This place is absolutely the best place in Sacramento to work out. The staff are very friendly and inviting. They accommodate newbies like myself, gracefully. From the initial free boxing lesson, you are given one-on-one feedback on form, balance, and technique. The hour long boxing lessons will have your heart rate in the intense zone, shredding the fat lump of skin you call a stomach into some Instagram worthy praise. The gym is clean, well maintained, and well ventilated. I mean, they actually have a boxing ring and host matches. Awesome. The people who attend the classes are pleasant as are the staff who work there, everyone works hard to be the best version of themselves. After the class is over, you feel like you went to battle with some of the best people on the planet. At end of the day, that's how the best friendships in life are forged. As an old dude with more than a few covid pounds to spare, this place has been encouraging, helping me to face and overcome my greatest opponent. Myself.

Here we are almost a year into the pandemic. I'm so THANKFUL that I can depend on Flawless Boxing & Fitness (FBF) to stay on track with my fitness goals and my mental stability. Their virtual classes are perfect for people like me who are either at "high risk" or live with someone that is. You don't need to be IN the gym to get a killer workout. The virtual classes offered feels like you're there. The coaches are on you and will NOT let you hide behind the camera. They push you, encourage you, teach you, and make sure you're doing the moves correctly to keep you safe. I HIGHLY encourage everyone to give them a try. You will not be disappointed. As the saying goes, "Come train with us!".

Flawless Boxing is one of my favorite places in Sacramento- beautiful and welcoming space with awesome coaches.I started at Flawless Boxing with a free class. After 10min my whole body hurt. I then signed up for the year and I'm so glad I did. Not only is it a great full body workout, but also a great stress reliever!I take Coach Brandon's classes at noon during my lunch break. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, tough, and genuinely cares that you get better each day. I also recently added personal training once a week with Coach Jelena. Love Coach Jelena! Having that extra one-on-one time has been beneficial to improving my form and expanding my skillset. I feel stronger and more confident after each session. I'm grateful to have found such a welcoming community!! I highly recommend!

As a Health and Fitness professional and fanatic, the first thing I do when I step into a new gym or fitness activity is ask myself, "Is it safe?" Are the instructors knowledgeable and attentive, are they engaged and do they have my safety in mind? At the end of the day, I want to be able to walk away from the workout and not be carted away into an ambulance. 5 minutes into my first Flawless Boxing workout I knew I was in good hands. The coaches were attentive and patient, but also efficient and effective. I had no real boxing experience, however, I left there with a fundamental understanding of how to protect myself. As a father, I would highly recommend this place to any dad who wants to develop a skill set to protect their family, and wants their spouse and kids to learn how to protect themselves. They have quickly outgrown their capacity and I understand why. The workout was fun and intense. The quality of the coaching is five star; for example, although I had zero boxing experience going in, within 30 seconds I was serving up 3 piece combos on the pads with the owner. I've seen other trainers spend 15 minutes on how to punch on the pads.I recommend that you get in there sooner rather than later. It's a great workout but more importantly it's good people. During the workout, several of the more experienced folks (thanks Nick!) took the time to give me help and tips. You can't beat it folks. Five stars!

I'm not a athlete, and far from an accomplished boxer. But I've been working out at Flawless since 2018 and I'm in the best shape of my life. As one of the oldest members, that says a lot! The gym is clean and well-equipped, but it is the trainers that make the experience great. There is a place here for the newbies and the pros here, and everyone in between. Boxing is for fitness and self-defense, not just fighting although that is an option. The bootcamp classes are a great opportunity for strength training. The trainers keep me coming back, the but community of the members makes it feel like I belong.

5 years and counting. This gym has continued to up their game with a great mix of boxing and HIIT training. The coaches are approachable and open to talking about your fitness goals, questions about technique and more. Plus they've added a women's sparring class and keyless entry giving members more of what they want. Learn from the best. Come to Flawless!

Walked in to sign my family up. The owner, talked to someone behind the desk for quite some time as me and my children just stood there. He never acknowledged us. When the person he was speaking with left, he Still never acknowledged us even though we stood there right in his sight at the desk. Finally, as I didn't leave, he looked at me with irritation, took a deep breath as he hesitated to get up from the desk to help us. Even when he got to us at the counter, he just looked at us raising his eyebrows to gesture, "What?" Although, I was a new potential customer, I had to greet him. Yes, you read that right. I had to greet him. He treated me as if I was just young and a huge waste of his time. This was hurtful and worse I had my kids with me. We walked in excited & all laughs and smiles. This kilt that moment. It was hurtful because I knew he was assuming we were less than and a waste of his time. Once he learned I was interested in possibly signing up FOUR people, he suddenly grew nice and interested to speak to me/us. I'll pass!! My kids and I were disappointed because we really wanted to try this place. Such horrible treatment and first impression! Lesson to the owner & staff of this establishment, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER or by THE COVER YOU PERCEIVE IT TO HAVE! Blessings.
