Huge fan. The projects they have the kids working on are wonderful. The supplies are endless and the teachers support and guidance are wonderful. We felt very accepted and immediately part of a special community. Looking forward to trying the pottery class soon.

A most uplifting art experience for the young and not so young. (They call me Grandpa.) Under the expert guidance of Jesebel Qiu (An established art graduate and artist.) I was able to produce a few paintings that are hanging proudly in my office.I have two left hands and no skill as an art painter Jesebel's philosophy is; "There is a artist in every person. You have to have the will and courage to bring it out". Jesebel, a contructive teacher, will assist and guide you to reach your potential. That potential is higher than you might think of your self. As the saying goes; "Try it you'll like it".

My son is 10 years old and he has ADHD. He really can't sit still and focus on his work. After joining Space Art, we see that he is more focus and able to complete his assignment. The staff there are very patient and give him his time to complete his art work. We see him has more confident through doing arts and see him has good improvement of drawing and painting. My son loves to go there every Saturday for his 2 hrs of class. Thank You Space 4!

Very organized and geared towards real art versus just paint. Child came here for camp. She really enjoyed it! Love that they offer a variety of artistic options . Fun! Haven't been able to try a free class for drawing yet (schedules conflict) and I don't think they like to give free either since email response was real short. But, a great option of drawing isn't your child's thing

"There is no beginning, there is no end. The end is another beginning"Quote by; Shi Qiu. Artist. The above quote came to mind when I recently visited "Elk Grove Space 4 Art" at the new location 2350 Maritime Drive, Elk Grove, CA. 95758. Phone 916-209-0283. The interior setup reminded me off that philosophy. Starting at one side of the studio, going around the building, again meeting up at the beginning, starting all over, forming a "Circle of Art" never to end. Dedicated rooms, for the many facets of Art. Drawing, Painting, Ceramics, and many more activities. Starting at 5yrs old, also and a great place for adults interested in expanding their interest in Art and or improving their skills. I found the visit, the personal tour from Jezebel, a most pleasant, and impressive experience. Not only looking at the facility but recognizing the very skillfully layout and thinking behind the curriculum speaks off an ounce again successful Art Center.

I attended the opening and also took a class of painting. What a wonderful idea to make painting/drawing a fun, stress free activity. I didn't know much about painting but was much inspired to try different colors on an abstract painting and just having fun with it. It was really surprising to see the end results, as it surprised me that I did so well with no background in painting. It's a great place to let all your stress behind and be creative and push your boundaries. At the opening, all the kids were having so much fun drawing on the big mural, even the moms were drawing all over it too! Jess (owner and instructor) treats all her students like friends and is so patient and encouraging. She really makes painting/drawing fun and is accommodative to your interest, whether it be professional painting or occasional hobby. My 1-yr old is too young to take a lesson, but the fact that she offers both class series and walk-ins definitely makes it easy and non-intimidating like going to a school for a class. Next time I throw a party, I would definitely consider hosting it here, where everyone can let their inner artist come out and play. :)
