I went to this store to buy some pickled turnips and onions. I found the turnips and asked the older gentleman at the counter if he had pickled onions. He approached me but as he did a woman asked him another question. He turned away to help her and never bothered to come back. Yeah she was rude but he could have asked her to hold on for a minute. NEVER GOING BACK.

Hurray!!! They have halloumi!For those of you who don't know, halloumi is a Mediterranean cheese that you grill like meat (https://www.thespruceeats.com/what-is-halloumi-cheese-3376845).I discovered it when I experimented with vegetarianism, and it was about the only happy memories from such.It was $6, and at least half the price then whole foods. They also had a cook of cool ingredients and teas to try. Super local find, and very nice people. You should come just to change up your cooking experience. I got one of the scharma marinates and it was interesting.Will definitely try to support more.

Buyer be warned and check expiration dates on products before you shop! I called the store after purchasing a dairy product and informed the owner that it appeared to have been spoiled, on the phone he asked me to come back and he'll do a refund however when I went in person he was very rude and short and told me not to buy from his store again since I was the only one complaining about the yogurt being rancid. Rating a 1/5 stars bc rating 0 is not an option.

The BEST Middle Eastern grocery store and Halal Meat Market in all of the Sacramento Area and specially Roseville. Excellent Service ; they always treat you like Family. Cleanest store and well stocked. They even have Bread and Vegetables. It's a One-Stop shop that has everything I need. Thank You !!

Yesterday while I was getting my oil changed I decided to walk down to this little local grocery store to check out their goods. I was delightfully surprised at all the treasures inside! The owners were happy to show me around. This is a friendly, clean store who has been in business for six years. Support local! I look forward to coming back.

Store has gone downhill. Unwelcoming, dirty looks, and bad vibe in here. I want to support them but they are making it hard. They don't seem to want business. I use to love coming here and now I'm not so sure I'll return. I will just make the trip to Kp International Market.

Small little store with mostly middle eastern foods. Freezer section. Dried & canned foods. A little fresh produce - just the basics - tomatoes onions garlic a few others. This is the kind of place you go looking for specialty items which is what I was doing. And I found it and then some. Found the sumac I wanted to make zaatar and then found they had several versions of zaatar. 3 actually different zaatar. 1 was Jordanian can't remember the other 2. The owner didn't have a recommendation - said they're pretty much the same so I just got the sumac to make my own blend. Found lots of other stuff to try didn't get everything this time so have to go back to try more. In their fridge they had some home made savory pastries which were pretty good. So exciting to try something different! Biggest jackpot here though is the pita! From Jerusalem pita. So good. So fresh! Normally I listen to my nose but rarely do I find a packaged baked bread that smells so good that I go back and get another package!!!!!!Can't wait to try more stuff here!!!!

what an absolutely fabulous local market. I was welcome when I entered the store got a brief tutorial of specialty items. The variety and prices are outstanding. I highly recommend going in and browsing the isles!

I used to go to this store to get groceries but today I asked for something and they tired to sell me something different and they were speaking in arabic saying that "I wouldn't know the difference" thinking I don't understand their language in fact I am arab but I was speaking in English. Don't go to this store they will try to sell you stuff that's been sitting on the shelves.

Great prices and selection of Mediterranean grocery items. Staff was friendly and helpful, will definitely be going back.
