Five Guys

The food was very good we had seven orders of hamburgers and fries. Also the greatest milkshakes there was various flavors which I was surprised with the tastes. Little pricey but with the economy and such it was worth it. I did not catch her name but she was very good. It was quiet and clean and well taken care of.

$27 for one little burger, one regular fries, and one soda. They don't even top off the fries in your bag like they used to, in fact, the fry container is not even full. Oh, and they ask you to tip too. I'm paying $27 for a meal, getting my own drink, grabbing my own food and cleaning my own table. What am I even tipping for? You should be tipping me for coming to eat there instead of the In and Out that's more than half the price.

Last time I went to five guys was when I was a child, so I decided to stop by to see how the burgers are nowadays.Service was fine. They explained how the menu works and the food came out quick.I ordered a regular cheeseburger which is two patties, with a bunch of extra toppings like grilled onion, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, pickles. Unfortunately the beef patties have little to no browning at all when cooked so they tasted pretty bland.Cajun fries tasted okay but they were soft and soggy.Without a drink, this ran me $20 so I don't think it was worth it.

We straggled into this location close to closing. Dillion and the crew were all welcoming! The restaurant was very clean and in order. I expressed how the burgers and fries were flavorful and higher in quality over the nearby competition. We appreciated the patience of the staff as we sat to eat and drink our meal. I noticed the staff continued to clean the kitchen. They never gave us the impression to hurry as time was close to closing.When in the area, we'll be back.We thanked the staff for everything. In turn several of the staff thanked us for our patronage!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were enthusiastically greeted by the team upon entering. The restaurant was clean and parking was very convenient and easy. Jaylin took our order, he was kind and helpful. We decided to dine in with our little one. There were clean high chairs available. Our food came out within 15 mins and everything was fresh, hot and served as ordered. I would definitely visit this location again if I am in the area.

Lately I've been so disappointed with fast food, seems like the quality in the industry overall is going. But not for Five Guys!! Not only were the burgers hitting the spot, but the Cajun fries were seasoned to perfection! We got our order quickly and it was correct the first time. This location is aways clean and even when there is a line you don't have to wait long for your food. We'll be back!

The food at Five Guys is solid -- the burgers are tasty, and the fries are always fresh and hot. I like the customization options for the burgers, and the portions are pretty generous. However, it's just way too expensive for what you're getting. A meal for one person can easily cost as much as a sit-down restaurant, which feels excessive for a fast-casual spot. It's good for a treat once in a while, but the high prices make it hard to justify as a regular go-to. Service is pretty slow so order ahead.

I currently have a mild addiction to Five Guys fries. I blame my foodie partner in crime. I have gone to this location for 3 days in a row. The fries never disappoint. I love that they're hot, fresh and crispy. While I'm a huge fan of the fries, the burgers and hotdogs, not so much. Yeah, I'm a In n Out girl at heart.But I'm gonna keep coming back to satisfy my fry craving. Plus, the staff at this location are so nice. I usually come before the dinner crowd when the restaurant is mostly empty. I see them prepping the restaurant and cleaning up. They don't just sit around. I really like that. Plus, I ALWAYS get greeted when I enter and when I leave. That seems like a small thing, but I really appreciate it.

This is a review specifically for the employee Jenaya who was very professional and kind in correcting a mobile order that was previously made wrong. The fast food industry needs for employees like Jenaya and more fast food establishments like Five Guys with real ingredients.

The restaurant is freezing cold inside. I had to put my winter coat on. Food arrived quickly enough but my bacon cheeseburger all the way with jalapeños didn't have the bacon or jalapeños. I ate it really fast and didn't realize the missing bacon till the end cause all I thought about was the missing jalapeños. Bummer.
