But don't worry, after you provide it, we'll either misplace it or start insinuating that you're sneaking vitamins and minerals into those bottles, sending them back home with a warning that you're violating "code" while we still give your child dairy. Because why bother with consistency when we can keep you constantly on edge? And for everything else, we'll make sure to turn it into a paperwork marathon, because we're all about "following the rules."Our receptionists are multitasking masters, constantly running between handling parent issues, bus transportation, and the occasional break to actually man the front desk. And if you need to speak with the director? Good luck! They're always "too busy" with important issues like focusing on making sure the office is seasonally decorated to perfection. Real concerns? Not so much. But hey, at least the place looks beautiful and smells like pumpkin spice in Fall, even if it's all fake - just like the care we claim to provide.But don't just take our word for it - experience firsthand how our subpar cleaning will keep little ones perpetually snotty. After all, what's childhood without a constant stream of colds? We're proud to say that in just four months, we can make even the most seasoned daycare parents wish they'd never walked through our doors.But don't worry, after those few long months, you'll be just as grateful as other parents who have finally escaped to a new daycare that actually cares about your child's well-being. I usually never write bad reviews but I feel the need to talk about our experience so that others will not suffer as we have. First, let's talk about COVID-19. They emailed us on Friday morning (8/27/2021) saying that someone had gotten covid. Then I get an email today Monday (8/30/2021) saying no one has had covid in their program, which is false. Second, let's talk about how they cared for my daughter (2 years old). She came home twice with her private areas being very red and tender, I had asked them the first time it happened to apply ointment on her when it looks red. They had me fill out a form and write directions on when and how they were to use the ointments, and she came home a few weeks later with the same problem, and the teacher asking me for directions when I had already filled out everything they wanted me to fill out. Hope this helps with whoever is deciding on whether they should take their children to Kindercare.

My child is enrolled here and they are great. From the teachers to the management staff everyone is very kind and attentive to the children's needs The school is so clean.

Disappointing experience with a tour of this facility.My husband and I have been looking for a future daycare for our unborn baby. We put in an online inquiry for this facility and booked a tour. We stated that we were interested in part-time daycare in the online inquiry form. We were supposed to meet with the daycare director Veronica for the tour. When we arrived, we stood around in the lobby for about 10 minutes waiting. Finally, the director came out and quickly escorted us to the infant room, so we could talk to the infant teacher. (Director quickly disappeared). We spoke with the infant teacher, who was friendly and talked to us a for a few minutes, but was pretty busy dealing with 3 infants in her care. We went back into the lobby, and expected to be revisited by the daycare director to show us the rest of the facility, give us some info and answer some questions. We stood around for at least another 10+ minutes. A few staff members came up and asked if we needed anything. We explained we were there for a tour and they just kept saying "okay just a minute!" Meanwhile we could see the director sitting in her office having what appeared to be an argument with another staff member. Finally, a more helpful staff member came and asked if we had any questions. We inquired about pricing, which she provided, but upon looking at the paper, she said "oh we don't do part time infant care". Like this seemed to be news to her too. So we thanked her and left. Still didn't get to talk to the director at all. If they don't offer this part time daycare service that's fine, but would have preferred to have known this via a response to our initial online inquiry. Instead we found out after waiting 30 minutes for a tour that apparently no one had time to give us. If the director didn't have time to give a proper tour during the time we booked online, a phone call asking to reschedule would have been totally welcomed and appreciated. We are flexible and understanding people.It has now been several days since our tour and I thought maybe she would have reached out and apologized and asked if we had any questions etc. but nothing. I guess they don't need the business, which is totally fine. But I just expected better service as someone showing up at their door with the intention of paying a small fortune for childcare. Hopefully they will reconsider their strategy for earning new business. Giving two stars because we liked 1) disposable booties are required in the infant room 2) facility seemed relatively secure with keypad entry doors.

I have tried to get in touch several times . I was able to do the tour and I was told they will call me . I called back three times with no answer back. When I went in person they say they had an appt available but then by phone they say they don't . I couldn't confirm . I tried to get them some info for summer camp but was the same . "Somebody will call you" and it doesn't happen. However, I get about a weekly email from them asking how everything is going and encouraging to call to enroll your kid

Well organized, excellent decor , welcoming and happy staff made us choose this location for infant care as the above enabled us be confident to trust their team to take care of our infant!

The staff are friendly and helpful! Pricing for childcare is affordable. It's a facility where I feel comfortable bringing my son because of the cleanliness and safety measures they use. Also, he always has a smile on his face when he comes home and tells me that he had fun!

I cannot express how much we love the staff here! My daughter has been attending since for two years, and my son does the afternoon and summer programs. Both my children are thriving and learning! The Teacher's are passionate about teaching and helping the children learn and grow! They have their days planned out and keep us parents well informed with how our children do throughout the day, and what kind of activities and subjects they are learning. My daughter is getting ready to start their kindergarten program in August and I know that she will be well prepared to go into elementary school! Their summer program is scheduled with fun activities such as water days, dress up days and fun field trips for the school age children. The teachers are not only kind and passionate, but compassionate as well. For me as a mother, they go above and beyond to ensure me that my children are safe in their care. They are willing to text me when they go on field trips that my school age son attends, to let me know they have made it to their destination and that he is OK. Chris, Veronica, and Dulcee run the facility with passion, compassion and such great care! Not only do the kids have fun during the day, but they are learning and thriving!!I could not be more happy or see my children in any other daycare or with a better team of individuals.We love you guys!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. My 18 month old hasn't taken well to other daycares, but he LOVES Miss Krista. They go out of their way to keep you informed, and discuss every aspect of my son's day. I'm overjoyed to have found them. I was so worried how he'd do, and Krista sent me updates with photos all day to reassure me how well my kiddo was doing. Talk about going the extra mile to reassure a new mom!New moms & dads, if you're apprehensive to start daycare, come here! They are simply wonderful, courteous, and very kind to you are your children. We found a gem and will be sending our boys here until kindergarten.
