Foothills Bowl

I was very pleasantly surprised by this bowling alley. I was not expecting it to be updated and modern inside, and it was very nice! Clean and bright with comfy couch like seats at each lane. The floors were bright and look brand new. It was very refreshing to bowl at an alley that didn't have technical issues, meaning our ball never got stuck and nor did the pins. It wasn't busy at all on the Thursday afternoon when we went and we ended up staying for 3 hours. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came pretty quickly and was quite good. On the screens they advertised meal deals and bowling deals that I wouldn't be opposed to going back and trying. Every staff member that we came on contact with was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time here and are looking forward to coming back.

While visiting my family in Auburn, we went to Foothills Bowl. This was actually our second visit. This is a great spot for bowling. The pricing is reasonable and customer service is outstanding. The bowling alley is nice and clean. There is a nice bar area to grab a drink, some food and catch the game. We are looking forward to coming back the next time we are in town.

Very good first time experience at this bowling center this weekend. Bowled with a visiting group from Citrus Heights to bowl Foothills Match Club. So glad to finally get to try this center after many years of driving by on I-80 over the Sierras from Reno.The recent upgrades to the lanes, flooring, and kitchen are apparent. Well done. The lanes and seating worked out well. There are 24 lanes and the place was quite busy. So nice to see everyone enjoying open play as well as planned group play. There are arcade games by lanes 1-6 and restrooms near there. The bar area has a good number of TVs going as well as plenty of seating. I hung out there to eat my lunch, grilled cheese and tater tots. The sandwich was terrific. Lots of cheese and not the bare minimum of attention that many places will do to save time, money, and effort. This was a meal made with pride on their food offering. The kitchen is well equipped and they will be adding another grill station soon to complete this renovation. With this size a kitchen, I was surprised there was not at least a bit of a restaurant seating area. Large parking lot with electric charging stations available Loved the bowling pin shaped topiary by the entrance of the center.The room within the center between the front desk and bar wall to the lanes is not wide but is passable when a good number of people are enjoying the games here.Come and have fun! This is an inviting, clean place for all ages to enjoy.

Foothill Bowl is a super cute, fun, and friendly place. It's such a perfect local get-together bowling alley where everyone is happy to see each other. There has a great bar with big screen tvs where you can watch your favorite games. There are also a couple pool tables if you do not bowl. You can find diner comfort food in the new kitchen. Stop by. Have a drink and BOWL!

On our way to Reno, my husband and I stopped by a Tesla supercharger to juice up before we trekked over the state borders. Since we had some time to kill while our Model Y was being charged, we opted to check out this bowling alley which was right across the parking lot. Right when we walked in, it seemed like the spot to be as there were a ton of locals enjoying a beer and mingling amongst each other. We excused ourselves pass the crowd and made our way to the air hockey table. For $1, I challenged my husband to a game. We headed over to the front desk and retrieved the pushers from the staff member. After pushing the puck back and forth for about 5 minutes, we ended our match with a slightly increased heart rate and a friendly competitive spirit. I, of course, won the game and was pleased to brag about the win all the way to the car.

This is a fun piece of Americana in the center of small town country in California. For those from the Bay Area with a Tesla, this place represents the last bit of civilization before reaching Reno and has a strategic Tesla Supercharger Station.Hence, you will need to get comfortable with this place and the locals who live here who are warm, mindful, but welcoming. There is a clean restroom, a very busy bar, good prices for beer and even some video games and air hockey towards the back. The alleys here look well kept and the service seems dependable here.A lot of families come here on off days and they have many leagues. For those who are auto gasoline impaired, there is even a gas station just across to feed your sad gas guzzling vehicle.I'll be here again next time en route to Reno.

Great food and great vibes, I've been bowling all of NorCal and this place is hands down the best!

Our friends haven't ever had to wait for a lane, when we decide to meet there. The hamburgers, drinks and service are good. Definitely recommend.
