Fire Wings - Natomas

I'll admit--I was a bit skeptical at first. Could wings really live up to the hype? Fire Wings smashed every doubt with their delicious, crispy, and tender creations. These wings are a throwback to the golden days of quality cooking, where traditional flavor meets just the right hint of modern flair. Each bite felt like a perfectly orchestrated symphony of heat and taste--a genuine nod to culinary excellence with a fiery twist.Although the place was buzzing the day before the Super Bowl and the wait was a tad long, every minute proved to be well worth it. Highly recommend for anyone ready to rediscover the classic taste of great wings with a kick! I'll have to take a look for my photos but everything looked great.

Thought I'd try this place on a whim.I ordered my wings and asked for a cup for water. Was told that if I wanted water I would have to bring my own cup. WTF??Ok, fortunately I had a water bottle in my car.I found a table that wasn't covered in garbage and cleaned off whatever sticky crap was on it best I could.Wings were meh... out of the 10 I had, 3 had broken bones.Place smelled like garbage and bleach. There's no way in hell I'm ever eating here again.

Went in for a quick bite to grab some buffalo fries. Weight was about 10 minutes and the fries were cooked to order so they were fresh and hot. Inside was a little hot like the AC wasn't working, but other than that food was great.

I ordered wings (10) and order of rolls. Order came to be 15.29I imagine this is without tax so I figure this will bring the bill to $18 and change. My order was delivered by doordash so I was willing to give the drive a higher percentage of pay as I always do. I looked for Mr receipt but it was never attached. I found on my paypal the total was $28. This is fraud at best. I will be rejecting this bill.

Stopped in for some wings and fries and a drink. Food came out piping hot. Fries cooked perfectly as were the wings. Only complaint was Ac must have been broken. It was hot as he$$ in the restaurant. Plus tvs were not working. Other then that was a good meal. Staff pleasant and food came out promptly. Fix that AC!

I've been going to this Fire Wings for a while now and lately it seems the wing sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. I'm not sure what miniature chickens they're getting these wings from but I could almost fit a few of them sideways into my ranch cup. I'll keep my review at a 3 because the flavors are good... but the wing sizes are disappointing when you're going to a dedicated wing spot. Hopefully they get more consistent in the future.

July 29th at 8pm, worst date ever Service was complete disappointment.I'm a loyal customer to fire wings since they opened a couple years ago . And the service , food, ambiance was phenomenal absolutely 10/10. But this last time that my husband and I went to the natomas location we were treated like literal feces. My husband was placing our order and the cashier was kind , but the cook made a very rude remark when the cashier rang our order in. The convo went like this - cashier " 40 piece wings with large zucchini sticks "-cook" OH MY GAWD WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONF WITH PEOPLE THE FUCK !?!"Husband - hearing this was caught by surprise and we felt extremely awkward .At this point I goTo the bathroom and when I come back my husband explains to me that we'll just get our wing craving somewhere else forTonight. I confused said ok and we walked out He begins to explain to me what continued to happen while I was in bathroom , he said that when he continued to order more food , the cashier yelled at the cashier very rudely and said " NO WE DONT HAVE GARLIC NOODLES !!!"I was in disbelieve because I've always had great experience at fire wings . Not to mention the bathroom was out of toilet paper ( thankfully I carry wipes with me) and they had no seat covers , and pee around the floor of the toilet seat. I reached out to firewings location via there website under the "contact us " section and yet to hear a response from them . Experience -10/10 completely distraught by this occurrence and I am no longer bragging about fire wings or referring any friends or family to this business . If the manager or a higher up would have reached out or came to assist us while our visit it would have been a whole different story but this didn't take place . I hope that they improve their customer service because the food is great . And if the manager reaches out to me with a solution and apology Only then will I continue to be a customer here .

I'm new to this fire wings location (Del Paso Rd) but I've always ordered the chicken tender fries and have placed the order via phone call for pickup. I called 3 times, nobody answered. Alrighty, I drive and place the order in person, and the front lady said there's no tenders left. Absolutely ridiculous given I just made the drive! Okay, order some wings since I'm there and I waited for a little over 30 minutes for my order and before I got my order, the front lady who took my order went to the kitchen and she came back to the front with an order, sat down on the table and started eating while on her lunch/break, all while I'm still waiting for my 10 piece wings dude. Wow, 35 minutes of a wait for a client but 5 minute wait for an employee!!! Horrible service.

Ordered garlic parmesan and Thai chili, both pretty good. The only problem I had was that the fries kinda lacked seasoning, but they were crispy.

Everything about this restaurant is a 10 best food spot in Sacramento hands down nothing gets better than fire wings
