Fire Wings

5 yr has passed and still my fav wings place to go. Recommend to the wing lover, you must try it for yourself ;) all flavors are great.

I ordered online through Fire Wings' website and received a text that my food was ready two hours later (understandable given the Super Bowl rush). When I arrived, it was a disaster. Dozens of frustrated customers, no communication from staff, and complete chaos. Employees did not provide updates on orders and even refused refunds for food they couldn't fulfill. One customer even grabbed an order that was not his and left after arguing with the employees who refused to communicate with him.Despite marking my order as "ready," they told me I'd have to wait another hour. When I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't get one and should dispute it with my credit card instead--completely unacceptable. The manager and staff refused to provide the manager's name and were visibly overwhelmed. It was clear they didn't plan properly for a busy event, and instead of problem-solving and handling the situation professionally, they took their frustration out on customers.Absolutely unacceptable service. If you can't handle high-demand days, at least be honest with customers instead of misleading them and taking their money. I won't be coming back and will be disputing with my credit card.

I was surprised to see the low rating and normally may not have even stopped in but I was craving wings. I made the right decision. The wings were crispy, flavorful, and hit the spot! I ordered all wings bone-in with half Thai chili sauce and the other half peanut butter. I think the peanut butter was hotter than the Thai chili! Since I ordered the combo, I also got a drink and their seasoned fries. Once again the fries were crisped to perfection. I absolutely despise soggy fries. I ordered online and it was a breeze so I'll be back here when the wing craving hits again.

If you know then you know, if you don't know then you need to find out. Fire Wings is the real deal there Wings are very good and they have lots of flavors to choose from.

I really liked this place. I took food with me. I want to come again. They brought everything out quickly. The chicken was hot and juicy.

3.5 stars. Service is a 5. The food is pretty good but the chicken taste frozen like any other chicken tender. Their fries are the best item in my opinion. The pickles 1/5 why would anyone have these kind of pickles in their restaurant? Everything was fresh though and their ranch and blue cheese is 5/5. The prices are a bit high. I probably wouldn't come back unless I was over here like I was today getting new tires at the Les Schwab. Super friendly staff.

Best Wing place !!! Salt and Pepper is such a good crispy go-to wing. No complaints about the wait or table service.

Terrible service. Told at 8:07 that we wouldn't have time to be served to dine in. Through several different comments. Very passive aggressive. The woman beuind the counter lost our business forever. And we'll think twice before heading to any other fire wings.

I went here yesterday for the first time. I had the peanut butter wings. They were absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try them all. The customer service and atmosphere was also excellent.
