This place has food thats like a compony that has rows of item's you can eat once you actually pay for it and get it home or in your tent. The food is not used and in a good quality condition. The only issue is that the stuffing side thats sold is only stuff you have to purchase and then remove from the store then store in your vehicle and then once you have arrived at the location where you plan on storing the food items from Foods Co you can do what everyone wants to do but you have no choice but to make the decision and make the best decisions you want to make and make yourself better for your family and friends in life so that they don't get sick or have any more problems with their health or anything like this will make them happy or not make you happy and you have a choice to be honest about it because it's your decision to make that choice and not make you feel guilty about what you're feeling.

I moved in this area 4 years ago and started to go to this store. I have always liked this store and even worked here for like a month but had to quit due to health reasons with my club foot not being able to handle the constant up and down of stairs to break room and all other work related paperwork. When I worked there I was constantly making sure the carts were gathered for customers and even went to other businesses around corners to find stolen carts. What I see now is old people and handicapped people roaming the parking lot to find just 1 cart because there always scattered to who knows where. But the part that upsets me the most is there employees that handle clearance goods. One manager I spoke to saying how I keep finding items in clearance section in there cooler department that are ringing up as not clearance and the manager says oh well. Yesterday I bought 2 roasts from the store. We paid with 3 cards in one transaction. When I got home I opened one and it was ok and chopped it up and made it into a crock pot meal. I opened the second package and it smelled bad and the underside was turning bad. When we called the store that night we explained that we don't have the receipt but we paid in card so they should be able to find transaction. The night manager said I am not trained to do that so call morning manager. We called this morning and the Morning manager rudely said we can't do that if you don't have receipt then your out of luck. I replied I been working my whole life and every job I have ever worked had had the ability to find the receipt and before he hung up on me he replied i am not going through receipt for you...Pure laziness....workers won't grab carts for people and won't help us people with getting receipt reprint. When I worked for this very store during our training we were told if a worker asks for a cart it's a wright up if you don't get it for them but I guess that was all a lie. Not customer first, them first. Once again a business that picks and choose there customer service.

As soon as I entered I was asked to leave my Coach Side bag at the front. I've. Never ever been asked to leave my bag. So as soon as you entered you are sending as a potential criminal rather than a customer.I said I rather not shop here and the employee replied "well good don't shop here" so they don't like business I guess. I have called the store several times to talk with a manager and I sit on hold for 15 or 20 minutes before I get disconnected. This Place SUCK!! Stay FAR AWAY and save yourself the pain and suffering!!!Unbelievable, I placed an online order on June 29th. One item was damaged by the Instacart driver(?) and never made it to my home. I have been on the phone with Foods Co./Kroger three times in the past 21 days and still do not feel I am any closer to a resolution. I have been a long time Raley's Online shopper. I decided to give Foods Co. a chance and am I EXTREMELY SORRY I DID!!!Last time I spoke with customer service there were literally chickens in the background that were louder and easier to understand than the agent herself. Turns out the customer service for Foods Co./Kroger is in Manila Philippines. I just want a refund for the item I paid for and never received.I am still waiting, waiting, waiting...............................

This Foodsco market has a nice variety but would like to see more choices on gluten-free products, for example, crackers, soups, cake mixes, and sauces.I do see bread and pasta. Thank you for thatYour store truly needs more attention to stocking shelves. Your public restrooms are always closed or very dirty, not well taken care of, considering all the flus going around like Covid. Customer service is key to a successful business.

We came in as we thought the Roma tomatoes might be on sale this week. Whoops they weren't. Decided to go ahead and buy the Roma Tomatoes anyways and all the other produce we needed to make salsa. This afternoon the store was pleasantly clean! We're always disappointed that there aren't any grocery carts at the entrance. After entering and can't find a grocery cart, we have to go back outside to see if anyone is done with their cart. The 4 stars are for the fabulous grocery clerk Esparanza. She was friendly and helpful and polite. Both my husband and I noticed the customer before us had bought some dry beans and a few were coming out of the produce bag but Esperanza went in her drawer and took out a produce bag and put another produce bag around the open bag. We thought how kind of her. That was something we have never seen before. She cared!!Please give Extra Kudos to her today.

Foods Co. has a lot of inexpensive deals and I can buy three days worth of groceries for twenty bucks. Red apples, Golden apples, and Granny Smith apples is 99 cents per pound. Fresh Colby Jack cheese is in the bread and cake section. It's one of the few supermarkets which sells single cans of beer. Busch and Bud Ice 25 oz. cans are $1.69 each and Foster's is 2 for $4.00. They have Wi-fi with no password required. There's no small shopping baskets, only shopping carts are available.

Went to Foods Co for the first time twice this past week.Originally stopped in because of hearing the prices were very cheap.Before going into the store, I got gas at the Foods Co gas station because the gas was cheap compared to other places. Overall, the store did have some good sales/prices. Other than the he sales, things seemed to be priced pretty average to other places. Maybe a little cheaper.A pack of mushrooms was $3.50, as it would be in other places. Mozzarella was on sale, but the customer needed to download the app for a digital coupon. I did not want to do that because I won't be going to Foods Co all too often. Other grocery stores do that too, but it's a bit of a deterrent for me. Will be back in the future, but won't be my go-to grocery store.

Discrimination and harassment complaint:On February 27th, my mom visited Foods Co. to shop for groceries. My mom has been shopping at the 5330 Stockton Blvd. Sacramento, CA location for almost 2 decades now.Upon checking out, my mom was greeted by a rude and unwelcoming cashier by the name of Lynn S.. My mom noticed the cashier rang up multiple items incorrectly and politely asked the cashier to change the prices. The cashier refused to change the prices and said "no, because you are Russian", to my mom. She then snapped her fingers in front of my mom's face as a way to further escalate the situation. Other customers that were standing around my mom started laughing. My mom refused to buy the items that the cashier rang up incorrectly and left the store as fast as she could after being publicly humiliated. My mom cried in her car and came home very distressed and angry. The way the cashier treated my mom was absolutely inappropriate and is a violation of The Kroger Co. (Food 4 Less (F4L)) anti-discrimination and harassment policy. My mom did not deserve to be treated like this. My mom does have a Russian background, but this gives no right to anyone to publicly humiliate her due to the recent events that are happening in Russia.I would like this incident to be properly investigated and for the cashier to be responsible for their actions. I have no problem escalating this incident to corporate if it is not dealt with according to The Kroger Co. (Food 4 Less (F4L) policy. Thank you.
