Holy mother of Godzilla I had a turtle cheesecake from here and from the time I started until the time I finished, we had world peace. All stray animals had a home. Angels descended from the skies and healed all ailments. All overstimulations in the world had stopped.My buddy had graciously gifted me that turtle cheesecake from here and now I owe him my soul and the naming rights of my firstborn child. Took to trusty yelp to find a coffee shop for my friend and I's monthly meet up. Was very excited to see this one was close to my house and close to her work. The photos we saw on Yelp all looked so good!Located on Fair Oaks it's easy to find, it has a parking lot but it was pretty full as they share it with the many other businesses. The inside is on the smaller side but I did really like how quaint it was. As much as I wanted too, I didn't order any food, just a coffee. They brew Temple coffee and I got the honey latte with almond milk. I'm not sure if they used actually honey or a syrup but it was very sweet. Next time I'll have to ask if they can do only half sweet. They have an incredibly appetizing pastry case and they had wonderful service!

I love this place. The owner is extremely friendly and so kind. I used to come here to work weekly and she would always encourage me to try her newest sweets/ drinks. We have great conversations and I love supporting a small business for her and her family. I like that they have the same tea as temple but wish the flavors would be replicated. The mini cheesecake are amazing and their other variety sweets are good. I have even had their savory crepes and some dishes to try. This place has everything!!The other workers are not as friendly, but I haven't had as many instances with them

We ordered the pumpkin cheesecake and the highlight was the pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate croissant. We also ordered the avocado crepes end. It was nice to have vegetarian options that were healthy. The pumpkin cheesecake was out if the world and I'm not a pumpkin fan or a cheesecake fan normally.The team was super friendly and gave great suggestions on what to order.

Elite is my favorite local bakery, and coffee shop. The people are incredibly kind, the food is amazing, the coffee is better than you will get anywhere else in Carmichael, and it feels like walking into a family members kitchen. Places like this are few and far between.

Customer service badly needs improvement. Coffee was made iced, showed the lady my order for HOT coffee and she decided to ARGUE with me and I never got it remade I had to take the iced. She would NOT even look at my receipt. Very disappointing from a place a once frequented regularly.

Everything was great! The sandwiches, pastries, drinks, and Temple coffee!!! The decor and customer service was impeccable too. My dad even had a seizure because it was so good. Haha Lol. It was all fantastic and a great experience. Honest suggestion for the owner, the name could use some sprucing up for marketing purposes as it was difficult to recall the store name. Anything other than Elite bakery that is more brand-able and unique. We'll be coming here and taking all of our family generations for a long time. You just earned a life long customer! Stopped in for early lunch. I heard about this place having the best chicken salad sandwich. I definitely didn't disappoint. Really good! I also order a cup of coffee with my sandwich and sad today not so good. It was barely drinkable. Had a bitter taste. So I enjoyed my sandwich and water.
