Such a wonderful gym ... there very accommodating and very well appreciated . They welcomed are Cheerleaders in there environment which is perfect for them as they condition faithfully to perfect there stunts and cheers without them idk where we would be THANKYOU from a FJW mom

The workouts are challenging to your body. The coaches are amazing and will be your biggest cheerleader. They are very helpful in correcting your form, which is very important for your safety. They are very good at encouraging you to keep pushing. I have noticed that everyone cheers you on to succeed as well. I really love it here! This gym has become very much like my family. I highly recommend it.

I have been going to this gym for over a year now and I have to say I'm happy to have landed here. About 5 years ago I abandoned the 24 hour membership to try group fitness (Bootcamp and strength & conditioning/crossfit) and have never looked back. The owner and coaches are very knowledgable and keep you motivated and accountable while offering a family friendly and fun environment. I believe they offer an affordable membership for the amenities and classes offered! Best of all you get a great workout every time and you never repeat!

Awesome gym! The classes are fun and challenging! You definitely get a good workout! Everyone is very friendly and respectful and treat Everyone like family! All the trainers and owner of the gym are awesome too, they are willing to work with you and are will to modify any workout that is too difficult for you.

I've been working out at EGSC since the start up and watched it grow in leaps and bounds. I'm a senior citizen and Corey has helped regain my core strength by starting with basic stretching to light weights and band stretches. I am now capable of working out within a class, but have chosen to stay with an individualized Training program because my needs are specialized. Having Psoriatic Arthritis and going through Breast Cancer, my body, brain and health are now on the road to living a better life. Thank you Corey for your excellent training and dedication to me as well as each and every person in the gym who has a desire to get better, stronger and healthier. All the coaches and members share Corey's philosophy of individual training within a group setting. You will not be sorry but amazed at the quick transformation of body, mind and spirit. I am so happy I found this gym. It's been many many years of trying different aspects of fitness & I can finally say I found a gym that will be my forever gym! Great coaches, great people & a GREAT workout. Weights always intimidated me... I never pushed myself ...I was never comfortable... Corey & lance work hard at pushing you, working on your technique ... & always giving you tips and advice! Everything is explained very well. In just 6 weeks my body has already changed! I highly recommended this gym to anyone who wants to be pushed and is looking for a great workout!!! Be ready to get addicted!

Trying to get a hold of anyone at this establishment is difficult. Make sure that you get your membership termination in writing and follow up on it. I have never had a company continue to charge me after I had terminated an account.
