Fitness System

This gym has everything that you can possibly need at a gym. it is an open concept and very family oriented. There is sauna, steam room, classes, weights, cardio and tanning beds. Oh I almost forgot they have a child care area as well. The staff has worked here for years and are always kind and welcoming. The pool is heated! They have a dead lifting area outside and a boxing area outside as well/ in the covered pool area. Price is great as well!

Open again 24/7. Some equipment is set up outside. Enough disinfectant bottles for everyone.

I've been going to this gym for about a month now and I love it. Nobody is in your face, people are cool and stick with their own routine. I bring both of my kids and the daycare is amazing - that was my biggest concern and I being them just about daily and the area is huge for them to play, and the babysitter is really sweet with them. Also - I read that the owner was rude in previous posts and kept waiting for an encounter with this "rude" owner. I finally asked the sitter who the owner was and realized the woman I came into contact with almost daily was her and she's very cool so I'm not sure what that was about.

It's a well set up Gym also very clean My only complaint is that 95% of the people have headphones and they blast the music in the gym so loud that I can't hear the music in my headphones. I can't be the only one having that problem Also if you gotta take a shower in the bathroom they blast you out of there with the music

Their website says "we offer day, week and month passes." but when i call they only have 3months passes or exorbitant signup fees for month to month.

LADIES: NO SPORTS BRAS ALLOWED! SEXIST DRESS CODE POLICIES HERE. It's difficult for me to give this gym more than two stars. The second star is strictly for the fact that it's a pretty large space with a substantial amount of equipment, open 24/7, and has a large parking area. Also, the service I received was friendly/helpful and a partial refund (for a week pass) was given to me when requested. That being said, the machines are pretty old and the locker room is quite small.However, I had a major issue with the way this gym is run. THEY DO NOT ALLOW BARE MIDRIFFS. Not joking. I usually wear a sports bra but this time, I actually wore a T-shirt knotted in the front. So we're talking like a triangle of midriff. A gym employee approached me and told me that they do not allow bare midriffs because this is a "family gym."Naturally, I requested a partial refund (I purchased a week pass). I couldn't help myself - I had to hear their reasoning.I asked the manager to explain. She said that they don't want teenage girls being gawked at by older guys and thus, they just end up instituting a general rule (get real, guys will gawk at girls regardless of whether they are showing midriff or not and how dare they police women's bodies as if the responsibility to not be gawked at falls on the females). As if that wasn't bad enough, she added "you're in good shape but what if someone that isn't wears something like that." I had to keep my jaw from dropping. Really? You're a fitness institution and you're fat shaming? I was nice and polite and just told her that "I don't see anything offensive or sexual when it comes to a woman's midriff and that their policies are unfortunately not in line with my personal beliefs and wardrobe." She was polite back and issued my refund. In the end, they are a private business and can set guidelines as they please but I'll be damned if they were going to take any more of my money. I view the gym as such an empowering place and the fact that it can be so sexist, discriminatory, and body-negative is a real bummer.

Great gym but I watched the owner berate an employee for not bringing the mop bucket along with the mop. The owner treated the employee like a dog. If the owners fix their bad attitude, this place is 5 stars no question.Update: they cancelled my membership for telling people about the owner berating his employee

Good place to get a workout in. Can get busy at peak but starts to clear out later at night.

I love this gym! membership signup is easy, prices are fair, place is very big, people are very nice.

Amazing gym, amazing equipment, and the staff is the best. The gym has provided cleaning products for every member since the reopening after the pandemic. They still follow this practice and the gym is clean. Additionally the environment is not for the weak. A true gym
