There is truly not enough words I can say about this gym. My trainer is Travis, and although all of the trainers, there are incredibly kind and fun to be around, Travis has been my trainer for years and he is without a doubt the nicest guy I have ever met. he goes over and beyond to get you to your goals.Now, for the gym, it kicks your ass. Yes, you can definitely come here and take it easy if you like, and go at your own pace. But if you truly want to see amazing results, not only will they perfectly guide you on exactly how to do the work out , but they push you when you need it. Every day is a new class, and they concentrate on all the muscles of your body.Give this gym and try, you truly will not regret it ! Thanks MD!

Love this gym!I highly recommend!The workouts are awesome, the people there become like family, and the trainers are knowledgeable, and helpful.I love that they perform assessments each month to keep track of your progress.Definitely check them out, you won't regret it!

My very first day was August 3rd of this year! It's close to two months now, and I go 5 days a week. I've definitely loving it here. The entire staff, trainers, and the people that go here are amazing!!!! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and they push you when you think you're about to give up. I first heard about this gym from a friend of mine. Her family goes here and she told me to try it out because I was telling her that I wasn't getting the results I wanted. She told me if I went here .. that I definitely see results. Since I've started.. I've lost 5 % body fat (6.2 pounds of fat), have gotten stronger, can actually run a little more than when I first started, and have lost 3-5 pounds (fluctuates) ... but it's the body fat percentage that I care about the most!!! And just feeling good Michelle and Jenny are amazing!! The trainers ... JD , Gary, Travis, Daniel, David (haven't met a few others yet) .. they're all so nice and helpful especially with proper form of the exercise. I highly recommend this gym. I love it!!!

Fitness MD is the gym I have been looking for! From the helpful trainers to the variety of workouts, mu husband and I love the FitClub. The classes are definitely challenging, but over time, you will truly see results from your hard work!

After years of attending holiday workouts, I finally became an official Fit Club Member! I've been going consistently since July and I love it! In the last 6 weeks alone, I've lost about 6lbs and 5% body fat (well 4.9% really but it's basically the same right?). Classes vary each day so you never get bored. The trainers are awesome and know when to push and when to modify. If you have an injury, let them know and they'll work with you. If you have a question or you're confused, ask and you will be helped. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and are all pretty cool. Shoutout to the PM crew!In comparison to a normal corporate gym, the monthly rate for Fit Club is on the pricier side, but it is SO WORTH IT. As a Fit Club Member, you have access to daily Fit Club Classes, daily cardio classes, weights/machines, and get assigned a trainer who works with you to meet your fitness/nutrition goals. They're open REAL early and fairly late. They have child care. You don't have to worry about signing up for a class online OR worry whether classes are full. Members and staff are super welcoming and encouraging. If you're still unsure about committing, wait for a Groupon. Or checkout the gym on Facebook/IG to see when they're doing promotions. Either way, Fitness MD is the way to go! You'll get the results you want if you're willing to put in the work. It's been working for me so far!

I've been to a lot of fitness classes and this gym, by far, has the most effective boot camp classes throughout the day. All ages, shapes and sizes though most are fit for a reason. Go here and you will get fit and lose weight.

I have been a member of fitclub for a couple of months now and my body composition changed drastically! If you want to get in shape this is the place to go! Plus all the trainers are awesome!

I came in and signed up for a challenge. Once I filled out the paperwork, nothing. No one explained the challenge, no tour of the gym, I just stood there at the counter. It was strange! During the classes, if Chandler was there, everything went smoothly. But I did not have a good experience with any of the other trainers. They seemed to be more interested in gabbing with their favorite client, or walking around acting important. If somebody showed up later to the next phase of a session the trainers seemed to be annoyed that they had to repeat demonstrating the current exercise. This happened in multiple camps and with multiple trainers unfortunately. I do not remember their names, probably just like they do not remember mine. The one camp that Chandler was there, he was very thorough with explaining and correcting my form if needed. I did meet the owner, and I believe this is not the norm, he seems very passionate with his practice.

I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life and hated working out. My good friend Todd bet me that I wouldn't work out with him at the 5-6am fit class five days a week for a full month.... I went kicking and screaming and not really wanting to be there (insecure about my fitness level, unfamiliar with working out, etc). I found just the opposite of what I was dreading... nobody judge me. This gym wasn't a "meat market", and everyone was so encouraging and friendly... I don't me just the staff... I mean EVERYONE. I was taken aback at how quickly the entire staff knew me by name and really seemed to care about me on a personal level. I believe this culture starts with great leadership, and I've found that in Dave, the Owner, who makes it a point to run his business not from behind a desk and a wall of employees, but out on the gym floor working directly with his members. It's been about 5 months now. I've lost 19 lbs, several inches, and firmed up just about everywhere.... and my wife has even started coming with me too and she's doing great! It hasn't been easy, but I find myself actually really enjoying the workouts now and hanging out with an amazing community of folks who have become my friends. Thank you Fitness MD!
