Got the 8 pcs chicken meal for sharing and most of the cuts were small. It's like 3 - 4 pcs big pieces combined instead of 8 pcs. The chicken was dry too. The rice tasted off. I only liked the mashed potato with gravy. The staffs were nice and this branch was clean (clean tables).

Still slop. And if you don't discover that it's slop until you get home good luck trying to get a refund. They'll say that they can only refund if you come back down and bring the slop back. You can of course deposit the slop on their driveway and let them clean it up. Although I'm not recommending that.

Do not give this location your business. Firstly, the drive thru employee who took my order, rushed me thru my order. She repeatedly interuppted my order me to ask, "is that all? Is that all." I ordered the el pollo bowl combo, and had to remind her i hadnt ordered my drink yet because she asked me, "is that all," once more instead of asking what id like to drink. Secondly, as pictured, they pretty much gave me a bowl of beans with a smidgen of rice, and finely minced chicken. Waste of money.

The manager that's a man here he gave horrible service. Don't even speak. They talk to the employees why they talking to you just ridiculous. They need to understand that us customers is paying their checks. You have to ask for forks sauce and everything else we need to have El Pollo Locos in the area that give better service than them.

I ordered an eight piece combo mixed 4 wings, 2 legs 2 breast I'm not really a dark meat fan, when I got home and checked my order, I had 4 legs (again I focking hate dark meat which is why I ordered mixed with four wings) 2 wings 2 breast and I am very unhappy about it. Also when I called to complain to them about what it happened, I got a machine requesting a remote access code, this is the number I got online for them 916-922-5200I'm including the receipt and a screenshot of the chicken again in case someone from El Pollo Loco reads this review I want my two wings.

I ordered a pollo bowl with no beans and it came out to me with less then 3 minutes and it was pretty busy and the service was amazing the person who took my order was very nice and was very helpful he also had great selling tactic! the work place was also very clean and very nice I love eating inside of here. Would recommend to all my family and friends to come here.

My food has always been good to me. It's just the service needs to improve. I am reluctant to go to the drive thru because they lost my debit card through a crevasse in between. When they were handing back my debit card it dropped and they couldn't get it. "This happened before..." You will have to get a new one...we can't get it" At that point in time I was already dealing with the death of my mom and my life long pet dying. I just needed another thing to do. Hopefully they have fixed that by now if it was the second time. Also, if the cashier inside the store can repeat the items you ordered back to you could be nice. That way, the cashier can charge you for the order you ordered and not have to charge for drinks on a a different order and not get the deal.
