This is a really beautiful experience that lights up your soul (no pun intended, hehe) and prepares you for the holiday season ;) If you haven't been to this before it's basically a bunch of Christmas lights decorated as certain backdrops and it's the perfect place to take holiday pictures. Let's just say it's a social media influencer's dream.Fun for everyone including families with young kiddos. Kids of all ages love it because of the stimulation from the colored lights. They have shops that sell little trinkets and there are also food vendors throughout. PS. They sell alchie too.

This place was pretty captivating, and a fun place to take your loved ones for the holidays. After hearing that they had a winter wonderland experience new to the area, we jumped to buy tickets as a big family event! I read reviews about opening night (they were not good!) and I was so scared we would not get in, or the walk would be horrible since my son couldn't sit in his stroller, or the vendors would be super over priced. I was so keen on having a bad night, but I was surprised to have such a good time just walking through the maze. Lucky for me, my 1 year old was cooperating, and that really sets the mood for us families of infants (plan your babies nap accordingly ;) ). Our favorite was the light up area , and the dangling lights. My kids had so much fun. They had hot cocoa, and I froze my A off with an ice cold Elysian IPA. I would definitely go again next year to get that euphoric feeling much like the state fair.

Showed up early around 5pm and there wasn't a line to get in. They have a "no large bag" policy so be prepared to put you bags in lockers or walk your bag back to the car. I liked that there were local vendors spread out throughout the stadium. This production of lights housed over 4 million Christmas lights, with a maze in the center where you can walk through. For more added fun, they have an ice skating rink with pretty nice skates you can rent. Great place to take the entire family or with friends to share alcoholic drinks and walk around. Fun memories to share for a lifetime.

Take these reviews with a grain of salt - mine included. After reading these, I was very tempted to take a loss on the tickets and not drive down from Reno. We had purchased tickets shortly after they went on sale and had been waiting patiently, and excitedly, for the day to come. I made the mistake of reading these reviews Friday night before our tickets Saturday. I would say a few of the themes of parking challenges and waits to access things are reasonable, but not as dramatic as the reviews sound. We prepaid our parking for $15 online when we bought our tickets. Nice bonus since it was $20 on site. Exiting off the freeway put us in the perfect spot to get into the parking area, but they diverted us from the first driveway. I, and many others, missed the next driveway. We had to make a U-turn and try again to get in. The guidance to the spaces was mediocre. It's basically self guided once you pay. Thankfully, since we had an early ticket time (6:30PM) the parking wasn't full, but it was reasonably full. Entering was fairly easy - metal detectors and a ticket scan. They had lockers for bag storage but I wouldn't recommend paying it. I saw bags let in that were far bigger than the required size. Immediately past the entrance, the snoap (snow made of soap) begins to fall. So cute and such a romantic winter welcome to the event. The upper level of the ballpark was all food and vendors for decorations and different items. Strollers were allowed on that level and it was packed. We headed straight down to the field level to enjoy the maze and view the the skating area. The maze entrance had some friendly staff telling us how to play the game (find all the toys in the maze and get a stamp for each toy in our passport. Once inside the maze, we were overcome with magic. The snoap was flying and the photo opportunities abounded. As crowded as it was, if we were patient and waited a bit we could get whatever photos we wanted. Through the kindness of strangers, my wife and I even got a few pictures together courtesy of the person in line behind us. So many beautiful photo ops and the chance to view the skating ring from the maze. After the maze we went back up to the upper deck and walked along the dirt path area to view the lights in the grassy area as well as view the maze from a different angle. As we left it was getting much busier but we entered at 6:30PM-ish and left around 8:00PM. I can't wait to return next year!

Facebook hyped up their advertisement and come to find out it's one of the worst Christmas lighting ever lol. I read a lot of google 1 star reviews lol...It's easy to find this place and the parking is big enough to accommodate a lot of cars but their standing lights only covered one part of the parking lot and the rest of the lot was pitch dark. You can't even see where you're walking and it is extremely pitch dark!We brought our stroller and of course in the baseball stadium parking lot you don't see a ramp to get to the entrance of the lighting so my husband had to carry our stroller up the stairs just like the other people who were using strollers. I can't imagine people in wheel chairs??? How do you expect them to go upstairs if there's no accessibility from the parking lot walking up to the entrance. That's a total red flag. When you arrive there are numerous scanners to get in. They don't check your baggage very well but considering what we brought which was a diaper backpack, blankets, hand warmers, etc it was stuffed into our stroller and they didn't even bother checking that area lol. We got in pretty easily. The scanner guy also made sure we were military by asking for our IDs when we chose military ticket purchase. He thanked my husband for his service. When you get past the front entrance it becomes packed. You can barely walk left or right. Go towards the left you pass a lot of mini stores & the 21+ over only section which cuts off for KIDS. You can't go pass or through there. Walk back and you go towards the stroller parking where it's pitch dark. It's also super packed, you can barely walk your stroller around, you get hit in a big crowd and definitely not Covid friendly lmao. You can't bring your stroller down to the maze you have to park it. The entrance of the maze is only ONE section. The exit of the maze is only ONE section. You would think this place was full of lights it's NOT. Lmao. They don't even use the whole stadium. This was a disaster and for a family of 3 and parking we paid $98.NOT. WORTH. IT.

