Elk Grove Aquatics Center

Came here for a pool party and I would have to say it was a rip off. The kids, literally the high school kids running this place was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were no help with anything. They did not know what to do except till is no. Our party host rented the place for 2 hours and they refuse to let the guest use one of the rented pool saying first it was not part of the rental, which it was . Then second, came up with another excuse that they didn't have enough lifeguard. When we could clearly see all the other employees sitting on the other side of the pool area doing nothing. It wasn't until our host told them that they needed to call their supervisors to verified usage of the second pool which was 45 mins later that they finally gave us the green light to use the second pool. Then they have the audacity to tell the guest that the slide was off limits. But again it, one of the slide was suppose to be open for the party. There were plenty of life guard just walking around and they refuse to let the guest use the slide. They even turn off the water to the slide until the older employees arrived. Not to mention both slide magically started working when the park opened to the public. The grass area was filthy. No one has cleaned it. There were chicken bones everywhere. There was trash every where and even saw two lighters. Which was strange because the two young lady that let us in was rudely telling us that there is no smoking allowed and they will kick us out if they see anyone smoking. But yet we find lighters in the area. Come on now. When we brought it to their attention nothing was done. For the amount of money our host paid to rent this place for a party. They should have been more professional and more helpful. The amount of taxes that we Elk Grovian pay for this city and for this aquatic center to come to existence. The customer service needs to be better.

Very attentive lifeguards and clean place. I love that they have a kiddie area for toddlers where the water is not too deep. We were there for a birthday party and will return next summer!

Elk Grove's newest aquatic center and a really awesome addition to the city. My experience from this place has primarily been with the EGAC Gator Swimming Club and it really is an awesome facility with great staff.I've also rented the facility for a private event and it was also a great experience being able to rent out the pools.During the summer there are three separate areas that you can use for rec swimming but also have the ability to rent all 3. Also included are two slides, a lazy river and a play area for kiddos besides the two other pools. These facility also had multiple rooms to rent and various facilities throughout. Really great staff, new clean location and lots of parking!

What a fun aquatic center! $8 admission for ages 5 and up, kids 2-4 is $5, and 2 and under is free. My daughter enjoyed it very much, she loved the swirly slides! There was also a small lazy river, a kiddie pool area, and a nice size pool. I saw they had a snack shack, but we didn't purchase anything from there, as we brought our own snacks. You can bring your own drinks and food inside, which is nice.Only downside was, they had a few umbrellas that weren't opened, could of used more shade by the lounge area. Not sure why some were closed and had caution tape around it. Lots of people brought their own pop up tents and chairs to sit on. Good to know for future visits. Overall, it was a nice place to enjoy the water on hot summer days!

Yes, this place can be BUSY!! But it is perfect for our family because we have a range of ages for our kids and there's something for each of them.

I had a great day here on a field trip. Water felt amazing. They have a small convenient food stand where you can get pizza hot dogs soda frozen lemonade drinks and some ring pops. It was pretty decently priced just had no condiments like ranch or ketchup. The diving board there was amazing but i hurt myself pretty bad lol. Water slides so fun surprised i only went down once on the open one. Have to go back next time I'm there.

This is amazing for kids and adults alike. There's a shallow area for little kids, and shallow water space with slides and tunnels. Deep end pools too. A tube of tunnels through various twists and turns. 2 adults and 6 children was less than $45. You're able to bring your own food and ice chest too.

it was fun, hope to go there again next summer! I don't know what else to say, it's just fun to be there

8/11/2024 I was approached by a lifeguard regarding not wearing denim shorts in the water, this is a case of spoken too soon! My feet and legs were the only parts in the water!!!! My shorts never once touched the water!!!! Now I could understand if I was diving, and or completely soaked waist down! The approach was unnecessary! We didn't stay long and left I do not recommend this water park at all!! Can we say taken your job too seriously?!?! Try looking for people that are halfway drowning etc

We went for my son's birthday and the place was clean and I loved that they have different sizes of pools. I will definitely recommend this place.
