This place gets busy - so be there early! The staff is very friendly, but you definitely want to keep the line flowing, so do your research on what to order before getting there, haha. It is very clean & "refreshing" in there.I found out about Elk Grove donuts through a tiktok video & they did not disappoint. Their Dubai chocolate covered strawberries are so good. 100/10. I need to ask where they get the strawberries from because they were delicious! I realized that I'm not a "fancy donut" type... I like my donuts pretty simple (glazed or maple). We tried the Dubai chocolate donut & it was good, just A LOT of chocolate - I kept it as a dessert over the next 2 days. We also tried the Ube filled donut, but it didn't really taste like Ube to me.Would definitely be back any time I'm in the area!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while but this donut shop definitely has some great options, but I feel it's overpriced for what you get, especially when there are better donuts in Sacramento for the price.DonutsRed Velvet Donut: Extremely delicious, no complaints here.Dubai Chocolate Donut: The chocolate was super heavy, which made the dough feel weighed down and not as chewy. Also, there was a strong yeast flavor that was a bit off for me. I know donuts are made with yeast, but this one tasted a little too fermented, which was strange.ExtrasWe were really excited to try their Dubai Chocolate Strawberries, but at $20 a cup, it felt like a major rip-off.Decor & OccasionThe main draw here seems to be the decorative aspect of the donuts. They're perfect for special occasions when you want to bring something fancy, but for the average donut lover, it's just not worth the high price.Final ThoughtsI'd rate this place a 6/10. While the donuts are decent and beautifully decorated, the price doesn't match the value. Donuts are supposed to be affordable and delicious, and this spot doesn't hit the mark on that front for everyday cravings.

Cute little donut shop in the Walmart plaza by McDonalds and Autozone. I came to try the famous Dubai chocolate strawberries and donut. The Dubai chocolate strawberries were good but I wish they'd let it be known you have to consume it right away. The chocolate they use is not the kind that is liquidy/stays melty. It hardens back up within 10 minutes or so. I had to melt it back when I got home. The Dubai chocolate donut was also delicious but I can't justify the $7 cost for it. Both items are good and worth the try if you're craving the famous Dubai chocolate trend and willing to splurge on them.

Came for the viral strawberry Dubai chocolate cups and Dubai chocolate donuts. It's viral alright! Be prepared to stand in line, we waited about 30 mins and it's only sold Friday-Sunday. A lot of donut options out side of the Dubai chocolate options. I do want to come back and try the ube options. Also the croissants look good, and less than $7 with meat and egg. I'll come on another day for those. Now for the strawberry dubai chocolate cups. Strawberries covered in pistachio butter, chocolate, some crispy noodle things and pistachio nuts. It's silky, crunchy, and sweet. If you like pistachio and chocolate, this is for you! The donut was ok, definitely for those who love pistachio and chocolate. Is it worth $15 for a 12oz cup and $7 for a donut? Does it live up to hype? Not really. Overall it's good, but pricey.

I found this place on TikTok and decided yo come to try the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries. The place is in a shopping center so plenty of parking. The place is a grab and go there's no seating. It's very small I thought they had a lot more things. It's a refrigerator with drinks on the side. A large row of doughnuts. What they had was cute and looked good. I ended up getting 4 doughnuts and chocolate covered strawberries it was about $32 and I thought that was on the pricey side. The customer service was very good there was a guy who was very nice and helpful. This is the best quality in Dubai chocolate strawberries I've seen. It's very rich so you have to be read for something sweet. Overall it's good to try new things I enjoy them.

My spouse has brought donuts occasionally from this shop but we had not visited in a couple months. My daughter wanted to try the viral Dubai chocolate pistachio strawberry cups. It did not disappoint. It was not too sweet the strawberries were ripe and delicious. We also ordered the one ube coconut cream, Dubai chocolate donut, and a raspberry donut with a macaroon on top. I stopped on Saturday morning at 9:30 there was a long line inside but it moved very quickly. The staff provided excellent service and kept the line moving non stop. These donuts are pricey but meant as a treat. For perspective we ordered two chocolate Dubai strawberry cups, 2 chocolate Dubai donuts, 1 donut with a mini macaroon, and one ube coconut cream donut. The total was $51.74 I don't think our order has ever cost that much. Pro tip: you can scan their QR code and order ahead. I also found out today they no longer carry the Sanrio donuts do to trademark : (

I've wanted to try this place for quite some time. I finally decided to go. The only thing is, I don't get to try the Dubai chocolate strawberries. I found out. They're only available on the weekends. I'll be back on a Friday to try them.

Had been eyeing this spot for their Dubai chocolate donut!! Finally was in the area before 3pm when they close. We came by a bit before 9am. My favorite donut is an apple fritter but the thing is, they're usually so big i don't want to eat it all by myself...it's too much donut. I was surprised to see they offer smaller ones!! We got 6: - 2 Dubai chocolate, $14 ($7 each) - Biscoff cinnamon roll, $4.50- mini apple fritter, $1.85- jelly filled, $1.85- maple bar, $1.85Total: $24 The Dubai chocolate one was filled with pistachio cream and the crunchy kataifi, with a hard chocolate shell exterior. Really tasty! Apple fritter was soft on the inside and that thump sound on the outside! The jelly filled could've been filled a bit more. First bite, I got all dough. So, that's telling. There wasn't a lot of filling. :/ Nonetheless, We enjoyed all the donuts. Lots of bottled drinks in the fridge. No indoor seating. Service was okay from the gal. I asked questions about their special donuts....No smiles, more business from her. There was also a guy there and he was quite cheerful. I thought we'd get him. Lol. I do wish they would put little signs in the display case for the special donut names. Would save everyone time from asking, what's that one, what's this one...Looking forward to our next visit!

My husband and I had this crazy idea to wake up at 4am Christmas morning to drive 25 minutes to Elk Grove for some Christmas donuts to surprise our daughter with so that's what we did!Elk Grove Donuts opened at 5am on Christmas Day and we were first in line! They had a whole case full of classic donuts as well as Christmas themed ones, they didn't have The Grinch ones when we arrived, but they had plenty of other options to choose from. We ended up taking home a dozen as well as one of their Dubai Chocolate Strawberries. They're donuts are soft and sweet, but definitely not the best ones I've ever had. I do like that they have unique flavors like the viral Dubai Pistachio Chocolate and Ube. I even love their Sanrio and Halloween themed donuts that they do!The inside was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would I drive out of my way again for these donuts? Probably not, but they did make for a great Christmas Day breakfast and the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries were a nice sweet treat!Check them out!

The first time I visited, it was for their donuts. Their Christmas-themed donuts were incredibly creative in appearance, and they were both sweet and soft. My second visit was for the Dubai chocolate-covered strawberries. I paid $15, which I wouldn't have minded if the strawberries had been sweet, but unfortunately, they weren't. I went on a Sunday afternoon when there was a long line, but it moved quickly.
