Fire Wings has so many flavors and sides to choose from as opposed to their competitors! The only downside is the size of the wings that you'll get, sometimes it's a bit too small which tends to be more dry. Also do not order tater tots if you don't plan to consume it immediately or any of the fried potato sides. My work does cater from here for events and it usually is the one side that no one ever touches LOL

We showed up here late night since the one in natomas closes early.. service was great however the food was not good at all. We frequent Fire Wings weekly, 1-2 times minimum but this is our least favorite location. The wings were dry and too salty, and the tator tots were unsalted. The ambiance itself was okay.. the restaurant was freezing inside though, making it hard to even want to dine inside. Pros- this location closes at 2am, which is great for those late night cravings! This location will definitely continue to NOT be our number 1 choice.

First time going to fire wings today, placed an order online. When I came in, the only girl at the door was putting together DoorDash orders extremely slowly. I waited a few minutes, she didn't turn around once. I could see my order right behind the counter and I asked her if I could grab it. She said do you have a text confirmation? I said yes. She continued to do absolutely nothing. I know what it's like to work in a restaurant and hardly ever leave reviews, but jfc train your employees to know how to handle the customers that are RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM and multitask with DoorDash orders. This pissed me off. This was on 2/19 between 8:30-9pm, girl with dark hair in braids with a hat on. Terrible service, that was actually such a ridiculous interaction.

This review is for take-out/pick up from the Midtown Fire Wings. I'll start off my saying that Fire Wings is probably more of a dine-in experience if you want the best experience. That may have been our first mistake, but you'd think wings and fries would make a short 10 minute drive in to-go containers ok and still be delicious. We ordered 40 wings (20 buffalo and 20 curry for $46) along with a five piece chicken tenders ($10.50), large fry ($3.90) and large tater tots ($5.10) along with some extra dips ($.50/each).The ordering went through DoorDash and my husband picked it up himself at the designated time and brought it straight home. Pick up was easy and he was back home in a flash.I was super hungry after working all day and at that point I wanted to eat anything and everything so I went straight for the tater tots and was immediately disappointed. They weren't crispy or soggy or even hot... it was almost like they were just a bit undercooked and under seasoned. A bit of a cardboard consistency is the best way I can explain it. Just slightly warm and underwhelming. Luckily I had honey mustard to dip them in but they were not what I expected from tater tots. The fries were ordered plain and were slightly more crispy but definitely needed dip or seasoning because they were plain, plain. This is a preference, but we ordered 40 wings and 38/40 were drums. Some people like the drums the best, but I prefer flats. I'll still eat drums but I was surprised that there wasn't more of a 50/50 mix or even 30/70 mix of both. The Buffalo wings were fine and not overly sauced, so they weren't soggy after the drive home. The Curry wings are typically my favorite, but seemed under seasoned this visit. I'm used to being hit in the tastebuds with the delicious curry seasoning flavor they use and this was more like a light sprinkle. The chicken tenders were also fine, they had a nice crispy breading on them but were average and a bit on the smaller side. This was the first time I ever tried Fire Wings as take out, so I'm wondering if it was an off night, if they're not a good take out food or if this location just isn't up to the other experiences I've had at different locations. In the end, we were fed and we received what we ordered, even if it was a bit underwhelming.

My wife and I have been fond of this Fire Wings since they opened 4 or so years ago! The location cannot be beat, located at the intersection of Q and 15th St in DT/MT Sacramento. Fire Wings is walking distance from our apartment (when the weather is nice), but when it's cold AF we drive (lol). Just be aware that there's no parking lot or anything so you'll have to find a spot on the street nearby. Our go-to order at Fire Wings remains the same: 20-piece meal, all bone-in wings (boneless wings are just chicken nuggets lol). For flavors we get 7 lemon pepper, 7 garlic parmesan, and 6 mango habanero. The meal also includes seasoned fries, carrot sticks, and two sides of ranch for dipping! We find that the 20-piece meal is plenty of food for two people. As far as ambiance and service are concerned, I've never eaten IN this establishment. We always get our food via takeout. Besides a time or two, staff are extremely friendly and whip food out quickly! There are giant TVs and a bar at this location, so those who do dine-in could get a fun experience during a Kings or 49ers game.Overall, these chicken wings are consistently 'very good.' They're not the best I've had but I still vastly enjoy them. They're crispy, reasonably sized, and flavorful. Fire Wings' french fries are always delicious as well.If you're in the mood for a quick, cheap dinner or need something for your group on game-day, I recommend Fire Wings!

I will never order from the establishment again. I ordered through Door Dash. I received boneless wings instead of bone in wings. I don't understand the confusion as these are clearly different words. Furthermore, I did not receive any of the flavors that I ordered. I ordered all dry rubs and received other flavors that were not edible. Thanks for wasting my time and money, Fire Wings. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement.

The customer service here is terrible. Upon walking in, no greeting and being the only one at the counter waited until being acknowledged while staff packed to-go orders. My friend loves this place so we decided to dine in, however a worker gave her incorrect information about a coupon which ended up her combo not being what she expected. The manager and another worker opted to thoroughly explain to my friend the error instead of making it right based off what the other worker did. Their attitude was ridiculous about the whole ordeal. We sat outside and couldn't wait to leave because our food got cold dealing with them. Basically, order to go if you really want their wings. I only like the Cali Rub. 8 Wing Combo

My friend and I came to Fire Wings to lift our spirits after another disappointing Kings loss. The service was fine and the food came out swiftly. The ambiance was casual and had modern Pop playing on the radio. Their Thai chili boneless wings were decent but the wings were a bit too saucy. The lemon pepper wings were good but a bit salty. We ordered seasoned fries but we received the bottom leftover fries if you know what I mean (majority were small, overcooked crumbs). The buffalo wings were okay-- some pieces were dry and only the bottom wings were drenched in the sauce. The upside is if you're looking for a quick bite to eat at night, this Fire Wings is open til 2am.

I've doordashed Fire Wings at this location a few times now. Pretty good spot to order from. They open late, which is a huge hit for the area. This time around, I wanted to check the place out myself and order pick up in person.I ordered:-10pc bone in combo for $16.69-two flavors-1 dip-seasoned fries-medium drinkThey really should be giving 1 dip for every 5 wings. I did ask for an extra ranch, and staff gave me another. Another person asked, and last I heard before I left, they wanted to charge for an extra dip.Street parking only.

One of the best wings spot to go to. The customer service was amazing as well if you are dining in, I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Ambiance is on point.
