very nice store! went in to buy pokemon packs to surprise my boyfriend but had no knowledge about pokemon packs. service was a 10/10 ! Dakota was extremely helpful and showed me what i should get! looking at pokemon packs and the prices, dakota got me at a good price for a good amount of things! will definitely be going back !!!!

This place... is HUGE. One of the largest used game stores I've been to with a ridiculous selection of games and accessories across every console generation for Intellivision to PS5. Multiple copies of very rare games and a number of unlicensed and 3rd party games. Prices are fair for a collector-focused store and you don't have to worry about shipping fees or damage in transit.The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and love to hear the deep cuts of lore about games. They're collectors too, and have some of the funniest oddities to talk about. There's also a huge game space for tournaments and TCG drafts and meetups.Overall one of the best game shops in the area, and right off of 65. Can't beat it.

Whenever my wife and I travel, be it for business or pleasure, we try to find a card shop or two to visit and grab some singles. In June we were up in the Sacramento area. After scouring the reviews of the wonder people of Yelp, we elected to visit Fire and Ice. We were not disappointed. This is one of the largest and cleanest game shops I have been in. The people were pleasant and knowledgeable.I ended up purchasing a booster box of Pokemon Cards and opening them right there in the shop. Just walking around their shop, there are so many cool things, retro games, TCGs, wall decorations, Amiibos, just so much GAMING stuff! If I am ever in the area again, it will be hard to check out a new shop, because I will definitely ensure that I make time to visit this one again.

I absolutely love this place, I've been going here for over a year maybe close to two and I have yet to come across another store that compares! I know Ryan personally and this guy is the best at this kinda business, he's all for the community wholeheartedly for the people in my opinion. This guy has product you can't find anywhere else and the staff Jesse, Dare, Liam and Dakota are my all time favorites! Always there to help and to have conversations which is awesome considering most people and other company's don't care about the customer other than the green they bring but here it's all smiles laughs wins and good times! I love the card and game events they have, super fun and exciting, you never know what to expect because this place gets better and better Everytime I go. Prices are honest and I know some things can be expensive but I know Ryan goes out of his way to make sure we get the chance at the stock you simply can't find other places. Sometimes the price is high but best believe he's paying almost the same as you just so you can get it too! I love this company, this community, this store!Thank you Ryan and the Team! MH

Fire and Ice is a good retro game store. They have everything from old consoles to games. Cool decor and interior.A lot of different games for everyone. The middle part of the store had a lot of tables/chairs for people playing games. The prices seemed kind of high but the quality is there. Good service from staff member that helped with getting a game. Huge parking lot

Awesome customer service. Just got into collecting Pokémon cards and Dakota was nice enough to induce me to their selections. Even though I didn't get any 151 packs that I was looking for, Dakota made sure that I didn't leave empty handed and treated me to one of the Trick or Treat promo packs! Will definitely be back for the prismatic evolution release. Thank you!

Best retro video game store we've seen, my 5 year old is *addicted* to this store!! Ryan and staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, we're still in awe over the selection and they are priced well. They randomly gifted him a plush Captain America his first time in, totally made his day. Little did they know his grandmother was in the hospital and he was having a hard time with it. Thank you guys!

I came here a while back but never put my review. The workers are all friendly they helped me find the games I wanted and this store has the best selection of video games I've seen from all of the game stores I've been to so far I will definitely be coming in again

Good selection, but they're rude at the citrus heights location. Long haired guy rushes and is rude. Why did one guy card me and another guy not?. I want to support, but how they treat customers is sorta offputting.

Cards in the $.50 box should be $.50. If it's $.64 don't round up to $1. We're talking about 70 lands so it adds up. Will not be back.
