Thank God! Finally a gym that actually exceeds expectations. So glad to see that you guys discourage influencers and you promote good gym etiquette. It's working out the way it should be. Wish we'd found you guys sooner. And your staff rocks, so helpful and so friendly. SO GLAD we joined.

There is adequate gym equipment here certainly, and an environment for serious lifters. I would love to see however, as a paying customer, a cleaner facility and much greater upkeep of the hygiene resources for us. I visit the bathroom and it's just gross every-time sadly; toilet paper out, soap out, walls have some gunk on them. The gym as well is very stuffy, and I understand its an old school gym but investing in some air filters to improve the air quality would also improve the customer experience. The cleanliness and upkeep of hygiene resources for customers are the downside. If I found a gym with a similar culture but greater cleanliness I would switch, but for now I will stay because it is a cool gym and plays relatively nice music for the kind of people who attend

Super easy to sign up. 24 hour accommodation, lots of space and weights. Love the fact they have a lot of machines and open weights. Cardio machines in the back and clean restrooms. Ample parking and everyone I have met is very friendly.

It's a 24hr gym with many machines and plenty of space. Not too pricey, everyone is chill, minds their own business, works out, and continues their day. Not much else to say. I encourage just paying a 3 month upfront, then you can re-up if you choose. Less worry about monthly charges.Note: this is a gym, not a spa, not a fancy place with bells a whistles. It's a place to get/stay in shape.

Dropped in early on a Monday morning. Located right off the freeway with a decent sized parking lot. Getting a day pass was easy - filled out/signed waiver, paid $15 (cost as of March 2023). Gentleman in front was helpful and was thoughtful enough to ask if there was any special equipment i needed to find. He found me a free squat rack and gave me the lay of the land.Equipment isn't new but it works. I like that they have a space where bumper-plates only are allowed and they mostly use metal/iron plates. They have different types of barbells for your different types of lifters/workouts. Fairly clean, machines are a tad tight. They have an aerobics room, a cross-training type room with a rig with 4 squat racks, another rig with kickboxing/boxing bags attached, and turf. They also have merch/drinks/protein available for purchase.Bathroom was clean, there are showers but they're a tad tight. A lot of lockers with plenty of changing space. Also have a sauna on the women's side. It looks like they also offer massage therapy and tanning.Would definitely come back for a quick, effective workout out next time I'm in the area.

Absolutely love this gym. I was a prior member when they had a few more locations including Land Park (new garbage owners.) This gym is amazing. Equipment is cleaned regularly and maintained well. Staff is always available and friendly. The gym is open 24/7, do have some early days for holidays but that is expected. Barak does an amazing job running this place and her staff shows that.

Based on my ten-month experience at this gym, I have observed a noticeable decline in its overall quality. While it may have enjoyed a positive reputation five to ten years ago, its current state is unsatisfactory. The frequent turnover of employees is a significant concern, indicative of management instability. This subpar experience is characterized by persistent issues such as foul-smelling and frequently CLOGGED toilets, abundant dust accumulation in every corner, and malfunctioning and dilapidated equipment that takes an inordinate amount of time to be repaired. The presence of hazards, particularly in the cardio machines, poses a potential liability for the gym, making it susceptible to legal repercussions. To top it off, there is ROACHES. And the list goes on. Very unmotivating to have even a 1/2 decent workout. The absence of FUNCTIONAL air conditioning in a facility operating in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit INSIDE THE BUILDING represents a severe safety hazard for all of us. I personally witnessed a member nearly faint in one of the poorly ventilated smaller rooms. No one should be working out in these conditions! They need the BIG ASS commercial fans. It's a liability there. To add- He blamed the FREEWAY for the gym being as HOT as it is! How does that any make sense?I must emphasize that the staff and managers, despite their commendable efforts, have limited authority to rectify these issues, as they are engaged in an ongoing struggle with an absentee owner who resides across the country. Evidently, this gym is not a priority for the owner Sean, and the well-being of its members is consequently compromised. Ridiculous that he expects his front desk staff to fix all maintenance issues. Bottom line is nothing is getting done, he's cheap, clearly doesn't care about his members paying an outrageous $70 a month. I wouldn't even pay $9 a month at this point. Prospective members should RUN in the other direction! As these services offered fail to meet the standards expected of a reputable fitness establishment. Regrettably, the untapped potential of this facility, which could have catered exceptionally well to bodybuilders, remains unfulfilled due to the owner's lack of involvement or frankly the lack of CARE.

Went back to this gym today just to check it out and i will stick with old skool iron in Vacaville. Waiting for a spot open to do some cable flys and this dude was on it for awhile did 2-3 sets which is cool but didnt want to work in with someone else. Did my thing waited till it was open someone else jumped on and he was a punk to. We are all there to do the same thing why people in Sacramento gotta be shit asses. Went to do some back and chest workout with the pulldown machines and the seat is so tiny you cant even sit on it iv been in a ton of gyms and this one was by far the worst just from the attitude from people in the gym to the front desk people the equipment its no different then planet or 24 hour fitness.
