When I found out 18Grahms had a location closer to me I... because their quality is AMAZING!!! They have such a great array of coffee meets Filipino food meets delicious Asian cuisine with their own twist it's DIE FOR!! I've tried many drinks, refreshers, and food & not one has disappointed me thus far. I love 18Grahms & especially the ambiance of this location . They're a vibe, they're worth the adventure, and from one foodie to another... I most definitely approve .The cafe is top tier service

Another entry into the Vietnamese coffee drink scene for Sacramento. The layout and decor of this place is quite nice and it's very spacious . They have a menu for food, but I only experienced the coffee, specifically the espresso shots. These shots were served in a nice espresso cup and the shots were pulled pretty well. These bean itself was decent. a bit of nuance. Certainly a much better experience than the Vietnamese place I'd just visited (Chloe). If I was in the immediate area I'd come back.

Place is cute, cozy and quaint. Friendly staff. Monsters Inc. Was playing on TV. Seems to be spacious and kid friendly. Wife got the breakfast longanisa sando. She enjoyed it. I got the loco moco dish. I did not enjoy mine fully and this was only due to the gravy. The menu listed it as gravy, but turns out to be soy ginger. I had my expectations violated. Personally I do not like ginger and did not like the soy ginger mixture. Had i knowns, i would have ordered something else. Chosing not to use the gravy, the beef patty was a bit dry. We wanted to try the different toasts and waffles but with it being suoer bowl weekend, they didnt have in stock. Will definitely be back to try other items. My only suggestion is to add that detail on the menu regarding the flavor of gravy.TLDR: *cozy & friendly staff*spacious/kid friendly (kid's movie on tv)*longanisa sando - yummy.*Will be back for toasts and waffles.*Loco Moco (gravy) -- soy ginger flavored; please add that detail to the menu. For those who are not fans of ginger/soy mixtures.

My coworkers and I stopped by for a pick me up. We pooped in around 9:20am on a Friday. Not busy, a few patrons seated at the tables. We ordered 3 drinks. Vietnamese cold coffee, Matcha lemonade and a hot Honey Lavender coffee. Service was nice and fast. Clean interior, street parking, plenty of seating.

I love this new addition to the ice blocks. Perfect place for coffee/tea + breakfast prior to grocery shopping. I ordered the London fog and it was really good. I love the honey sweetened earl gray tea. The steak + fried rice was really good as well. It came with a spicy pepper dipping sauce, which really complimented the steak. The steak was so tender. I love that it was prepared with onions and bell peppers. Definitely visiting again in the near future.

Update:We have now been back two additional times, and it might be my favorite brunch spot in sac proper! During our most recent visit, we also tried the ube version of the Hong Kong French toast. It was served with blueberries and strawberry (vs banana slices w/ the egg custard version). I still like the egg custard flavor more- the slightly salty and slightly sweet flavor profile is just so unique. We also brought our dog and sat in the outdoor patio- although we also saw two dogs inside the restaurant, so it's unclear whether dogs are actually allowed inside.

Love love love this spot! It is such a vibe here. Came here a few weeks ago for girls day brunch and mimosas and everyone had such a great time! All the drinks here are good! From matcha lattes, coffees, mimosas, to espresso martinis they all hit. The food here is also really good. The longanisa sandwich and the chicken sandwich are my favorites. They hosted an event today with a few djs and it was such a fun event! Will most definitely come back just for coffee or brunch with friends in the future! Forsure a cute cafe to do computer work in.

I have already been a big fan of 18 Grams, so when I heard a new location opened in Midtown I was super excited to check it out. It's over by the Ice Blocks off of S street and there's a decent amount of street parking, although there is a lot more one hour parking than 1+ hour parking in the area. I was lucky and found a spot right out front with a Parkmobile meter. The inside is a lot bigger than I thought and they have a mix of bar seating, high top tables, and some comfortable booths. The large windows also allow for natural light, but at certain times of the day there are some bright spots where the sun may shine in your eyes. The staff members greeted us right away and were happy to answer any questions. I ended up getting the hashbrown smash burger ($18) that comes with potato wedges as well as the ube latte ($6.50) and my friend got the avocado toast ($10) with smoked salmon (+$3) and a drink. We learned that they'll also be offering alcohol and be open in the evenings and the large space will definitely be an inviting one all day long.I'm excited to see what they do with the space and the menu as they settle in.

Love me a good coffee shop that serves good food too! I've been here a few times now and can honestly say the drinks, food, and service vibes are consistent. The iced white mocha is my favorite. My 19 month daughter loves the loco moco. I hear the ambiance in a weekend could get busy but during the week can be more relaxed. We can't wait to come back and try more of the brunch. I would like to try the matcha latte too because the menu is actually a good size but not overwhelming with options.

We ended up at Forever on a whim because Scorpio Coffee was packed. It was quiet and empty on a weekday, which gave us a chance to soak in the space. The natural lighting really opened up the room, and the decor, complemented by lush plants, created a cozy yet modern vibe. They were playing R&B, which set the tone perfectly. The menu features Asian fusion breakfast options. My friend and I both got the Vietnamese hazelnut coffee--strong, sweet, and really good (though I had to pace myself since I'm more of an occasional coffee drinker). She ordered the avocado toast and loved it, saying it was one of the best she's had. Another friend who joined us later echoed the same sentiment. I went for the egg sando, which I thoroughly enjoyed, though I was slightly disappointed that the turkey was thinly sliced deli meat rather than turkey sausage, as I had assumed. Still, the flavors were on point, and the food was delicious overall. The only downside was that they close at 2 PM. It's definitely a vibe, and we couldn't help but think how amazing it would be as a nighttime spot with drinks. The R&B vibes are something Sacramento could use more of, and Forever really nails that atmosphere.
