Flour Dust Pizza

Food: 10/10 - honestly SO good and I'm very particular about my food. This place is truly a diamond in the rough amidst the corporate food and mediocre small restaurant hellscape. I usually don't gravitate toward pizza and American food because it tends to be too heavy and makes me feel physically bad. But I could eat here everyday. The quality difference is noticeable - fresh ingredients, carefully curated flavor combinations, balanced portion sizes. I recommend the margarita pizza, Caesar salad, and the citrus salad (seasonal item). Ambiance: causal, friendly space. Indoor seating is cozy with a bar area and several tables. There is a small patio to the side (always appreciate outdoor seating, brought my dogs multiple times). Service: average, nothing to say.Flour Dust truly deserves all the best. I drive 35 minutes to eat here, no regrets.

AWFUL. Mediocre, overpriced pizza. The size - and the quality - of the pizza and toppings was NOT worth the price we paid.SKIP THE CANNOLI. I don't know what was in the filling, but it was flavorless and NOT mascarpone cheese.

Nice cozy pizza place in Roseville - perfect for families to gather and friends to catch up. A decent amount of indoor seating with plenty of attentive servers who are friendly and efficient.The pizzas are tasty and well made, fresh ingredients and have that delicious wood-fired style and taste. Prices are bit on the higher side, especially given their size, but overall still very good.Sides are good and they have plenty of salad and app options to go w/ your pizza as well.A handful of beers on tap and via bottle to go with your meal.Plenty of attached adjacent parking.Would definitely return here for dinner in the future. Our friends all have kids, and it's cozy/loud enough where our kids can't be heard in the restaurant. =)

Came here for a friend's 40th birthday party located on their outdoor patio which had a few heaters on to keep us warm. I had a lovely experience which consisted of good food and great company ;) Payton did amazing and provided attentive customer service to our big party of 15 people. Her recommendations were on point and we all ended up having a good variety of different flavors. So if you follow me and my reviews, then you know pizza would not be my last meal on earth and it wouldn't be my first choice but the pizza is truly cooked and prepared very well here at Flour Dust. The ingredients are fresh and one of a kind. The owners seem to pride themselves on that they serve which is nothing but the best. My two favorite items which will have me coming back for a second visit are the Arancini's. This appetizer is a fried Italian ball stuffed with mozzarella and topped with pecorino cheese. The textures and flavors from each bite were explosively delicious. My favorite pizza flavor was the Truffling Around which consists of mushroom pepper jack cheese, spicy feta sauce, and black truffle sauce. They also make an in house Calabrian hot sauce that you must try if you're a fan of spicy. I would 100% come back here for a second visit! I've been dying to try this place and their gluten free pizza. I shouldn't have come....because now I'm addicted. Easily the best G F pizza I have ever had, ever. No one would know it is gluten free. Not only that but their pizzas are seriously gourmet. We got four different ones and they were all beautiful and delicious. We also got the cast iron veggie appetizer, which was way more than just some cooked veggies. They were vibrant and so delicious. The service was good and quick. The footprint of the restaurant is small but plenty of seating and a small bar. I can't wait to come back!!!

The pizzas found here are gourmet, these are not your basic gut-busting pizzas. You can tell the dough is made fresh daily. The ratio of toppings is just right. They elevate the pizzas made here but using not your normal pizza toppings. The customer service is awesome! Overall vibe is friendly and family oriented.

Really one of the best pizzas I've had in the area. The dough is so tender. I like my crispy so I order well done. This is a hidden gem. They are turning out delicious wood fired pizzas. Give this local spot a try. 7.4 that's my review.

Best restaurant in placer county! Seriously though, everything you get here is so good. Their spicy Caesar salad is the best!! I would also recommend the peanut butter s'mores calzone, the chicken pocket, and the Ali's special pizza. We order take out a lot from here and have been so impressed each time.

Dom and his staff are incredible. Everything is outstanding and I am always pleased with the service and quality of food.

Easy 5 stars. This place is a gem hidden amongst an unassuming lot of stores. I wish their hours were a little more accessible, but it's worth it if they maintain their quality of food. I've been here multiple times and I can say I have always been consistently served great food. I particularly enjoy their Caesar, their citrus salad, and of course their pizzas are solid. Take the risk and try this place out if circumstances permit!
