Decent AYCE sushi spot in Elk Grove! I've been here a few times and it did not disappoint every time I dined here! I highly recommend sitting by the conveyor belt at the sushi bar as you can easily grab the appetizers and order rolls or nigiris from the chefs.Upon entry, interior is outdated but staff are all very friendly. My goto items are the tako nigiris and spicy tuna roll!

Stan and the team at Fuji's have been taking care of our family for years! This is by far the best place in Sec/Elk Grove when it comes to AYCE sushi, with outstanding and tasty sushi rolls, consistently delish sashimi, phenomenal service and fried appetizers for days. Try to visit dinner time: they have fish collar, seared fish, and creativity from the chefs behind the counter. It's a family-owned restaurant with staff that cares about your overall experience. Doesn't need to be the fanciest, but they have amazing rolls, torched options, and unique rolls that's worth trying for. Place is clean, atmosphere is super chill, and it's an Elk Grove institution. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!

Fuji Sushi at 8473 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758 has been around for many years. Some of the negative reviews talk about 10 years ago with fancy sushi choices, low prices, and a fabulous Chinese Buffet.Then came the pandemic which closed the buffet for a long time.So now for my review. I came here for lunch and sat at the sushi boat bar. It was so much fun watching the boats go by with all you can eat items. Nice sushi such as california, shrimp and salmon rolls. There were other items also.There is a menu that you can also order various dishes, such as vegetable tempura, rice and other items, all included unless you wish to purchase an upgraded item. Drinks are not included.I really enjoyed my experience, as there are very few sushi boats left. The restaurant was very clean and the price was higher than 10 years ago, but well worth what I paid.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this is s restaurant!

For AYCE, quality of food is good. Especially for this price point, it is really reasonable: $33.95 for one person.Service was quite attentive: the servers came by to ask all the time, quite friendly too. If it was not the staff, I would have given 3 stars. The attentiveness earns them 1 more star, especially in an AYCE sushi restaurant. We were a group of 12, so orders were a lot and they were very patient too!Ambiance can be brighter. I felt like the Concord and Vacaville locations were both brighter and Concord especially more modernized feeling/look.Wished that Chicken Wings would come out more often on the sushi boat/river. Those were delicious.

I came here with a party of 4 Saturday early night for AYCE sushi buffet! They open at 5pm and there were tons of people already! We got seated promptly and the waiter asked if this was our first time and explained how it works!So the concept! Appetizers and drinks were ordered with the waiter while the sushi and everything else we had to go the convenyor belt section to grab or order there at the counters. Interesting concept so it felt like kinda of a actual buffet because they also had rolls prepared already there as wellSushi and sashimi I thought was okay, it was buffet quality, they do have a bunch of options as well, good to try but would only return with a bunch of people for funsy and a good time!

This is our favorite sushi spot in the Sacramento area. It's such a fun restaurant, especially if you eat at the bar. Sushi goes around in little boats, and you can order specific rolls as well. We love the salmon sashimi plate. And the customer service is great, they always take great care of us here.

overall rating 4/5I've been going to fuji since I was young and always loved the revolving sushi bar. This place has been through quite some change post pandemic, but I'm glad they still have the ayce option. If you go during lunch it's much cheaper.This is the only place close by that has ayce sashimi. They have so many options for fish, hand rolls, nigiri, and regular rolls too. The owner is great and the service was quick and checked in on us many times!definitely a go to spot for when I crave sushi (sashimi)only con is the interior, which could so some renovations.