2.5 stars- while this attraction is really pretty, it's overpriced and small. It's mostly for the photo ops. We bought night owl tickets for Christmas night, $25 per person. Regular tickets are $32. Luckily it wasn't too crowded since it was later in the night. We also bought parking for $15, when we entered the parking lot, none of the staff checked our tickets nor it seemed like it was being enforced. It seemed like you could just drive in without paying for parking.Unfortunately we were turned away at first by security because I had a purse that was "too big". Should have known since this is a stadium. My boyfriend didn't warn me of the clear bag policy at first when he bought the tickets nor did he looked at the website about the policy so that was on us. Minor annoyance, but I did see some women with a purse that was much larger than mine and it made me question how much they really enforced it- kind of pretty BS.The main attraction was the maze on the stadium field, it was really pretty but smaller than I anticipated. Staff was pretty messy and disorganized when people were entering or exiting the stairs to and from the maze area. There's lots of cool opportunities for photo ops. Above the field are lots of shops selling trinkets and foods- they even had Lilikoi Boba from SF but unsurprisingly it was overpriced for the event, a whopping $10 for one drink. Near the maze there's a bar selling cocktails in a light bulb bottle for $19.Would I go back to this attraction in the future? While I did get some cool photos, probably not. Maybe if it were heavily discounted.

I don't know how many stars to give it because I guess the event itself was ok for the right person. I'll land on 3. My review feels more bah humbug than I intend. Hubs and I were scheduled for the earliest parking/entrance and the process was pretty seamless for both. Short wait but once through security, we were good to go. We walked around the main concourse, checking out the various food stands and little shops. The items being sold were nice but nothing caught my eye. If I'm being fair, I thought the food and drink prices were high, and I may not have been anticipating that. When I go to a Rivercats game, I know to expect it, but for some reason, I thought things would be a little more affordable. Plenty of seating and some cozy spots with couches and fire pits. Down on the field ...They definitely go all out with the festive lights. The ice rink wasn't busy the day we went and looked fun. The maze and stamp adventure encourages you to check out all areas and that's always a win. We were there about an hour and a half, making the the best of our $100 tickets + underwhelming experience. Bah humbug!

Nice if half the price. I wish there was more interactive or moving lights of some sort. Simply some light display and that was about it. I guess I set my expectations too high (because the price was so high), that I was disappointed. It was overcrowded and hard to even get around. The best part was the nice and courteous staff that was simply standing around, smiling, and wishing everyone a happy holiday lol.Photos, though expensive, with Santa was also very nice and professional. Loved the quality of those pictures; and the Santa there was legit! Best Santa of the season! This was our first time here and will be our last.

I had heard Enchant did not have many favorable reviews before I came but I didn't read those reviews to spoil my experience so I opted to not read them. The experience was pretty good. I went with my niece & nephew and they enjoyed it as well. I went today (Wednesday) which is what I call kids day. If you go on certain days, there are some discounts available. For the day that we chose, it was 1 child free. Children, according to the website are considered as under 17. There are some add ons such as VIP, Santa Claus and an ice skating rink. I didn't choose these add ons. You can also pre-pay for parking at a rate of $15. I believe you can pay on site but it is faster if you prepay and just drive into the lot. The attraction itself is very pretty albeit small. It is, after all, in a baseball stadium. We arrived right around 4:30 and before coming, there were a few things I read in the email on what not to bring. For starters, non clear purses or bags are not allowed. There is a locker to store your items (for a fee) or just leave it locked in your trunk. Better yet, just carry your essentials (i.e., keys, wallet, phone). This maybe hard if you have young children or babies. But for me, I went in with my keys, wallet, and phone. There is a metal detector prior to entry and they don't allow outside food or beverages. This is so you can buy food and drinks in the ballpark. After security check and ticket check, the first thing we saw were the elves greeting everyone at the entryway. You can do a photo op with the elves or just keep walking until you find the maze.Walking down into the ballpark is where the maze and skating rink is located. There is a little scavenger hunt for adults and kids to participate in. You are given a "passport" and it is your job to find all the toys in the mini booklet. Once you find the toys, stamp it off and move onto the next. After locating all the toys, you can fill out the back part for a chance to be entered into a giveaway which is a spot on TV. There were many options to do photo ops but it was quite crowded. All the lights were so pretty and I got to see the Christmas tree change different colors. What's also nice is that there is netting where the seats are and at night there are lights that sparkle, setup like a winter wonderland. The only "food & drink" item we purchased was the boba. There were drink stands located in different parts of the maze but it was mainly alcohol. I did find a kettle corn stand in the maze as well. I couldn't find the hot chocolate which was a bummer as I was looking forward to it. After we finished the maze, we walked back to the concessions area just to browse. There were all sorts of food options and yup, boba with macarons & different pastries. And I saw that they had Baklava & Coffee!! Completely missed it but they were further away from the entry point. The longer we stayed, the lights just get prettier. Some advice if you're considering: dress warm! It's outside, in the open ballpark and it does get really cold. Tickets are steep but I was gifted 2 tickets through a friend and with the additional 1 free kid, the only thing I paid for was the parking and the boba drinks. Would I have paid to go to Enchant? Maybe, but the space is small. Had it been at a larger space, I think we would have had more things to see and more space to walk around. Overall, it was a nice experience. My niece said it reminded her of a mini version of Disneyland.

Eh, it's something to do but for me it wasn't worth the money. We barely spent an hour and a half there. There's not much to do honestly. They have some food stands and some additional vendors selling their wares. The parking was good but they shouldn't charge for it. They were enforcing the clear bag policy so I had to take my purse back to the car. We ate at the food stands that were there (a hotdog, a hamburger, and a soda for almost $40) and it was TERRIBLE!!! We made our way to the MAZE and I was ready to leave halfway through. The lights were cool but it was cold and it was all starting to look the same. The ice skating rink seemed like fun but if you're not ice skating...there aren't any other activities besides the maze.I took a lot of pictures and that was the highlight of the event. If you're bored you can kill a few hours here. I wouldn't come here again if they have it next year. Once in a lifetime is enough...
