Elk Grove Sports Bar & Grill

Came in today and had to find our own table which was fine. We get that it is Sunday and busy. However, we sat at the table and had no less than 3 different employees walk past our table, visiting the table right next to ours and nobody so much as acknowledged us. Never said "hello" or "we will be right with you." They didn't even bring us a menu!!! After close to 20 minutes we left. Horrible service.

This is one of our favorite family hangouts! We have invited so many people here to drink and hang out with us.The food is amazing! There is nothing bad on this menu.Lynette is our favorite person that works here. She knows our family well. She knows to bring the beers first and then bring the menus for food after about 5 minutes. She always says hi to us and greets us with "how's my favorite family?"

Our 8 year old BEGGGGS almost daily to come here today mozzarella sticks and Sportys ranch. His newest obsession is getting to play darts there. The food is always great and service is fantastic.

We went here to watch the game for the first time. We came in and never got greeted and just seated ourselves I guess (very awkward). We waited a while before someone came to give us menues. We waiting a while for food too which came out hot and seemed fresh, my bf burger was good but my chicken tenders were way too crispy and hard. The waiter saw my water empty and asked if I wanted a refill I said yes and he never came back with my water. I think he left for the day. We sat with left over food til the end of the game with no one asking or checking on for a box. If we even saw who was working cuz they are seemed to disappear we got someone to bring us a box. Atmosphere had 10 tvs and a projector which was nice to watch on. Service is not great and this place is a maybe. I think there may be better bars who pay attention to customers.

I called to ask a quick 30 second question. The lady that answered hung up on me before I could even ask. I called back thinking we just got disconnected. She answered again & immediately asked if she could put me on hold. I said sure, she put the phone down on the bar & I then proceeded to listen to her have a very casual non-hurried conversation with a patron for almost 5 minutes before I finally hung up. Tried calling back a couple of times but just got a busy tone. She obviously didn't want to deal with me & based on past reviews, I'm pretty sure I know which rude B____ I had the misfortune of reaching. Not sure why she's still employed there as she has probably lost this small business a lot of customers, including me. Or maybe the owners don't care & want to run an establishment that is ok with their employees acting like jackasses & alienating paying customers. I live right around the corner & this is a place we have gone to a couple of times but after this, we will never return.

The food is impeccable. One of my all time fave places to grab a great burger and their EG fries are delectable! Awesome family friendly atmosphere, service is always terrific and they always bring us our ice tea in a pitcher with loads of ice, just the way we love it!

I like the bar. Good food. Excellent sports coverage. Great bartenders. Very nice pool table. Great place to watch football games.

A sports bar that only has games on ABC, NBC & CBS. What's the point. I get that at home. The food is good. Service tends to be very sketchy unless you are a regular.
