My kids have been going to Elevate for a little over a year now and I've seen a big change in their confidence and strength. Just a year ago, they weren't able to cartwheel or pull-up. Now, they're learning how to do round off back handsprings and bar kips. The coaches really are amazing. They will tell you that they view their teams as family and I truly feel like they care about these kids like family. The coaches put safety first and teach the kids to be supportive of one another. My kids can spend hours at practice without complaint because of Elevate's positive environment. There are things about Elevate that could improve as mentioned in other reviews, but my family has always found a way to work things through and any of the minor admin issues that we have had in the past have resolved so far.

My daughters have been coming here for years. The experience of the instructors, and how they break down the moves for the students is what keeps us coming back. You won't be disappointed!

Disappointing.Signed up my 3 year old for a trial Ninja Class for Monday, 01/08/24 at 6:30PM. However, once we arrived they said there are no Ninja classes on Monday's and was told incorrectly. It was very clear during my phone conversation that it was for ninja classes. What a waste of time. Will be going to a different gym.

I've been attending adult gymnastics classes at Elevate Gymnastics, the last couple months and it's been an amazing experience! I've learned more here than I ever did in other adult classes. It's fantastic that they offer adult gymnastics, and Coach Randy is incredibly invested in helping us achieve our goals. He provides the guidance and support we need to improve each time. I genuinely look forward to every class, and I always leave feeling stronger and closer to my goals. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to take their skills to the next level!

Not a place to go if your child has no experience in or lacks an inherit aptitude for gymnastics. The attention is given to the higher level students. Information is not readily available or explained as to what to do to help your child move forward. The front desk is not forthcoming with information. I continue to ask (and sometimes advocate) about how and when my child can move up. My child has been with Elevate for two years. She is now in Basic 1. I had to ask and advocate for to move into Basic 1! I feel like if I don't advocate for my child to actually "be a part of the learning process ".1. Smaller classes-increased skill building and opportunities for coach correction 1:12. Monthly or Bi-Monthly reports on child's progress. Cover on things improved upon, things that need improvement , and recommendations to move to next level3. Better communication from front desk regarding what is available. I still have no idea what ". Hot Shots" is.4. Increase customer service skills5. Watch profit over product, I know $$$ is important. I also know that larger classes lead to diminished opportunities for learning and advancement with the lower level classes

Ok I've been here for 2 yrs now and it's not as bad as reviews make it. Yes communication is bad. I mean front desk really is very unhelpful. They have now started greeting as you come in and always have smiles. Systems are very outdated. Let's get a digital billing system. Please Coaching amazing. I love love our coaches and our coaching experience. My daughters have had exceptional coaching it is very much a family. Other reviews talk about xcel being for rec. that's a lie. It's not. Junior Olympics as a level doesn't exist anymore it is now called developmental program DP. Elevate has both and has a great system for utilizing both to get girls and families where they want to be. Points are a lot. But can be achieved if you want them. They are available but you have to be as well. Is this gym or program perfect nope but no gym will be. Can you speak to coaches yes but it takes work. Could a lot of things be brought into the technology era, yes. Are kids fixing equipment like they are works no not at all. Is some stuff old yep. Safety is a huge thing at elevate and everything is in working order but maybe be old. We are staying for the long haul and my girls would change their experiences!!!

I've been taking my daughters to Elevate for over 5 years and have to say it's probably one of the best gymnastics locations around. As with most businesses, things could always be better, or you could find fault in how they operate, but overall, the owner and coaches do a great job with the kids. They try to make it fun and engaging when the kids are younger, building up to more discipline and stricter practice routines as they progress. It allows the kids to grow into the sport, and my daughter has really improved year over year. For younger or beginner level classes, they are larger and tend to thin out as kids progress or move into other things. I was not a big fan of the larger classes, but I see how the program is designed and appreciate the way it develops the kids. My daughter is now on a competitive team, and yes, it's a pain to do parent points (volunteering), but that is laid out when you sign up for the competitive program. As with other competitive sports, it costs money to travel to competitions, but that's to be expected. Sports overall = $$$, if you don't like it then don't put your kids into a sport. I am overall happy with the gym and the progress my daughter has shown with the help of the coaches at EGA and the friendships she's built with her team.

I don't know how to rate it, maybe the advanced class is better, but the beginner class is terrible, it's a waste of time, the coaches change every day, and the kids have made little progress in a year.

For the amount of money parents spend here, the service & equipment they provide is below par. My kids have been coming here for months. When I first signed them up, it was their first day, they don't show you or tell you who their coach is, or tell you where to go or take your child. I feel like this is a strong area that needs improvement. They had the summer Olympics recently and their mic system rarely worked and couldn't even hear anything. You'd also think they have better working air conditioning system. My daughter's coach is inconsistent, she always seems to have a new coach every week.
