Five Guys

We hadn't been to Five Guys in a long time. Usually we try to support local, versus chains but it was late and convenient. We stopped in and ordered a couple burgers and fries and my husband was most excited for the peanuts.The person working apologized for the wait, even though we felt like it wasn't a long wait and ended up giving us an extra generous scoop of fries. We didn't realize until we got home how generous it was and it was such a nice gesture.The burgers were flavorful and made the way we requested, the fries were cooked well and were plentiful, and the peanuts were exactly what my husband wanted them to be.I'm not sure what the service is like typically since we don't stop in all the time, but their staff went over and above for us. We would definitely stop by again, and probably won't wait as long to do so after having this experience.

I was really looking forward to trying Five Guys, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. While the staff was nice, the wait time was much longer than expected, and when I finally got my order, the food was disappointing--especially for the price.The burgers were undercooked, lacked any real seasoning, and overall just didn't taste good. It seemed like the kitchen was a bit disorganized, which might explain the delays and quality issues. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

I think Five Guys tastes pretty good but they're pretty pricey. Their "little" cheeseburger is like normal burger size. In the past I couldn't finish their standard burgers in one sitting. I like the unlimited toppings choices and the veggies are fresh. LOVE their milkshakes. Pieces of real fruit or oreo cookies (there's other mixins but haven't tried em) swirled into a very vanilla forward thick ice cream. It tastes a tad marshmallow-y? They give you a ton of skin on fries overflowing into the paper bag of which gets oily very quickly. They are not very crispy but have a satisfying potato flavor. They also have free peanuts but I don't eat those. I don't eat here regularly because of value versus the other establishment down the street. But I will be coming back often for their milkshakes since we like them better.

My family will Never patronize this location again. The customer service is good but the food is Complete Garbage. I'm So Pissed. I received a cheeseburger that was barely done with no seasoning and fries that were literally burnt up. I called and the phone is definitely off the hook as a constant busy signal. The prices they're charging is sad with the quality of food we received for a family of 5. You never respond to your yelp reviews or answer the phone but remember who keeps you in business.

I'm a patience person, today I went to this Location in Natomas, it's raining, after 11:05 one of the staff telling me that they will open at 11:15. I said it's fine and I waited outside, after that another staff came out and told me that they will open at 12pm after I waited in rain for 15 minutes. I guess they can be better on communication next time.

I worked for many years in customer service and I can definitely have higher standards when eating at a new location. This one did not disappoint. Not only was the food delicious, but the crew had a great attitude and worked as a team tonight. I came in around 5:45 pm, was immediately greeted, and taken care of efficiently. I really enjoyed the vibe that the entire crew gave off as they were working, and I know I would love to be a repeat customer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A trip to Five Guys is always a good thing ! This is my first time at this location and I can say I was pleasantly pleased with the friendly customer service, the cleanliness of the interior and the food quality! I love the shakes , so thick and creamy not artificial tastings like some other Burger places ! I added a salted caramel shot to it and it took from a 9.5 to a 100 lol .. The fresh cut fries are tasty and delicious, more like home made fries instead of a restaurant fries which does has more crunch but Five Guys Fries are so delicious who cares lol.. 9 out of 10 .. On to the meaty and flavorful burgers ! They also look homemade , you won't get a instagram perfect picture of the burger , but who cares when it tastes as delicious as these burgers do! My small bacon cheeseburger was amazingly fresh and just enough for me! 9.7 out of 10 .. I hear so many people complain about the prices and yes they are on the higher side of the burger chain scale, however at the end of the day they are worth every penny they charge ! Only suggestion is I wish they would add ranch dressing as an option! Would I come back to Five Guys? Absolutely! Until next time ! Happy Eating

Coming from a true big back that takes her food seriously after a long day at work... dont waste your time... they got my order wrong twice and honestly mistakes happen... coo.... But i told her the burger had no seasoning, she said they dont put seasoning on there veggies or patties...... like girl ive been going to 5guys when it was only 3guys, i know what its supposed to give and it didnt give good. Took my big back self to in n out and was satisfied got the whole meal there as the price of one burger.. the only thing is no grill mushrooms and a few options in n out doesnt have. But i see why im a regular at in n out.... Pinole location is waaay better... bay area!!!!!!

My sister, her husband and I ordered online at this location ($30+ total) and we received an error message. So we went to this location to place the order. We then discovered the online order WAS charged. My sister called and spoke with the manager Wayne. He said there's nothing he could do about the online order charge but that we could be reimbursed for a full refund or a credit. We arrived today to get the credit and Wayne changed his mind and said there was nothing he could do. We paid for an online order that we never received and Wayne reneged on what he had previously agreed to. I do not recommend doing business at this location they deserve zero stars. It's not enough that we as consumers are getting charged ridiculous amounts of money for dining out but when a glitch occurs in their app they do nothing to make it right. Shame on you Wayne.

Service is good, welcomed in and ordered right away, burger ready in little time. Now about that burger... Meh, nothing special. 16.90 for a single burger small fry is a bit high when the burger is really basic and has shrunk- no surprise there. Really didn't find it any better than jack in the box. med fry is over $7... too much.
