For a fifty-minute ninjas class, the time of actual physical activity added up to 10 minutes at most. The rest of time, the kids were either standing idly while the coach Rachel was doing things on her iPad, or they were sitting in a circle listening to the coach. I paid to have my kid get some exercise, not standing nor sitting there all the time! And they charged you $24 for a cheaply-made nylon t-shirt.

I wish they had a make up class just because toddlers are so unpredictable. Besides that the classes are amazing it's a little bit overwhelming by the amount of people inside about the teachers are super patient with the students and try to redirect whenever possible. There is specific areas for specific ages which makes it nice so that the kids aren't running into little kids and little kids are running into the kid activities and potentially getting hurt. They have a lot more things to do that we haven't explored. we are just part of the ninja classes for now, but plan to take gymnastic soonsoon

We have recently joined the gymnastics class, and although we are happy with the quality of class, except the super potent air fresheners. Me and my kids walk out with a headache because the smell is so strong. I'm not sure if we will stay for the amount of time we have signed up. Too toxic!

I need to update my review. I spoke to Natalie at Flip2it. She was incredibly understanding of the issue I had and resolved it quickly. They definitely care about the kids at Flip2it and it shows.I appreciate Natalie reaching out and I look forward to my kids continuing to be part of the programs they offer.

My son loves this sports center for ninja class. Every week he is challenged and feels like a true ninja. His coach is helpful and supportive. The only complaint is that they have to log a students progress on the iPad as the class is in session...as it's happening. I feel like it takes away from the coach to focus on the kids. But I understand they have to measure progress so we know when they can move up. Wish assessments could be once a month or something versus every class.

I'm not going to give this establishment a single star, as the front desk employees were great. My issues stemmed from the classes themselves. My child is 3.5 and was very excited to get started in the area for his age group. Considering that it was his first time in any sort of place like Flip 2 It, he naturally wanted to try all the different "stations" as they called them (think various bars, foam pits, etc.) His class was composed of 2 new children (including mine) and 3 experienced children, and while the experienced children knew the drill and knew how to go from station to station, my child and the other new attendee did not. They were obviously confused, and as the teacher of the course would demonstrate the next exercises, the two new children would follow her and copy her while she continually told them to sit back down. Neither of the new 3-year-olds quite understood what was happening, and it resulted in my child being asked to take a break from the course after 20 minutes. Now, I completely understand that my child was disrupting the flow of activities for the 3 other experienced children, but in that case, where are the beginner courses where they can learn with other children that maybe aren't totally capable of understanding and following all the instructions of the teacher on their first day? It seemed both unrealistic and unfair to assume that a 3 year old would be perfectly capable of the instructions that were being issued on their very first day of any sort of gym activities like Flip 2 It offers. My child was extremely upset with being removed from the class (and the other equally disruptive beginner was not removed, but that's a different discussion) and I felt terribly for him. I wish they offered a beginner's course where the very excited children could play and acclimate to the facility before they're asked to understand how to rotate to different stations at different times and NOT play with the other 3 year olds during the class.Overall, a disappointing experience. If your child is even slightly behind in following directions, understanding, comprehension, or verbalization, this will not be the place for you.

Sweetest little baby class so calm and nice to connect with other moms, lots of different, age appropriate activities... I've coached tor a long time so it was really special to experience this as a first time mom!

We love flip 2 it! My little one has been enrolled since she was 2 and we love everyone here. Our favorite teacher is Miss Shannon and we cannot wait until she is back on the floor. My daughter looks forward to seeing Miss Shannon and Miss Rachel each week. They encourage all their kiddos and it is so amazing! Thank you guys for everything!

We went to flip 2 it for almost 8 years. We loved the people. After Covid the gym really changed. There is no longer communication with the parents. They will tell you when an event is coming up so you spend more money but they don't talk about moving the kids up or what to work on. I had 3 kids going there. I had to ask about moving up or testing for each one. There is a high staff turnover rate and no consistency with expectations for skills. If you are not on the team, you will not get the instruction needed. When we moved to a different studio, we realized how many basic habits my older child hadn't received. She was constantly getting minor injuries because she wasn't doing the moves correctly. If you just want a little tumbling for your small child this place will be fine. If your kid really wants to learn gymnastics and get to higher levels, I do not recommend them. I Love the staff as people but they miss the mark in a lot of other areas.

I've been taking my kid to Flip2It for over 5 years now and while he loves it, the quality of coaches has gone down recently to the point of considering dropping the program. Unfortunately the two best coaches for older students left for unrelated reasons, but the result has been coaches who aren't focused on the students but more focused on socializing. The picture is of this week's class where the coaches socialized for 8 minutes straight (yes I counted ) while the students were left to run the rotations alone - even to the point of the bigger students having to help the littler ones reach parts of the gym or they wouldn't have been able to participate. We love Flip2It, but there needs to be a refocus with the younger staff to keep the quality up to the standard that's been set for so long.
