I've come here a total of three times to give a review. Every time I have come it's been as a walk-in because I'm really awful at scheduling myself. Steve is the owner and main stylist here. Most of his customers are men, so I'm here to say don't be afraid ladies! He listens to what you want. He will work with you to achieve the look you want. He enjoys styling hair as well.He's styled my hair both curly and straight. He's given me the long layered look (j. Anniston hair). Currently we changed it for the longer A-line Bob that's trending since 2016. As I'm writing this review he's doing a haircolor on an older gentleman. This is a great little and friendly neighborhood salon. Steve told me many folks mistake this place for barber style cuts. Not so folks! He has a passion for styling hair, and enjoys his profession very much! Come on down!

In a pinch, running late and in the area, I popped into Family Hair Salon for an eyebrow wax. I had the privilege of meeting Steven who was super friendly, efficient andattentive.The price is right, the customer service was excellent and I walked out feeling less like a caveman and more like someone who cared about life (and you could tell by their eyebrows). Thank you Steven!

I've been a loyal customer since they opened. The prices are pretty reasonable considering the service they give you. Im very picky when it comes to who cuts my hair. I've been to alot of places but this place always exceed my expectations. When I found Steve back in 2004, I've never looked for another barber.Steve and Lisa are great people... very friendly and they make you feel at home. If you can't decide what kind of hair cut/style you want, they will give you suggestions which is very nice. That's why I gave it a five stars for their friendliness and professionalism.

Steve is awesome!! We've been getting our haircuts from him for over 10 years and he never disappoint. Takes his time fading and making sure we're truly happy with the results. Highly recommend!!!

It was last minute decision to get my hair dyed and cut, all the usual places were full so I went here. Well I'm very happy I did! Lisa is very welcoming, friendly and she did a wonderful job coloring my hair and cutting it. When she washed my hair she gave me a little massage. I thought this visit would be the first and last time, but I really enjoyed it and she did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting a cut and color. It's not like those stuffy, high class joints, just a little family owned business. It was great! I will be back, and I'm sending my husband there to get his hair cut as well.

Avoid the older fella with glasses, he can't see very good. Could have honestly did a better job myself. I had to coach him through a simple faid

Lisa is very sweet. She works in two places and is very accommodating to your moms a busy schedule. She's very professional and does amazing lashes.

Steve is the best! I have been coming to Steve for the past 14 years, even back before he moved locations. Every single time I go in her knows how to hook it up, if I want something we then he does his damn best to give me what is asked. I could not ask for a better hair stylist to cut my hair! Can't wait to go back once he has opened back up
