They have now a digital menu you can order and pay already. You can leave your name and phone number so, they gave out receipt thru text as well. Sends you notifications if your order is ready for pick up. Today, ordered 2 wraps meal. Still surviving near the rest room and family lounge of level 1 mall food court.

My first time here. Portions were good. But i honestly could not tell the beef from lamb. It all tasted beef. I am unsure if they gave me all beef or what... but whatever I got, beef and lamb or just beef, it tasted good. Service was quick.

I had a great meal at Falafel Flare! I ordered the chicken kebab and beef kebab, and both were really good. The flavors were fresh, and everything was cooked just right. The service was great and very fast. The ambiance was just okay since it's in a food court, but overall, it was a nice meal. Definitely a spot worth trying!

We came to the Galleria last night to see a movie, but decided to get some dinner beforehand at the food court. After some much indecisiveness, we decided on Falafel Flare. We ordered a Gyro and a Chicken Shawarma Bowl with Rice. The food came out a bit slower than most, but it was nice and hot. My husband said the Gyro was just okay and I liked the chicken and tzatziki sauce on my bowl, but I thought the rice could have had more flavor.Lots of seating in the food court as long as you can find a table that is clean. Overall, I think it's one of the better options at the food court. It seemed clean and the service was friendly.

Looking for a convenient place for lunch while shopping, we found this place at the Galleria Food Court. What can you say about 'food court' food? It is what it is, typically so-so, and this fell into that category. On the few occasions I go to a 'food court', I am always hopeful to find a standout. Unfortunately, this isn't it. After perusing the menu, we decided on a combo kabob meal, skewers of chicken and beef/lamb. It was enough to share since we weren't all that hungry, yet it is a single portion meal. We got it with two mango Lassi.Receiving a notification device we found seating in the general area. It's not a reflection on this business at all, but the seating area isn't all that clean. We also had to scramble around for napkins and utensils. The food came in ample time. The skewers were conveniently gone, which made the meat easier to get at, but the chunks seemed to stick together and were difficult to pull apart. The chicken was good enough and tasted similar to a butter chicken in flavor. The two kabobs of combo meat - beef/lamb - apparently are mixed together (?), yet it was hard to detect for sure. Then why two skewers of that and one of chicken? It was flavorful enough, but the meat was dry. It came with a nice array of flavored rice, hummus, and a very small side of salad. There was a small container of spicy sauce and one yogurt based, both nothing special. The pita, however, was very good. The best part of the meal was the mango Lassi, tasty and refreshing. At $4.50 each, that seemed fair.A few folks have commented on the overall price, and that is what surprised me... the meal came to over $40. Although I fully get and respect high food costs and overhead, that seemed outrageously high for the value of what we got. Admittedly, we did give a 20% tip, which isn't necessary, in my opinion, at a counter restaurant, but tips are tips for those in the food industry.Honestly, this business would do far better at a small storefront in a strip shopping mall than a food court. Probably, like most. In any case, I wish them well, but I wouldn't return.

Convenient ordering - you can either order at their ordering kiosk or at the register. Great service, employees were helpful. Also generous with portions. Decent spot in the mall food court for vegetarians!

Ordered the lunch special. I think it was number three or four. It had a choice of a chicken or beef patty with pita bread. It came with four french fries. Yes let me repeat that FOUR French fries. A happy meal would've been more food. I mentioned to a female employee about the quantity of french fries included with the lunch and she said "yeah I know". Personally , I will spend my money elsewhere in the food court with lots of other options. I will give this place less than a year and it will be Gonzo.
