Came here with my husband for his birthday and let me start by setting the mood for you for a very intimate romantic setting. Let's start with yes they have a dress code an enforce that heavily, I LOVED that.! It's clean domed lighted and romantic from the moment you walk in. The place is quite and upscale, and the host will check you in, ask of your celebrating anything before walking you to your table. A card is placed at your table for the server to see for the end of your evening. For my husband's birthday, they came out with some ice cream and all the staff saying to him, he then later brought me back for our anniversary, and they brought me out a brownie sampler and a red rose. . They are an all you can eat style joint! They have the best starter salad bar! With salad, veggies, chilled Shrimp and cocktail sauce, charcuterie cheese and meat options, and lobster bisque soup is to die for!!! I highly recommend the lobster bisque soup!! It's creamy, savory and very blissful.! That's the first thing I try to have will power over because it's very filling.! I recommend getting the small cup bowel over the large bowl option to start. The meats!!!! Are very tasty and they have a wide variety of selection. I highly recommend the lamb chops and the leg of lamb, it has a slight mint chutney taste to it that lingers and it it's savory and juicy!I also recommend the garlic Parmesan chicken, the bacon wrap, filet mignon, and they have a couple steak and red meat options that come around, they have a decadent pineapple that also comes around and I recommend asking for several slices because it's so sweet, it clears your pallet so when you go back and try other meats, you get a whole different experience with each one. I also recommend asking your server for the cheesy bread that they bring to your tables sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, but upon request, they will bring you multiple baskets. Not to mention the ambience of this place, the gentleman that walk around in their attire with the meats on giant sword skewers, and they walk around with literally these machetes that cut the meat for you and you place it on your plate. The whole experience of this restaurant is phenomenal! I truly enjoy coming here. It's definitely worth the price and kids under the age of four eat free.!!!! so if you have small children and you don't wanna pay a hefty price for them to eat, this is the place to go. But it's more of an adult setting.I highly recommend this place for date night, for romantic outings, or even if you're like myself in love with yourself, you take yourself out to nice restaurants as a single date. This is definitely the place to try.

The good: decor was nice and pretty standard for the restaurant type. The staff was friendly. The bad: food was average at best. But the worst part.. them continuously coming over to see if I wanted more, when there's a little card that clearly shows I do. You see at this style restaurant they typically come by every 3 to 5 minutes with a different serving of meat. After an hour or so, of continuous meat, they usually come by and ask if you want a specific follow up.. that's usually a sign it's time to move on. But here's the thing. It was 10 minutes before rounds of meats. And after the first rotation the staff started pushing me towards the door... mind you at this point it's me and one other table in the entire place. I'm solo. Every side was stone cold as well. Looking back on it, I tipped too much. Won't be back, do not recommend.

The food quality is not worth the price tag. Service is mediocre, and slow. The seating area is like an open hall that echos and it becomes challenging to have a conversation. The whole experience was a bit disappointing.

We came to Flame & Fire last night for the first time to celebrate multiple graduations. We had a party of 25! It was $65 people person for the Rodizio not including drinks, dessert, tax or gratuity. There is a senior discount, kids under 6 eat free and 7-12 years olds get a discount as well. The bill for 25 people was massive as you can imagine and while they don't do separate checks, they will take separate forms of payment. We started with the Market Table buffet which overall was disappointing, not as many options as I'd like which I guess isn't a bad thing if you don't want to fill up before the meat arrives. I was mostly disappointed in the grilled vegetable options as they were cold from sitting out. The meat options were not lacking though - from bacon wrapped chicken to smoked sausage and pork belly. Hello Meat Sweats!! It was all flavorful and mostly tender and they even brought around different preferred temperatures (well done and medium). My favorite of the evening was definitely the grilled Halloumi cheese and pineapple. I could have just eaten that all night. They offer other menu items such as bacon wrapped shrimp and you can also just order the Market Table Buffet if you're a non-meat eater. They have an extensive cocktail and wine list as well as some great options for dessert like Cheesecake, Flan and Flourless Chocolate Cake.Overall, our servers did a great job of taking care of all of us and the guys bringing around the difference meat options were also very attentive. Flame and Fire is definitely a special occasion place given the price tag so bring your eatin' pants and appetite! You won't go home hungry!

After another restaurant made it difficult to keep reservations for my large group, Flame & Fire saved the day! I reserved ahead of time & it was such an easy, smooth process. On the day of, we had additional guests who weren't invited show up & the hostess quickly had staff assist to ensure we had enough room for everyone. The restaurant layout was spacious & impeccably clean. Staff were delightful, personable, & very attentive to our needs. They didn't make us feel rushed & took care of us throughout the evening. There were so many meat options that were seasoned to perfection; one of the most flavorful Brazilian steakhouses I've ever had. Some of the meat choices were a bit too well done, but still tasted delicious. Fan favorites: Ribeye *chefs kiss*, beef rib (was soooo tender), lamb chop, picanha, chicken hearts, melted grilled cheese & honey, pineapple (cinnamony goodness)There was a small selection of hot foods as well, but a large assortment of cold foods at the salad bar. Overall, the restaurant made our celebratory meal a wonderful experience!

Went last night for dinner. It was fun but I was unimpressed with the food or the rate that it came out. This is a Brazilian STEAKHOUSE. 7 rounds of chicken is not what we came for although it was WAY better than the steak. When they did bring out steak it was round after round of well done. What kind of savage would ever order well done? The lamb was ok, but also overcooked. For the price it was a massive disappointment.

I've tried the three Brazilian Steakhouses in Roseville, and I rate Flame & Fire and Fogo de Chao both 5 star. They are the best. In my opinion, Flame & Fire has the best meat, while Fogo de Chao has the best market table (salad bar).Flame & Fire served the meat faster and gave more generous portions.Fogo de Chao has more variety on their market table, and some niceties like a bowl of capers for the smoked salmon, more cheeses, and the bacon.I liked the ambiance at Flame & Fire is the best, with subdued lighting, less crowding of tables and quieter. The service at both is first class, friendly, courteous, helpful.

We were given this as a gift. $140 for two of us, not including tip. So many choices of meats presented by the " gauchos" as they walked around presenting the meats on their long skewers. They cut the meat off the skewers right at your table. The salad & sides bar was very good. The lobster bisque was to die for.

The meat did not come often. If you have all the time in the world to sit and watch other guests wait desperately. This place is for you. This would be our second time here in five years and this was the same reason we'd stay away. There are other Brazilian Steakhouses nearby that will serve you better. Let this be my mistake and not yours. Was stuck here for 2 hours.Food 2/5 Food service 1/5Overall service 2/5My advice to F&F. Serve your guest consistently with food so your guests with reservations don't have to wait another 30mins past their reservations. Guests waiting for food holds up Guests that are ready to dine.
