Great spot to study or hang out. They can fit around 20-25 people inside. Very clean and a bit chilly so layer or bring a jacket. Immediately greeted by a friendly face who let us sample the jasmine and Four Season. Keep in mind that they are unsweetened and it's more to taste the notes and bitterness. The jasmine was a bit too bitter and in my experience, it's hard to cut that even has a milk tea. The four season was less bitter and had really pleasant floral notes and they were light. I opted for the Four Season with boba - no cream or soft top, just pure tea. Hubby opted for the Strawberry Overload which comes with boba and strawberry purée. We would get both again.

Creative teas, boba drinks and desserts. Always had a good experience here. They have different cakes everytime I visit. Classics and fruit teas are my go to. They have a tablet/kiosk where you can self order. However, I didn't see the oolong milk tea on there so I went up to the cashier to see if she could take my order instead. I got the drink 50% sweet and felt the tea was watered down. I wish it was a bit stronger tasting with the tea. Overall a clean place and they have wifi and snacks you can order as well.

drinks are great, but their self payment system and ordering is a bit iffy. It didn't capture our member number for 3 drinks and all the employee could do is apologize and blame it on the system without offering any discount or way to redeem/make it right. Just is what it is I guess. If ordering you're better off standing in line and ordering in person in the off chance the system decides to bug out and you end up missing out.

We got the classic oolong milk tea, less ice, half sweet. Tea flavor was pretty good, didn't get boba because of the bad reviews. Came to do some work. Plenty of tables and outlets. Would come again!

It was empty inside upon arrival on a Sunday around noon so service was quick! It was tidy and clean inside with ample seating. There are two kiosks to order from and there was minimal contact with the workers. I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection of drinks to choose from but ended up choosing the mango paradise from a friend's suggestion. I was a bit surprised it was available as it is not mango season and other boba shops don't offer their mango drinks right now. It is basically a mango pomelo sago which I have tried at different boba shops. I got 0% sweetness as I don't like my drinks sweet but was a little worried it would lack flavor because mangoes are not in season atm but was pleasantly surprised! The drink was pretty good and tasty, and the perfect sweetness for me. The fresh mangoes didn't need any additional sweetener. There were however some ice chunks in my drink. The drink cost me $7.50 which is on the pricier end. All my friends enjoyed their drinks too. I would definitely come back and try their other drinks when I'm in the area.

I was looking for a refreshing drink during this heat wave and have also been craving all things kiwi, so I came across this place in my Yelp search and am so glad I did! The kiwi basil drink is so good! Has chunks of kiwi in it and, oddly, I really love basil seeds.. so this was such a perfect combo!

I love how unsweetened the tea was as I got a 50/50 sweetness. You can taste the floral hints of the tea. However, I like my tea stronger, but I do believe they brewed the tea to the pallet of the people in the area. A black tea would taste even better for the base (hint hint). The dragon fruit flavor was pleasantly natural and not a powder. This is a solid Asian tea place and I LOVE it!

Very cute spot! Staff were very friendly and patient during ordering. Drinks were good, my hot Thai tea was not as hot as I wanted but flavors were good! Would def go again.

DRINKS/FOOD: ordered the creme brulee dirty boba, the mango drink with cream, popcorn chicken, and Oreo cheesecake dessert for about $30. The boba was not cooked well, which was very disappointing. I liked that the creme brulee topping sank to the bottom though, so I was able to enjoy that sugary crunch without having to remove the lid. The mango smoothie drink at 100% was perfectly sweet. I would definitely order it again. The popcorn chicken was also a winner. They gave a good amount of both chicken and the dipping sauce, which was a pleasant surprise as most places are stingy and don't fill the containers. The cheesecake dessert was meh. It was dry and not worth the money. I wouldn't order it again. Overall, very small drink selection and lacking a lot of the typical flavors imo. I like a mango fruit tea, which they don't have. I probs shoulda tried the strawberry fruit tea, but I opted to try one of their more popular drinks (dirty boba, according to the worker). SERVICE: you can order at the counter or the kiosk. the girl working (who reminded me of Ariana Grande) was very friendly and happily answered all my questions. She helped make a few suggestions as well. There was one other person there when we came in on a Friday around 6:45 pm, so not busy at all (which was very nice). Drinks came out in maybe 5 min and popcorn chicken took a little longer, but overall a short wait. LOCATION: hidden in the back/side corner of the little shopping center. I think they could've picked a better location, but it's not horrible (at least it's fairly close to the freeway). I would come back if I wanted boba after shopping at the outlets, since I think it's the closest place. INSIDE/AMBIANCE: sorta industrial? Like concrete floors and black seating furniture. There's like 5 tables, 2 small couches around a coffee table, and 2 high top bar seats.
