Stunning and delectable meals, breads, and pastries. I'm enamored with the decor inside as well, it's a very sweet balance of retro and rustic and it is the perfect place to sit and chill for breakfast or a treat. The food is probably the best you'll get in the Folsom area, and the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The Turkish eggs are a must-have, especially if you love bold spices. The portions are generous Try the teas, they were so good I had to ask where they sourced it. The quality of the bread is phenomenal, they're quite rustic and have a gorgeous crisp crust. If you prefer your baked goods a little bit on the darker-baked side like I do, this place has nailed that. The staff are super friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. I am overall obsessed with this bakery.

The Miso Bread is my all-time favorite. It is excellent for sandwiches and garlic bread, and I also love to make homemade croutons. All of their pastries are amazing can't go wrong with the morning bun, and they always have needed items they rotate seasonally, so it's a fun surprise every time you go in, and don't leave without a slice of cake!!!

Swung by here Sunday morning around 10am. We shared a croissant breakfast sandwich because the price is quite high ($15) but it was incredible and my wife and I both left wishing that we had each ordered our own. You can tell the ingredients are quality, even down to the tomatoes which tasted really fresh and delicious. My wife loved her Chai latte, saying it was up there for best she has had in the area (Temple also high on the list)The people working were all super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We will be back.. probably this weekend to try that breakfast sandwich again!

This is a cute bakery in downtown Folsom. There is some parking down the street, but otherwise close to the Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park trails. What stands out about Faria is they make their own bread with stone-milled flour. The ingredients are sourced locally. The food tastes great! The restroom is not inside the bakery. Rather you need to walk inside toward the steakhouse. The downside is they close early.

upon walking into Faria's, I was already obsessed with the atmosphere and curated aesthetic they had inside since it's so bright and inviting. Albeit pricey, I intend to try every single food and drink item they offer because everything looks absolutely mouth-watering. I ordered a drip coffee, Turkish eggs, and the maple butter toast while my friend tried the bergamot latte. Everything was delicious and the service was very friendly. I was starving and scarfed down every last bite of poached eggs and toast and stole a few sips of the bergamot latte (which I'll order myself next time). I can't express how happy I am to find this place in a town like Folsom..This cafe does not have WiFi for customers, so if you're looking to work remotely then this isn't the place. But if you want to try some of the best pastries/breakfast that Folsom has to offer, then give Faria's a try.

My husband and I are big fans of Faria Bakery since we stumbled upon their booth at the Folsom farmers market this past summer. It wasn't until this past visit during the holidays that we found out they had a store front in old Folsom. On Christmas Eve, we stopped by for a coffee and pastry and stumbled upon a near empty case (not realizing they had preorders for the holidays). They still had some dishes they offered, loaves of bread, and a couple of pastries. My husband opted for a cappuccino and I opted for a pastry and hot water with honey. The staff here is so nice and friendly, it's no wonder why they'd be sold out so quickly and have such a loyal fan base. I now know what to do next time for the holidays! In the past, we've tried their ham and cheese croissant, a double strawberry croissant, miso sourdough bread, rum cakes, and other items! All so good! It's one of my favorite bakeries I've been to!If you're on the lookout of a new-to-you bakery, highly recommend Faria!

Before thanksgiving my sister & I stopped by and they were closed for the holiday. I said we'll try them for Xmas when I come back to visit you. We stopped a few days before Xmas. They had panettone in the back. I said let's get one. There was no price listed nor did the cashier say the price. We also got a whole wheat bread. It rang up $98! We paid it because I had no idea it was going to be that price. There was a line of people behind us waiting to pick up their holiday breads. So, I didn't want say I want a refund either. The panettone was okay tasting, nothing out of the ordinary. Especially for the price we paid, I was hoping it would be out of this world & delicious. Nope, it was not. You can get one from World Market or Trader Joe's same taste and much more affordable. I get that they use local flours but, still this was not worth the price. I will say the wheat loaf was good, toasted with butter and definitely a good price. I love patronizing locally, trying new cafes & artisan rustic breads but, this place was unaffordable.

Stopped in for a cup of tea and to my surprise it was a wonderful bakery. Loved their chocolate croissant. I was disappointed at first as they did not have black tea. The person at the counter suggested a red Rubio tea that was wonderful. And I love that they use "green practices". I ate out front and it was very nice. My dog "Shasta" could sit with me Everyone that worked there greeted guests with a smile. I like this restaurant and will visit again to try something new.

This bakery is all the rave. Not your everyday kind of place, but great for a special breakfast treat. There are just a few breakfast items and they are unique. I went on a not-too-busy Saturday morning and have to say the wait was excessive, which was not expected since they only have a couple of breakfast items on the menu. The prices are up there, but so is the quality. I enjoyed the specialty coffees too!

Why are they closed? Was there a health code violation? I love this bakery! The pastries blow Karins out of the water! The buckwheat coffee cake is amazing! I hope they open soon. Missing a great bakery in the Folsom Roseville area.
