we tried the Chashu bun (we both got 1) - oh my. Don't order the fries, order a bunch of these instead!!!!! Wow. The flavor is amazing and the bun is the most perfect soft bun we have ever had. Only thing I would change about this is out 2 pieces of the pork belly in each instead of 1. YUMMM. We'll be back!!

Fukumi Ramen has been one of my go to ramen spots ever since I first tried them. They have amazing flavors and great quality ingredients. If you ask me, this is the perfect meal for chilly weather. What stands out to me about their ramen is the char grilled pork belly and delicious broth. Service was great and welcoming. The restaurant is centrally located in Citrus Heights. There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is nice and clean walking in. I was greeted immediately walking in. There was no wait and the food came out quickly. I ordered the shoyu ramen and the broth is nice and light. I would recommend their shiro one for more flavor if that's what you're looking for since it has the black garlic oil. It's a great place if you're looking for a quick bite.

This is one of mine and my daughter's favorite places to go. The food here is AMAZING! It is always fresh and made when ordered. As their menu says their signature Tonkotsu broth is simmered for 72 HOURS. This broth has a deep rich flavor that is savory to say the least. The service is impeccable. The staff is patient and kind, they are very informative when asked questions. The dining area is so clean. The presentation of the food is very consistent and beautiful. I love the Fukumi Ramen. The Chashu Pork is fantastic! You really cannot go wrong with anything you order here.

The BEST chashu (pork belly) I don't like the usual thin gray slices of pork that are normally in ramen. I put them in my hubbies bowl. But THIS!!! Delicious thick slices that look like meat and that are charred just right for the best flavor! The whole bowl was excellent and service was really great-- but that chashu is the standout!

The decor in this restaurant is very cute with chalk board decorated signs and traditional flags. We were helped immediately and the food promptly came out. We ordered the jpop white peach sparkling cocktail. For food we ordered the kara-miso ramen and the tonkotstu-miso ramen with extra noodles in each. My taste buds couldn't handle the kara-miso ramen, a little too spicy for me to enjoy but my partner really enjoyed this one. The broth in the tonkotstu-miso ramen was perfectly salty with a great coating texture. These are my favorite noodles when it comes to ramen, I love a thick chewy noodle. The only downside for both ramens was we felt like it was missing some mix-ins for the ramen but there is the option to add more which we will definitely look into if we come here again. Overall, it's not my favorite ramen but it's definitely worth trying.

Great first experience! My friends and I loved the ramen. We also had a rice bowl and edamame . It was all delicious! Loved having the option of getting free extra noodles and free side of rice. The staff was friendly and attentive, when we asked for separate bills it was not a problem at all. One of my friends has a sesame allergy and our waitress brought us a detailed information sheet with ingredient information for all the dishes.

We went here because it was the first restaurant we saw and we were super hungry. We had to wait for few minutes to be seated as they were really busy. I got tantanmen and it was really good and great serving. We love the broth and its rich flavor. Definitely will be coming back. This was a surprise.
