Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs - Roseville

Brought in the hubby's four watches to replace batteries. The wait was about 30 min. Professional customer service.

Avoid at all costs! I made the big mistake of thinking that this mall store could handle a simple job like a battery replacement. I went into the store on a Tues evening and asked them to replace the battery. The battery replacement was about $30 (kind of pricey for a battery?). The girl said they would text me when it was done. 30 minutes later and no text so I go back to the store and a guy said my watch was ready. Turns out the girl had left and they forgot to text me. However, when he returned the watch to me the glass and front bezel were completely scratched up and chipped. Prior to dropping off my watch, the front glass was in mint condition. Unfortunately, I did not have a 'before' photo because I had no idea a battery replacement could go so wrong. They also told me that the watch was missing the water seal and to be careful not to splash water on it. I asked if one could be put in but the guy said the watchmaker was not there (Does that mean an unqualified person worked on my watch?). I left and did not make a fuss but shortly after I received an automated survey text regarding the service. It said that I could directly text them about the issue. After sending the photo and a message about the damage, they did not respond and went cold. Please avoid this place at all cost and go to a real jeweler!

Me and my mom Sheila had a wonderful experience at Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs! Went in to get her ring resized and polished and she is so happy with the results! It feels like she has a brand new wedding ring. Not only did they get her ring back to her quickly, but they also charged her a very fair price. Her once scratched, too small ring now fits her perfectly and is soooo shiny. We will always trust them with our jewelry! Thank you so much Fast-Fix for taking care of my mom!!

Look at your receipt well before you leave the store. You agree on a price verbally but he add a different price on the receipt. He overcharges. After he told me it was 19.95 to change a battery, I charged $24.95 on the receipt !

Only one person doing it take on a Wednesday and there were 5 people in line. Found out it is $19.99 per watch (doesn't matter what watch it is) to put the backing back onto the watch (EACH) - not buying batteries or any other services. Wouldn't recommend this place for the price and service

HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!!!! I was warned and should have listened!! This company:Owner promised ring would be done on Monday. It was not done and owner was not there - took the day off. I drove an hour each way for nothing. Girl at the counter was clueless, unprofessional and not friendly at all. Owner will suggestive sell you without telling you it would be an additional price. Owner would not accept that we had a 10% coupon. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!!

Customer service is horrible! The repair guy told me it would take 45 minutes to repair a little crack on the clasp of my necklace. After 2 hours I went in to check if it was done, and the repair guy said he needed more time. I told him he said 45 minutes, and that I wouldn't have agreed to get it fixed by him if it was going to take this long. He said he was behind and Rudely told me to step aside. I asked how much more time he needed. He said I can't give you a time (with attitude) I asked roughly? He threw up his hands and said 10 mins, which actually turned into an hour! When it was finally done, he didn't even have the courtesy to say thank you for waiting.

Terrible customer service and rude staff both times I went in. They took about 3 times as long as they said they would to change a watch battery. The watch stopped working after the battery was replaced. I went back and they said the battery was good so there must be something else wrong with it. They said they could diagnose it for free, so I asked for the $50 I spent on the battery to be refunded. They would not do that even though the battery wasn't the problem in the first place. The manager/owner argued with me and insinuated I must've done something to it. Why would I then trust them to actually fix the watch? I've been there many times before and will never go back.

I caution you that this business is overcharging and giving temporary fixes. It took me several different Fix failures to complain, and the gal just looked at me and smirked at my disgust. Every item I brought to her attention was out of warranty and the most recent one she claimed was a tough fix to begin with, but yet I was not told that and charged $50 for. They're fine at replacing batteries. They're fine at taking out links and watches for exorbitant amounts of money. They can sell jewelry BUT fixing it? Not so much.

We came in to have my daughter's eyeglasses fixed and thought that by the name of their place, they would be able to fix it while you wait. It's the weekend and the eye doctor office is closed so we had to find a place to fix them as my daughter could barely see without them. They said it would take one hour, we came back after 1 and a half hours and said it will be another 30 mins as they were not able to attend to it right away. Now it's been 3 hours and counting and have been waiting in the mall going around, we came back and lady in front said another 20 minutes. We sat in front of the store for about 45 mins watching them standIn the front. They have not even started working on my daughter's glasses. I understand this is not an eyeglass place. But why would you advertise that you fix eyeglasses if you can't? Having customers wait hours and hours
