DO NOT USE FIT KITCHEN!!! I'm shocked they're still in business with how many mistakes they've made in the year I used them and their complete disregard for rectifying them. I tried so hard to give this company as many chances as possible since I know this is a small business, but I had to cancel my membership after they, again, they completely screwed up and did not do anything about it. And this time, the mistake was that they simply did not deliver any of my food this week. To provide more color to those that are still reading, here are all of the ways Fit Kitchen has failed during my 1-year subscription: 1) Delivered meals that I specifically did not order since I am allergic, several times. 2) Running a website that does not work at all. Subscribers cannot add/reduce the number of meals they need each week, skip weeks, or change their meal plans. You have to text someone at the company, and sometimes they completely ignore you. 3) Did not deliver meals at all after I had requested a 1-week skip while I was out of town. Blaming me for not resuming my subscription. Don't forget this is all done over text, and I explicitly stated this would be a 1-week skip. 3) Delivered fewer meals than I had ordered with no explanation. 4) Took an entire month for a meal-change to go through, where I continued to be delivered food I did not want in my meal plan. 5) Delivered food that was clearly less than the size I was subscribed to. I was a member of the 6-oz. protein plan, and I weighed my food several times and each time it came under weight. 6) Requesting fewer meals for a following week (again over text) and being delivered the incorrect number of meals. These are just off the top of my head. I'm sure if I went through my text messages I could find more, but I doubt I need to. In addition, there were a few things Fit Kitchen did that I completely overlooked and never complained about, but others should know:1) The Food never comes chilled and comes in a paper bag with a small bag of crushed ice inside. Even if I'm home when the delivery is made, the food is already hot. 2) When unpacking the food, all of the ingredients are usually pressed up against one side and oils are commonly dripping out of the cartons. Clearly the food gets tipped while in delivered and are not stored properly.I hope this will deter you from using Fit Kitchen. They are not fit to run a business at all, especially one that people rely on for their nutrition.

Never got an on time delivery AND never got the correct food!!!!! Meat is dry and tasteless. I got dairy filled things when requesting dairy free AKA made me sick. I got undercooked sweet potatoes BUT the veggies were always good. I had deliveries a day late. I discontinued business with them over a year ago and STILL get a monthly email! I've reached out numerous times, how hard is it to NOT reach out to a customer you treated bad

The food has been great and it has been an easy process. They delivered our food weekly to our front door. My favorite was the Salmon and chicken. Honestly, we had a wonderful experience!
