Fiori Italian Pizzeria

I wanted to write this review because my husband and I just had a fabulous experience at Fiori Restaurant in Old Town Folsom. We were not sure what to expect and just knew we wanted to support local businesses. We wanted to have an early dinner around 4pm. We were seated at a table by the window that seats 4 people, that worked out perfect because we order enough food for 4 people. We took in the surrounding and were immediately greeted by a server who poured us water and left a carafe behind. This was a big plus for me since I drink like a camel. Our waitress followed shortly behind and we requested she recommend a Italian white wine for me and a red for my husband. We were not disappointed. We love the first glass of each and even had another glass. I love the bowl of bread and bread dipping oil to start the meal. We ordered with the Mama's Meatballs and the Caprese. Both were Delicious. Since then ordered the Pappardelle and the Seafood Linguini. My husband and I loved both and split each one. I couldn't resist ordering the Tiramisu. That as well was light and not to heavy or creamy. Loved every bite. It was a great dining experience and overall we can't wait to return to try other items on the menu. We were happy to see people coming through their door and the restaurant filling up. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the atmosphere and food.

The bread and cocktails are great... everything else not so much.Within our group we got soggy pizza, flavorless lobster ravioli, and the carbonara was just okay. The service was really slow to start as well, it took a while for the server to come and get our drink order. Maybe just come here for drinks and apps? We probably won't be back

This new Italian restaurant has a wonderful ambiance and food was great. We ordered the Burrata as a starter - delicious with great flavors. The drinks were severed beautiful - wine and cocktails. Our server - Bojana- was wonderful and offered good options. Dinner was chicken parm, cacio de Pepe, salmon and veggies and the parappadelle with short ribs. Presentation was great and the dishes were savory. Definitely coming back to go thru the menu!

Stopped in for lunch and was so happy we did. My friend brought her little dog with her today, so we sat on the patio, they were so accommodating- they even brought out a bowl of water for the dog. They also had blankets in the chairs incase it got cold. Service was fantastic! Everyone was so attentive and very familiar with the menu, which really helped us to make a decision. We shared the Insalata Veruvio, perfect size to share. It had mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, tossed Almonds, Burrata, Parmesan cheese and tossed with an orange citrus vinaigrette. So refreshing And we also chose the Formaggio E Verdure pizza. I love the soft and fluffy around the edges and a thin crust in the middle, just strong enough to hold the ingredients. This pizza has grilled artichokes, Gorgonzola cheese, fresh basil and spinach along with smoked mozzarella. This pizza was amazing, I loved every bite. Glad we shared these two items for lunch, I am definitely going back, the pastas looked fantastic when they passed by to another table,

Great location, plenty of parking, charming ambiance. Chic Italian pizzeria with creative drinks. We had the rice balls, which was very bland, the calamari were light and delicious, the Caesar salad was good but tiny, the seafood linguini were a bit on the sour side very citrusy, also the portion was small, seafood in the pasta was 3 shrimps and some sea scallops; The lobsters ravioli was ok, the pizza Classico was a bit too moist. All the portion here are very small and not made for sharing. Our server Lisa was awesome. The food & drinks all came out super fast. Beautiful restaurant, the bar fit about 6 guest, so make reservations if you are coming. Came with a large group for lunch to celebrate birthdays this month. They were very accommodating of our group. Service was friendly, dishes came out at various awkward timing. Pizzas were excellent, both mushroom/truffle and margherita. Crust is chewy and cooked perfectly. They have a variety of pizzas and pastas. Focaccia bread with olive oil, balsamic and herbs served complimentary on the tables. Caesar salad is generous portion and could easily be split between 2-3 people. They gave us complimentary panna cotta with a candle and berry sauce for dessert. We also tried the limoncello parfait and tiramisu which were delicious.

This place was awesome. The food was ahmazing, the decor was spectacular! This is located in old town Folsom, parking can be a littile challenging but mangagabe. We started with the Ceasar salad . I can truly say this was one of the best Cesar salad i ever had. The taste was on point. Our entree was the pappardelle, slow cooked short rib, ragu, parmigiana, reggiano and gremolata. The flavor was full and the pasta was fresh, just amazing. Very hearty meal, I suggest sharing this dish! For dessert, we had the vanilla panna de cotta, just filled with greatness! However, a bit sweet on the side.I think we found our new Italian resturant! Can't wait to come back.

I stopped in for a late lunch. I was greeted at the door by the friendly hostess. I chose to sit at the bar since i went solo. Theresa was my bartender who was super friendly even though I only ordered an Arnold Palmer. They have a pizza chef who stepped out of the kitchen and said hello and was truly pleased when I told him how good my Amalfi Pizza with arugula and salmon was. Sio, the owner, was walking around, chatting with guests. Then I was entertained watching him make a smoke bubble for one of their specialty cocktail drinks. The decor is new and very refreshing. I will definitely return!

Great new spot with a great atmosphere and vibe. Pizza was delish and made with the best ingredients. They have only been open a short time but they are doing Amazing!

These guys simply don't know how to make a bad meal. I love them in Roseville, they are a fantastic addition to Folsom. Can't give this place enough stars.
