Torta de birria (no cilantro no cebolla) , agua de cebada
Their Sashimi de Atun was the favorite today. So flavorful unlike any other sashimis I've had.

First time here and this is our new favorite Mexican spot. Came in early and no one was there which scared us a bit almost thought about leaving, but so happy we ended up staying. It's different from most Mexican spots out here. The food was delicious and the service was great! Will be back to try more of their food especially the seafood !

El Tito is brand new with about a month open but that does not mean they are new to the food industry. They've been making Mariscos for a while. The place is freshly remodeled. Don't let the small location fool you this place has HUGE taste. They have a big menu to suit your craving. The woman up front at the counter was super nice and they had a QR code to sign for a digital menu if you didn't want to look at the big screen. The menu ranges from birria, asada, menudo, mariscos and more. The first time I had it I tried their mariscos and had a little bit of everything. Everything was amazing including the salsas. I came back today and tried the "Birria Torta". That thing was. 20/10 it was bomb.com. It has melted/grilled cheese, birria, onion, and cilantro. It also is served with a side of consume, other places normally charge for a side of it. The torta is pretty big and I thought I wasn't going to finish it but it was so good I couldn't resist. It comes stuffed it hella birria. I had it with the orange salsa that brings all the flavors together. I even had the side of consume it felt like I had ordered a mini birria caldo. This is some of the best birria I've had in awhile and probably the best in Sacramento. To drink I had an agua de cebada which isn't to common up here. The place is Sinaloa style food so of course they had to carry it. If you've never heard of it try it you won't regret it.

Mexican food is my favorite cuisine. I'm excited whenever a new Mexican restaurant, taqueria, or taco stand opens, and I head there immediately to satiate my Mexican food cravings. After perusing Tito's menu choices and their prices, I will not be visiting the restaurant. I didn't see diverse burrito choices, tostadas, or chili relleno on the menu. I would love to see them succeed and be around for a long time, but they need to make some changes first. I do wish them the best!

Very clean and well kept. Visited the RR and it was very clean. We ordered Lacampechana and Camarones Sarandeados. Both were quite flavorful, freshly cooked. Agua de Jamaica was 10/10, homemade taste. Customer Service was great, you can tell everyone is genuinely caring of their restaurant! Downfalls: no avocado in the campechana, you have to ask for some of the condiments and the butter rice lacked flavor.
