I stopped by Elite hair salon, didn't really know what to do with the shaggy mop on my head with grey roots showing. I sat down with Suki and she not only colored my roots and brought back the the color to my dull hair that it hasn't seen in ages but she also gave my hair body and structure with the perfect cut for long hair. I trust her with my hair. As for the salon, it is delightful, spacious, and so many plants, someone has a green thumb. I plan to return to this place for my next cut and color.

I highly recommend Amy! I have gone to different salons & have over spent leaving with orange hair instead of brown. Amy gets the colors & highlights perfect! She even squeezed me in last minute! Not to mention the prices are extremely reasonable! Thank you Amy!

It was my first time in this establishment and as the saying goes first impressions last. Not in this case! It was a nightmare. I got my haircut here about 3 weeks ago and the lady who cut my hair was nice but boy, oh boy it took her five minutes to comb my hair -- all my hair to the front, 5 minutes, and then cuts all of them just like that --- does that remind you of anything? Yes, it's the trending YouTube layered haircut! And then that was it. Took her 2 minutes to cut my hair. And I do have long hair! That's $35 right there. What a joke! Unprofessional! For a layered hair cut it should take at least 15 minutes. I think this hairstylist from this establishment should be stripped from cutting hair and take away her certificate.

I came here for my first ever color and I got a balayage with Kim. It came out amazing and she was the sweetest person to spend a couple hours with! 10/10 recommend her!

I did not enjoy my experience at Elite Salon. I went salon shopping online to decide where to have my long hair trimmed and get a little bit of layering adding into it. I chose Elite Salon, but I made a huge mistake. The salon itself was nice, but the stylists and the service was definitely not. My stylist kept on trying to do extra things with my hair, and ended up styling my hair, even though I told her I didn't want to pay for styling, just a cut, and I wasn't even going to do anything after my haircut anyway.... In the end, it took her 3 hours to cut and curl my hair (even though I only wanted the cut). She took her sweet time, and took many breaks to hang out with her friends. In the the end, she tried to charge me extra for doing the style, even though I told her I didn't want it. I ended up paying her a little extra, but I left feeling completely taken advantage of and very pissed off. I've never had a crazy salon story before, but now I definitely do.

I've been coming here every 2nd Saturday (for years) for a haircut with Monique and she's excellent.

The hubby was having a hair emergency- hair was too long! We stopped here randomly in the middle of a road trip and unexpectedly got an amazing haircut. Lots of folks struggle with Asian hair but they did a great job!
