I wish I had something more to say by the sad fact is I was only able to order drinks. I take into account today the Chiefs were playing and it was SLAMMED and VERY LOUD. So if you come here, I would check and plan accordingly. We were there for an hour and they weren't even close to starting our food. I will update when we go back, hopefully on a day that isn't so hectic.

Came here from out of town yesterday for the Superbowl. What can I say? It's a hidden gem. Everyone (the locals, the owners, the bartenders...EVERYONE were so welcoming! Had a blast! It will definitely be my go to spot whenever I am in town:)

To be honest I was a little leary coming here since I'm not from Sacramento and it looked a little too divey for me but I'm glad I stepped 2 feet in here! I've come twice in 2 days while visiting a loved one in the hospital. The wings are great! The bartenders are great! The ambiance is great! I was treated as a regular on my 1st visit which made me come back. Every time I visit Sac I will definitely be here at the Field House.

We love this place. It's our regular place we go to if we're wanting an easy, affordable night out. Prices for drinks are comparable to other places nearby, and not on the expensive side. Food is super affordable for the portion size! My favorite here is the chicken quesadilla or the sampler platter. They have great customer service - I haven't found a server or bartender here that I don't like. I'd hate to out my favorite spot... but they show most UFC fights here with no cover charge and a lot of TVs, including a large projector. They also have fun event nights like trivia and karaoke. They're relocating a few blocks down soon, which will likely clean up some of the parking lot issues.

Ever felt like a place is semi in between fancy or casual. The service is a one man show for front of house, so I could imagine how back of house operates. Its last management was very accommodating to the regulars and first timers. This is my third time coming to this establishment. The food is made in a decent time of waiting and drinks. The menu has all you can think about. And the service is good just need them to pick which one. On the other hand the T.v 's are always on a good game.

Great spot for a snack and a drink! I've been here a few times and every time has been an enjoyable experience. The bartenders will make you a drink even if it's not on the menu. I asked for a spicy margarita and they got jalapeños from the kitchen both times! Their food is also awesome! They have happy hour from 3-7 every day. I've tried the wings and the nachos and both were delicious for the price. Don't skip out on the nachos! They do Karaoke some evenings. :)

Hubby and I had a great experience when we visited... I don't remember when that was, but I remember the bartender's name was Kayla! She was so personable, and on top of things. We were in the area visiting friends and stopped in for food. We shared the sampler and had a couple drinks. I thought I had a photo of the sampler because it was so pretty when they brought it out, but I guess we just inhaled it. it tasted as good as it looked. They seem to have a lot of regulars, which makes sense because it's a nice chill spot! Plenty of TV's spaces out and room for parties, darts, and it looked like they do trivia and karaoke! We'll have to swing by for one of those events sometime. Thanks, Kayla. Good service is hard to find nowadays.

New location is great to see. We invited some friends for college football game and owner was extremely helpful to set us up in the perfect spot with great service. Sold menu for a game day and great access to so many screens. Definitely now my place to find a game with friends.

I don't usually go to bars but I was hungry and gave this place a shot. The environment here is very welcoming for someone who doesn't go to bars or watch much sports. I had the frech dip and I thought it was pretty good but the texture of the bread could be better imo. The bartenders are very kind and they do a great job with the drinks. I can definitely see myself coming back.
