El Forastero Mexican Food

Wow! 10 stars. First time here. So delicious! Piping hot, fresh, aplenty and good price. Still have leftovers! We ordered via drive-thru, 2 sets of combo plate. 2 carne asada tacos and beef burrito and cheese enchiladas. Oh my goodness, flavorful! Go here today, think they're open 24 hours.

Stopped here for a quick lunch during my break. So glad they have a drive thru. Food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the horchata some places use a mix and this didn't taste like a mix. Burrito was very good too. Only criticism is my beans were a little cold. Service and food still deserved 5 stars though. Stop here if you're in the mood for Mexican food!

Ordered lunch in at Auburn Blvd Sacramento location. Food was cold when brought to us. After that, person never checked on us. Don't know why I gave a tip when I paid right after ordering. So much for tipping for good service. Charged $5.25 for a bottle of Coke (thought that was a bit much) and $1.40 convenience fee for using a credit card?? Total for two #3 cheese enchiladas combos with a bottle of water and a coke came to $45.52. For that amount I could have almost fed three people at El Pamar on El Camino Ave. We won't be back.
