American fare cuisine. I typically come here for breakfast, brunch, or simply for their desserts. It does get packed at times with lines but it's usually quick to be seen wothin 20 mim. The waiters and staffs are always kind and helpful.Super cute date night idea as the setting also have dim lighting and candles with ample seating rooms to choose from too. You can't be disappointed with anything you order from their menu. Their cake selection has a good variety too. We got the rose cake for my bfs aunt to celebrate her opening and it was such a nice flavor. Remknds me of Asian bakeries as cakes are light. I would def recommend this quaint bakery and cafe when in Fair Oaks /Howe Ave area.

Friend and I decided at the last minute on a Sunday morning that we NEEDED a pastry and coffee! We got here around 11am and it was hopping! We got to order from the pastry counter line (it was just us!), which is great because the food line snaked almost out the door! I had a cheese danish topped with apricots and my friend had a mini fruit tart. Both were delicious! The latte was perfect. The lady in line behind me was buying platter of mixed cookies! I'll have to remember that for the next time I want to bring a hostess gift or dessert.Service was great. The food delicious. Looking forward to my next visit!

Ettore's is a pretty pleasant spot to get a bite and a cup, conveniently located along Fair Oaks. Both food and caffeinated beverages are alright, although neither leaves a deep impression. The bakery, for which EB&C is best known, offers a lot of standard fare, competently made but lacking a lot of refinement of flavor. Surprisingly, their strength lays more in the restaurant side of things. Their salads, soups and sandwiches are considerably more interesting and flavorful. I think I would recommend the lunch/dinner menu over the breakfast one.The staff for the most part are helpful and efficient. And as a place to sit and hang out, I can see spending more time at Ettore's if I lived in the area. But if you're looking for something more than the run-of-the-mill bakery items--at least in terms of quality--you're apt to be disappointed.

The Sacramento longtime bakery has lots of traditional sweet bread like bear claws, English danishes cakes and cookies besides the café eatery. The staff is friendly and the choices are ample. The location is convenient near Fairoaks and Fulton and the ambience is lively. There is also plenty of parking in the shopping center. Today I picked up a few cookies and the bear claws for a sweet snack at home. I had not been here in a while and was surprised to see all the Mardi Gras sweets, including full-size king cakes to take home. I will hopefully return soon to try their beignets.

Solid 3 1/2 stars for their food offerings but 5 for their desserts! Standout was the chocolate mousse cake which I promptly devoured before taking a pic because it was that good. Light, chocolatey, and airy- definitely was surprised as I was expecting something heavy but it was not overly sweet and the entire cake at $46 is a steal. The apple cinnamon roll was delicious warmed up and the fruit tarts were phenomenal! Everyone loved their lunch options from the pasta salad to the chicken panini but my turkey on brioche fell flat for me. Service was excellent and I will definitely be back to try some other options next time I visit.

I absolutely love Ettore's Bakery. I've purchased 4 birthday cakes from here thus far and all have been baked to perfection, fresh, soft, moist and elegant. The prices are decent and great customer service. Always satisfied with everything I order from Ettore's.

OHHhKaaay, I seeeee youuuu Ettore's Bakery & Cafe! There is a clear reason this place is very popular and has over 2,000 reviews! Pastries are fresh. Salads are hearty with great tasting dressings without being overly dressed. Customer service is nice. Bottom line the food is good. I would say Ettore's is a great place for lunch. Be sure to leave room because you need to try one of the freshly baked pastries. You won't regret these extra calories.

My wife saw Ettore's Bakery & Cafe and wanted to stop in. It was a nice and busy cafe. So many baked goodies to choose from like pastries, cookies, cakes, etc. Beehive - Flakey almond croissant, with honey glaze, and sweetened custard, almond and nutella filling. This was good.Chocolate Almond Croissant. this was flakey and the chocolate was all melted and good (after toasting it).Almond Crescent: almond cookie dipped in chocolate finished with a maraschino cherry. [updated] I really liked this! I wish I bought more! All were delicious and will be back! I am so glad we stopped in.

We visited Ettores on a Monday night around 6:45 pm. After dinner, we were craving something sweet and luckily Ettores was open until 8pm! I ordered the white chocolate strawberry cake and my bf ordered the fruit tart. The white chocolate strawberry cake was soooo good. I love how it's perfectly sweet, and the frosting texture is the best. The fruit tart was tasty and the perfect size for a single serve dessert.

Great selection of pastry and breakfasts.Lots of parking and welcome entry with full cases of fresh colorful pastry. You order at one of two counters. Pastry and coffee on the right. Breakfasts and beverages on the left in front of the open kitchen. They give you a table number and they deliver. It's an expansive casual dining room with a quieter atrium area that sits about 75. Also, a private style dining room. Looks like a regular crowd of families, seniors and laptop users early in the day. You can get adult beverages and that's a plus for day drinkers, golfers and hectic moms. Tried Spinach and Cheese Croissant and a crisp Cannoli. Bro got the Breakfast Sausage plate and a Beermosa. Well staffed with young servers buzzing around dropping food and bussing tables. Prices are still reasonable. Great for long breakfasts. Suggest that they consider briefly warming up and toasting the cold danish and rich croissants.
